The invention only plays the voice notification item set by the user, and when the latest quotation information of the selected financial commodity reaches the condition value of the voice notification item, the voice notification item can be played by voice, so that the energy/hearing of the user can be focused on the financial commodity reaching the set condition. That is, the voice notification playing technology of the present invention has the effect of "warning and reminding the user of paying attention to specific financial products with voice", especially, when the financial products are out of the visible range of the screen due to numerous financial products, the voice notification can still be played to warn and remind the user; or, when the user does not stare at the screen but does not do family work and listens to the voice notification, the important opportunity is not missed. The present illustration is only for the purpose of highlighting the benefits of the present invention for broadcasting voice notifications when the number of selected strands of interest to the user is numerous. The present invention is not limited to the screen displayed on the screens 24a, 24b being required to stay in the discretionary offer view 40 or a particular view, that is, the broadcast voice notification function of the present invention may be implemented in any view in the application 16, such as: a main menu screen (not depicted), any setup view (e.g., a condition setup view 42), any bid view (e.g., a discretionary bid view 40), any stock detailed view (not depicted), a news information view (not depicted), a technical analysis view (not depicted), and the like. Referring to fig. 5, a schematic diagram of a condition setting view 42 according to an embodiment of the present invention is illustrated, in which a plurality of voice notification items and corresponding condition values are provided in the condition setting view 42 for user setting. In this embodiment, the enabling instruction is generated by checking the core selection block, or by checking the core selection block and setting the condition value, the legend includes two self-selection groups (wherein "when-punch assistant" corresponds to "when-punch group" and "stock assistant" corresponds to "stock group"), and the user can input the financial commodity to be added in the input box (InputBox) of "commodity to be managed". Some voice notification items originally have default condition values, such as: "swelling stop" (not shown in the legend), "falling stop" (not shown in the legend), "reissue", "classics stock", etc. Therefore, the user only needs to check the check box to generate an enabling instruction of the checked voice notification item, and other voice notification items without default condition values need to input condition values in the input box after checking, for example, the input box behind "instant huge amount", "instant pull-up", "trend flip" in the legend.
Referring to fig. 6, a schematic diagram of a condition setting view 42 according to another embodiment of the present invention is different from the embodiment of fig. 5, and the option list of the present embodiment is further divided into a plurality of option groups (as shown in fig. 4). Thus, the condition setting view 42 of such an embodiment also provides for the selection of the self-selected groups, which are covered by the user-defined voice notification, while the non-selected groups do not issue voice notifications, and the self-selected groups are set by the way of the checkpointed blocks (generating the select group instruction) below FIG. 6.
Referring to fig. 7, which is a flowchart illustrating the operation of the device 10, 28 for intelligent voice notification of stock quotes by a user, the device 10, 28 executes the application 16 and sets voice notification conditions for the stock in question to listen to the voice notification, refer to fig. 1, 2, 3, 4, 5 and 6. The process includes steps S101 to S110.
Step S101: the present application 16 is executed on the device 10. The user executes the application 16 (stock quote software or stock exchange software) of the present invention on the device 10 (web tv set top box or tv stick) or the device 28 (smart tv, personal computer, notebook computer, tablet computer, smart phone, stock machine …, etc.) for stock quote smart voice notification.
Step S102: and establishing connection with the server. After the network modules 20a, 20b establish an Internet (Internet) network connection, the data transfer module 30 establishes a connection with a server (i.e., a bid server) to transfer or receive data. In some embodiments, prior to this step, the user needs to sign in with an account number and a password.
Step S103: the generated condition setting view is displayed on a screen. After establishing a connection with the server, assuming that the user operation is switched to the condition setting view 42, the condition setting module 34 generates the condition setting view 42 to be displayed on the screens 24a, 24b, and the condition setting view 42 includes a plurality of voice notification items and corresponding condition values, as shown in fig. 5 and 6.
Step S104: an enable instruction is received to enable a voice notification item of the financial commodity and to set a condition value. After switching to the condition setting view 42, the user can set the voice notification item of the stock concerned (i.e. the selected stock) and the corresponding condition value, in the embodiments of fig. 5 and 6, the user generates the enabling instruction of the corresponding voice notification item by checking the operation mode of the check box, if the corresponding voice notification item needs to set the condition value, the user needs to input the condition value in the corresponding input box to complete a complete enabling instruction.
Step S105: a condition setting list is generated according to the enabling instruction. As illustrated in the embodiment of FIG. 5, when the user has selected the item to be selected in the condition setting view 42 and has set the corresponding condition value, the user finally clicks the "ok button" to generate the condition setting list according to all the enabling instructions at this time. Taking the setting of fig. 5 as an example, the user clicks all the voice notification items on the left half of the screen and 7 voice notification items on the right half of the screen (the enabling instruction for generating 16 voice notifications in total), so the condition setting module 34 generates a condition setting list (not shown) according to the enabling instruction of the clicked voice notification items and the selected stock list (i.e., "when flushing group" and "stock group"). The condition setting module 34 may generate a condition setting list screen in the condition setting view 42 for the user to confirm finally.
Step S106: the condition settings list is transmitted to the price washing module 38. After generating the condition setting list, the condition setting module 34 transmits the condition setting list to the price washing module 38. In some embodiments, the price washing module 38 is disposed at the server, so the condition setting list is uploaded to the price washing module 38 of the server through the data transmission module 30. In some embodiments, the price washing module 38 is provided at the client (i.e., the application 16 of the stock quote intelligent voice notification device 10, 28).
Step S107: the price washing module 38 obtains the offer information for the financial commodity. When the price washing module 38 is disposed at the server, the price washing module 38 directly obtains the quotation information of the financial commodity corresponding to the selected stock list from the server. When the price washing module 38 is disposed at the client, the price selecting and quoting module 32 downloads quotation information of the corresponding financial commodity through the data transmission module 30 according to the selected stock list, and stores the quotation information in the memories 14a and 14b, and the price washing module 38 reads the quotation information in the memories 14a and 14 b.
Step S108: the price washing module 38 performs data comparison and screening according to the quotation information and the condition setting list. After the latest quotation information is obtained, the price washing module 38 performs data comparison and screening according to the latest quotation information and the condition setting list.
Step S109: the price washing module 38 generates a voice notification. When the price washing module 38 performs data comparison and screening, if the latest quotation information of a certain financial commodity is matched with the condition value comparison of the voice notification item, the price washing module 38 generates a voice notification of the financial commodity after screening, and the content of the voice notification comprises a name or code of the financial commodity, the voice notification item and the condition value. For example, the voice notification is: the voice that the price of a certain financial commodity reaches the stop. When the price washing module 38 is installed at the server side, the data transmission module 30 downloads the voice notification and temporarily stores the voice notification in the memories 14a and 14 b. When the price washing module 38 is arranged at the client, the voice notification generated by the price washing module 38 is directly stored in the memories 14a and 14 b. In some embodiments, the voice notification generated by the price washing module 38 is of a text type; in some embodiments, the voice notification generated by the price washing module 38 is of the audio type.
Step S110: the voice notification is played through speakers 26a, 26 b. After the voice announcement is stored in the memory 14a, 14b, the intelligent voice announcement module 36 directly plays the voice announcement through the speakers 26a, 26b when the voice announcement is of the audio type; when the voice notification is text type, the intelligent voice notification module 36 translates the audio of the whole sentence into the audio of the whole sentence through the speakers 26a and 26b in the pre-stored single-word audio database, or the intelligent voice notification module 36 generates the audio through the TTS engine of the third party and plays the audio through the speakers 26a and 26 b. Finally, even if a certain discretionary finance business grade is out of the visual range of the screen of the discretionary quotation view 40, even if the discretionary quotation views 40 are not displayed on the screens 24a and 24b, the user is warned and reminded by the voice notification of the invention, so that any screening conditions or important messages to be focused can be avoided, and any visual range of the screen is not occupied when the intelligent voice notification module 36 plays the voice notification.
It will be understood that each block of the flowchart illustrations, combinations of blocks in the flowchart illustrations, and steps in the embodiments, can be implemented by computer-implemented program instructions for performing the various embodiments of the invention. These program instructions may be provided to a processor to produce a machine, such that the instructions, which execute on the processor, create means for implementing the actions or technical effects specified in the flowchart block or blocks. Different sets of program instructions may also cause at least some of the operational steps shown in the flowchart blocks to be performed in parallel, and the technical content expressed by the various program instructions of an application program may vary from one embodiment to another. Furthermore, some of these steps may be performed on more than one processor, such as the microprocessor and peripheral interface processor in the apparatus of the present invention. Furthermore, one or more blocks or combinations of blocks in the flowchart may be performed concurrently with other blocks or combinations of blocks, or even in a different order than that shown, without departing from the scope or spirit of the present invention.
Accordingly, blocks of the flowchart illustrations support combinations of means for performing the specified actions or techniques, combinations of steps for performing the specified actions or techniques and program instruction means for performing the specified actions or techniques. It will also be understood that each block of the flowchart illustrations, and combinations of blocks in the flowchart illustrations, can be implemented by special purpose hardware-based systems which perform the specified functions or acts in conjunction with program instructions.
In summary, the present invention provides a technology for intelligent voice notification of stock quotes, which solves the problems that the prior art cannot alert the user in voice, but only needs to broadcast all quotation data one by one according to the order of the selected stock list, and the prior art is difficult to provide more information to the user under the limited screen visual range on the mobile device.
Although the present invention has been described with respect to the preferred embodiments, it should be understood by those skilled in the art that the foregoing and various other changes, modifications and variations may be made without departing from the spirit of the invention, and the scope of the invention is defined by the following claims.

Claims (17)

1. An apparatus for intelligent voice notification of stock quotes, the apparatus comprising:
a network module for establishing Internet network connection;
a data transmission module for establishing connection with a server to transmit or receive data;
the self-selected stock quotation module downloads corresponding quotation information from the server according to a financial commodity contained in a self-selected stock list;
a condition setting module for generating a condition setting view and displaying the condition setting view on a screen, wherein the condition setting view comprises a plurality of voice notification items and a corresponding condition value, receiving an enabling instruction to enable the voice notification item corresponding to the financial commodity and set the condition value, generating a condition setting list according to the enabling instruction, and transmitting the condition setting list to a price washing module, wherein the condition setting list comprises financial commodity of a selected stock list, the checked voice notification item and the condition value;
the intelligent voice notification module receives a voice notification generated by the price washing module and plays the voice notification through a loudspeaker;
the system comprises a memory, an operating system, an application program, quotation information, a selected stock list and a condition setting list, wherein the application program comprises the selected stock quotation module, the condition setting module and the intelligent voice notification module;
the screen is used for displaying a graphical user interface of the application program; the method comprises the steps of,
one or more processors connecting the memory and the screen and executing the application program;
after the condition setting list is transmitted to the price washing module, when the quotation information of the financial commodity accords with the condition value of the voice notification item, the price washing module generates the voice notification and transmits the voice notification to the intelligent voice notification module to play the voice notification, when the voice notification is played, the screen does not display the voice notification item, and when the screen displays any view, the voice notification can be played.
2. The apparatus for intelligent voice notification of stock quotes of claim 1, further comprising:
the price washing module is stored in the memory and used for carrying out data comparison and screening of the quotation information according to the selected stock list, the quotation information and the condition setting list, and the voice notification is generated when the data comparison and screening accords with the condition value in the condition setting list.
3. The apparatus of claim 1, wherein the condition setting module is further configured to receive a disable instruction to disable the voice notification item, and to generate the condition setting list based on the enable instruction and the disable instruction.
4. The apparatus for intelligent voice notification of a stock quote as set forth in claim 1, wherein a content of the voice notification comprises: a name or a code of the financial commodity, the voice notification item, and the condition value.
5. The apparatus of claim 1, wherein a data type of the voice notification generated by the price washing module is a text type, and the voice notification is converted into an audio type by the intelligent voice notification module and then played through the speaker.
6. The apparatus of claim 1, wherein a data type of the voice notification generated by the price washing module is an audio type, and the intelligent voice notification module can play the voice notification directly through the speaker.
7. The apparatus of claim 1, wherein the condition setting module is further configured to receive a group selection instruction for setting a self-selected group covered by the condition setting list.
8. A method for intelligent voice notification of stock quotes, applied to a device, comprising:
establishing connection with a server;
generating a condition setting view and displaying the condition setting view on a screen, wherein the condition setting view comprises a plurality of voice notification items and a corresponding condition value;
receiving an enabling instruction to enable the voice notification item corresponding to a financial commodity and setting the condition value;
generating a condition setting list according to the enabling instruction, wherein the condition setting list comprises financial goods of a selected stock list, checked voice notification items and condition values;
transmitting the condition setting list to a price washing module;
the price washing module performs data comparison and screening according to a quotation information of the financial commodity and the condition setting list;
when the condition value of the voice notification item of a certain financial commodity on the selected stock list is matched with the latest quotation information through screening/comparison, the price washing module generates a voice notification; the method comprises the steps of,
playing the voice notification through a speaker;
wherein the screen does not display the voice notification item when playing the voice notification, and the screen can play the voice notification when displaying any view.
9. The method of claim 8, wherein the price washing module is provided in the server.
10. The method for intelligent voice notification of stock quotes as set forth in claim 8, further comprising:
receiving a deactivation instruction to deactivate the voice notification item; the method comprises the steps of,
generating the condition setting list according to the enabling instruction and the disabling instruction.
11. The method of claim 8, wherein a content of the voice notification comprises:
a name or a code of the financial commodity, the voice notification item, and the condition value.
12. The method of claim 8, wherein a data type of the voice notification generated by the price washing module is a text type, and the voice notification is converted into an audio type and then played through the speaker.
13. The method of claim 8, wherein a data type of the voice notification generated by the price washing module is an audio type, and the voice notification can be directly played through the speaker.
14. The method for intelligent voice notification of stock quotes as set forth in claim 8, further comprising:
a group selection instruction is received for setting a self-selected group covered by the condition setting list.
15. The method of claim 8, wherein the price washing module is stored in a memory of the device.
16. A computing device having a screen, comprising: a memory, a processor and a computer program stored on the memory and executable on the processor, the processor implementing the steps of the method according to any one of claims 8 to 15 when the computer program is executed.
17. A computer readable storage medium, on which a computer program is stored, characterized in that the computer program, when being executed by a processor, implements the steps of the method of any of claims 8 to 15.
