The integrated resident electronic health card application system according to claim 5, wherein the program executing step of receiving the service request initiated by the recognition device, performing the medical data interaction with the external health system, and performing the authentication and settlement with the medical security system and/or the merchant insurance system and the payment system comprises:
acquiring one or more service requests of appointment register, current day register, outpatient service payment, inspection and inspection report inquiry/printing, outpatient list inquiry/printing, hospitalization pre-delivery, hospitalization list inquiry/printing, health file retrieval and satisfaction evaluation which are initiated by a user at the reading equipment, externally connecting to a medical health system to execute the operation of the corresponding service request, and returning an operation result to the reading terminal.
7. The resident electronic health card integrated application system according to claim 6, wherein the program when executed performs the steps further comprising:
when a payment request initiated by the recognition device of a user is acquired, after the user is externally connected to the medical health system to execute the operation corresponding to the payment request, the payment request is also initiated to the health card authentication platform, the medical insurance service platform or the third party payment system, after the payment is completed, the payment result is fed back to the medical health system, and the operation result returned by the medical health system is acquired and sent to the recognition terminal.

the method comprises the steps of obtaining a reimbursement service request which is initiated by a user at a recognition device and corresponds to health card information, initiating an authentication settlement reimbursement request to a social security service platform and/or a merchant security system, returning an instruction to the recognition device, jumping to an information input page, obtaining reimbursement materials, sending the reimbursement materials to the social security service platform and/or the merchant security system, and obtaining reimbursement results of the social security service platform and/or the merchant security system.

The comprehensive application system of the resident electronic health cards as claimed in any one of claims 1 to 9, wherein the social security card comprises a social security card entity card, an electronic social security card and a social security card two-dimensional code; the health card comprises an electronic health card and an electronic health card two-dimensional code;
the recognition device comprises a self-service machine, a recognition terminal and an intelligent mobile terminal.
