Abstract
The invention provides a mechanism for controlling a physical machine by applying conversational software, which comprises: a first session unit corresponding to a specific conversational software unit. The first dialog unit comprises a first dialog frame, a first user interface and a first output unit; the user can log in the first dialogue unit through the user interface to carry out dialogue through the first dialogue frame; a second session unit corresponding to the specific conversational software unit. The second dialog unit comprises a second dialog frame, a second user interface and a second output unit; an application device is connected to the second dialogue unit of the second electronic information device and can log in the second dialogue unit through the second user interface so as to carry out dialogue through the second dialogue frame; and a down-converter connected to the second dialogue unit for converting the statement in the second dialogue unit into the instruction of the machine and transmitting the instruction through the network.
Description
Technical Field
The present invention relates to physical mechanism control, and more particularly, to a mechanism for controlling physical mechanisms using conversational software.
Background
The application of mobile phones to remotely control various devices is an important trend of the internet of things. Such as using a cell phone to control lights in different spaces in a home, or other electronic devices. So that the homeowner can control the electronic devices through the mobile phone when not in the room. For example, the opening and closing of the electric rice cooker are controlled at proper time, so that the rice is well done when the householder goes home. Reducing the waiting time after returning home.
Generally, the control applications listed above are used by a user to download APPs of related electronic devices at a cloud, and then to click and operate the APPs, so that the electronic devices can be remotely controlled. But also various detection tools of the near end, such as a camera. The electronic device operating state in the near end can be known.
However, since the electronic devices are various and there is no uniform control format, each manufacturer develops its own APP. These APPs are also incompatible with each other, so the user must install the corresponding APPs for different electronic devices. Most people now have conversations or data transmissions via conversational software or community software on their mobile phones. So that the general people are already well familiar with these conversational or community software.
Therefore, the present invention is to provide a novel communication method, which uses conversational software or community software to directly control the remote application device without downloading APP separately, so as to solve the above-mentioned drawbacks in the prior art.
Disclosure of Invention
Therefore, the present invention is directed to solving the above problems of the prior art, and the present invention provides a mechanism for controlling physical machines by using conversational software. By the invention, a user can control various different application devices by only using the original conversation software, and the application devices of different brands or types can be connected with the conversation unit at the cloud end by only installing the APP of the invention for conversion so as to communicate with the user. And can provide instruction suggestions so that the user does not need to remember the instructions. And different application devices can be displayed by applying the same dialog box. For example, various electronic devices of different types and brands in the home can be displayed in the same dialog box. And a plurality of users (such as family members, colleagues in the same office, and workers in the same factory) can simultaneously monitor the actual conditions of the electronic devices in the spaces corresponding to the commands in the same dialog box. Therefore, a plurality of APPs do not need to be downloaded, and a plurality of persons and a plurality of devices can be in the same dialog box, so that the mechanical condition of the corresponding operation space can be clearly known.
In order to achieve the above object, the present invention provides a mechanism for controlling physical machines by using conversational software, comprising: a first session unit corresponding to a specific conversational software unit. The first dialog unit comprises a first dialog frame, a first user interface and a first output unit; the user can log in the first dialogue unit through the user interface to carry out dialogue through the first dialogue frame; a second dialogue unit connected with the first dialogue unit signal and corresponding to the specific dialogue software unit. The second dialog unit comprises a second dialog frame, a second user interface and a second output unit; an application device is connected to the second dialogue unit of the second electronic information device and can log in the second dialogue unit through the second user interface so as to carry out dialogue through the second dialogue frame; and a down-converter connected to the second dialogue unit for converting the statement in the second dialogue unit into the instruction of the machine and transmitting the instruction through the network.
The present invention also includes an upload converter coupled to the application device and the second dialog unit for converting machine instructions from the application device into statements that are acceptable to the conversational software unit for transmission to the second dialog unit.
The invention also includes an instruction suggestion unit, when the down-stream converter considers that the dialog statement transmitted by the first dialog unit is not the instruction that can be accepted by the application device after being converted, the instruction suggestion unit is entered, the logic designed by the application finds out the corresponding or approximate acceptable instruction and transmits the instruction back to the first dialog unit in the first electronic information device through the second pair of phone bill units, so as to make the user select, and make the instruction which is in line with the user and can be accepted by the first dialog unit, and then transmit the instruction to the application device according to the above-mentioned flow.
Further, a conversation group is formed on the first pair of call ticket units, and each user enters the first conversation frame through the first conversation unit of the first electronic information device of the user to form the conversation group; adding at least one application device into the group; therefore, a plurality of users can control the at least one application device at the same time, and all users can know the actual condition of the at least one application device, so that the aim of controlling and monitoring the at least one application device by a plurality of people can be achieved.
Further, the conversational software is one of a line, WeChat, Instagram, a dialogue unit of QQ, and a dialogue unit of FACEBOOK.
Furthermore, the first pair of phone bill units is located in one of a mobile phone, a computer, a tablet, a PDA and a pen phone.
Furthermore, the second dialog box is a virtual unit, which can perform a virtual link of bilateral dialog, and does not require a graphic interface that can be actually displayed on the mobile phone.
Further, the second dialogue unit is arranged in a cloud device.

Detailed Description
The technical solution in the embodiments of the present invention is clearly and completely described below with reference to the drawings in the embodiments of the present invention. In the following description, numerous specific details are set forth in order to provide a thorough understanding of the present invention, but the present invention may be practiced in other ways than those specifically described and will be readily apparent to those of ordinary skill in the art without departing from the spirit of the present invention, and therefore the present invention is not limited to the specific embodiments disclosed below.
Referring to fig. 1 to 5, the mechanism for controlling physical machines by using conversational software according to the present invention is shown, wherein the conversational software described hereinafter includes various conversational software, such as line, WeChat, Instagram, etc., and also includes social software with conversational function, such as QQ, FACEBOOK, etc. These conversational software may be built into a variety of electronic devices such as cell phones, computers, tablets, pens, and the like.
A first pair of call elements 10 corresponds to a particular conversational software element 50. The first dialog unit 10 includes a first dialog box 12, a first user interface 14, and a first output unit 16. A user can log into the first dialog unit 10 via the first user interface 14 to have a dialog via the first dialog frame 12. Wherein the first dialogue unit 10 is located in a first electronic information device 70, such as a mobile phone, a computer, a tablet, a PDA, a pen, etc. The conversational software unit 50 is, for example, line, WeChat, Instagram, QQ, FACEBOOK, or the like.
A second pair of call elements 20 is connected with the first pair of call elements 10 by signals, corresponding to the specific talking software unit 50. The second dialog unit 20 includes a second dialog frame 22, a second user interface 24, and a second output unit 26. In the present invention, the second dialog box 22 in the second pair of dialog elements 20 may be a virtual unit, i.e. a virtual link of bilateral dialog can be performed, and a graphical interface that can be actually displayed on the mobile phone is not required. Wherein the second dialogue unit 20 is located in a second electronic information device 40, such as a server, a mobile phone, a computer, a tablet, etc. Preferably, the second electronic information device 40 forms a cloud device in a cloud form, so that a plurality of different application devices can enter the second pair of phone elements for conversation.
An application device 30 is connected to the second pair of call elements 20 of the second electronic information device 40, and can log in the second pair of call elements 20 through the second user interface 24 to perform a conversation through the second conversation frame 22.
A down-converter 42 is connected to the second pair of call elements 20 for converting the statement in the second pair of call elements 20 into a command of the machine, and transmitting the command through the network. The download converter 42 also includes a screening mechanism in accordance with the present invention. When the second pair of call elements 20 receives a dialog statement, it is first transmitted to the down converter 42 to check if the statement is an acceptable command, and if so, the command is then transmitted to the application device 30 through the network. If the statement is not acceptable to the application device 30 when converted by the down converter 42, an instruction 86 with an instruction error is returned, and the first dialog unit 10 is returned through the network system 100 to display the instruction 86 with the instruction error in the first dialog frame 12.
An upload converter 44 is connected to the application device 30 and the second pair of call elements 20 for converting machine instructions from the application device 30 into statements acceptable to the conversational software unit for transmission to the second pair of call elements 20.
The application of the present invention is described as follows, as shown in fig. 1, when downloading, the user issues a statement command 80 (e.g. turning on the power to light up) displayed in a statement manner through the first pair of call elements 10 of the conversational software unit. The statement command is transmitted to the second pair of phone cells 20 located in the cloud through the first output unit 16, i.e. the network system 100, and then converted into the mechanical command 82 through the down converter 42, and then the mechanical command 82 is transmitted to the machine side APP 32 of the application device 30 through the network system 100. The application device 30 executes the machine command 82 and displays the machine command in a lighted manner on the way.
On the other hand, when the mechanical command 82 is completed, the application device 30 can also generate an action completion command 84 at the machine side APP 32, and transmit the action completion command 84 to the upload converter 44 in the cloud side through the network system 100, and the upload converter 44 converts the mechanical command into a declarative statement, and then transmits the declarative statement to the first dialog unit 10 in the first electronic information device 70 through the second dialog unit 20, and displays the statement in the first dialog frame 12, so that the user can know the situation of the application device 30 on site. The whole operation process is similar to the conversation of the general application conversation software or the community software.
As shown in fig. 3, the present invention further includes an instruction suggestion unit 60, when the forwarding converter 42 considers that the dialog statement transmitted by the first dialog unit 10 is not an instruction acceptable by the application device 30 after being converted, the instruction suggestion unit 60 is entered, and the logic designed by the application finds out the corresponding or similar acceptable instruction (may be multiple, and may also be text or in a graphic display manner) and transmits the corresponding or similar acceptable instruction back to the first pair of ticket units 10 in the first electronic information device 70 through the second pair of ticket units 20, so as to allow the user to select, and make an instruction which meets the user and is acceptable by the first pair of ticket units 10, and then transmits the instruction to the application device 30 according to the above-mentioned flow.
A machine side APP 32 is located inside the application device 30, and is used for receiving the machine command from the converter and instructing the application device to perform the required action according to the machine command.
As shown in fig. 4 and 5, the present invention can form a conversation group in the first pair of phone bill units 10, and add a plurality of application devices 30 and a plurality of users 90, 91, 92 into the conversation group. Each user 90, 91, 92 enters the first dialogue frame 12 through the first dialogue unit 10 of his own first electronic information device 70 to form a conversational population. Therefore, a plurality of users 90, 91, 92 can monitor the plurality of application devices 30 simultaneously, and all users can know the actual conditions of the plurality of application devices 30, so as to achieve the purpose of controlling and monitoring the plurality of application devices 30 simultaneously by a plurality of users. Therefore, when the application device 30 is operated, other people can enter the first dialogue frame 12 through the first dialogue unit 10 of their own first electronic information device 70 to learn the operation.
In the above-mentioned structure, it can be set that some users in a conversation group have the right to operate the application device 30 by setting the right to operate the application device 30 in the download converter 42 during the conversation, and the download converter 42 recognizes whether the user has the right to operate the application device 30 when the command is issued.
The invention has the advantages that the user can control various application devices by only using the original conversation software, and the application devices of different brands or types can be connected with the conversation unit at the cloud end by only installing the APP of the invention for conversion so as to communicate with the user. And can provide instruction suggestions so that the user does not need to remember the instructions. And different application devices can be displayed by applying the same dialog box. For example, various electronic devices of different types and brands in the home can be displayed in the same dialog box. As shown in fig. 5, a plurality of users (e.g., family members, colleagues in the same office, and workers in the same factory) can simultaneously monitor the actual status of each electronic device in the corresponding command space in the same dialog box. Therefore, a plurality of APPs do not need to be downloaded, and a plurality of persons and a plurality of devices can be in the same dialog box, so that the mechanical condition of the corresponding operation space can be clearly known.
In conclusion, the humanized body-paste design of the invention is quite in line with the actual requirements. The method has the advantages of obvious breakthrough and improvement on the existing defects compared with the prior art, really has the improvement on the efficiency and is not easy to achieve.
The above detailed description is specific to one possible embodiment of the present invention, but the embodiment is not intended to limit the scope of the present invention, and equivalent implementations or modifications without departing from the technical spirit of the present invention should be included in the scope of the present invention.
Claims (12)
1. A mechanism for controlling a physical machine using conversational software, comprising:
a first dialogue unit corresponding to a specific dialogue software unit, the first dialogue unit includes a first dialogue frame, a first user interface, a first output unit; the user can log in the first dialogue unit through the user interface to carry out dialogue through the first dialogue frame;
a second dialogue unit connected with the first dialogue unit signal and corresponding to the specific dialogue software unit, the second dialogue unit includes a second dialogue frame, a second user interface, a second output unit;
an application device is connected to the second pair of call ticket elements of the second electronic information device, and can log in the second dialogue unit through the second user interface so as to carry out dialogue through the second dialogue frame; and
a down-converter is connected to the second dialogue unit for converting the statement in the second dialogue unit into the instruction of the machine, and then transmitting the instruction through the network.
2. The mechanism of claim 1, further comprising an upload converter coupled to said application device and said second dialog unit for converting machine instructions from said application device into statements acceptable to said conversational software unit for transmission to said second dialog unit.
3. The mechanism for controlling a physical machine by applying conversational software of claim 1, further comprising an instruction suggestion unit.
4. The mechanism of claim 3, wherein the logic of the application programming finds the corresponding or similar acceptable command as a plurality of text or a graphically displayed command.
5. The apparatus of claim 1, further comprising a machine-side APP within said application device for receiving machine commands from said converter and instructing said application device to perform required actions according to said machine commands.
6. The mechanism of claim 1, wherein a conversation group is formed in the first pair of call elements, and each user enters the first conversation frame through the first conversation unit of his own first electronic information device to form a conversation group; adding at least one application device into the group; therefore, a plurality of users can control the at least one application device at the same time, and all users can know the actual condition of the at least one application device, so that the aim of controlling and monitoring the at least one application device by a plurality of people can be achieved.
7. The apparatus of claim 1, wherein said conversational software is one of a line, WeChat, Instagram, QQ dialog Unit, and FACEBOOK dialog Unit.
8. The mechanism of claim 1, wherein the first pair of call elements is located on one of a cell phone, a computer, a tablet, a PDA, a pen, or a phone.
9. The apparatus of claim 1, wherein the second dialog box is a virtual unit that enables a virtual link to bilateral dialog without requiring a graphical interface that is physically displayed on the handset.
10. The mechanism of claim 1, wherein the second dialog unit is in a cloud device.
11. The apparatus of claim 1, wherein said down converter further comprises a screening mechanism.
12. The apparatus of claim 6, wherein the means for setting up the rights to operate the application device for some users in a conversation group is provided by setting up the rights to operate the application device in the down-converter during conversation for a plurality of users, and the down-converter identifies whether the user has the right to operate the application device when the command is received.
