The historical comment information in each information set is displayed in the corresponding display area in a row arrangement mode, or the historical comment information in each information set is displayed in the corresponding display area in a column arrangement mode, or the historical comment information in each information set is displayed in the corresponding display area in a row and column combination arrangement mode, or the historical comment information in each information set is displayed in the corresponding display area in other arrangement modes. The historical comment information is displayed in the display area, so that the user can comment on the target object by selecting the historical comment information, the user does not need to independently think the comment information, and the comment efficiency can be improved. Optionally, in order to facilitate a user to quickly know the comment information category of each information set, the comment information category corresponding to each information set may be displayed respectively.
In the embodiment of the application, when computer equipment receives a comment request aiming at a target object to be commented, at least two pieces of historical comment information related to the target object can be acquired; and clustering at least two pieces of historical comment information to obtain at least two information sets, wherein one information set corresponds to one comment information category. And generating a display area corresponding to each information set according to the comment information category, and displaying the historical comment information in each information set in the corresponding display area. The historical comment information is displayed in the display area, so that the user can comment on the target object by selecting the historical comment information, the user does not need to independently think the comment information, and the comment efficiency can be improved. In addition, the at least two pieces of historical comment information are clustered, and each information set is displayed in the corresponding display area, so that the user can know the comment information category corresponding to the historical comment information of each display area, and the user can quickly select the proper historical comment information.

Further, the computer device may obtain a history comment text corresponding to an object whose object type matches the object type of the target object; the object class matching with the object class of the target object may refer to: the object class is the same as the object class of the target object, or the object class is similar to the object class of the target object. For example, if the target object is a lady bag, the object category of the target object is a bag category, and the object categories similar to the object category of the target object include footwear or apparel categories. After the computer equipment acquires the historical comment text, extracting text segments from the historical comment text by adopting a natural language processing method to serve as at least two pieces of historical comment information associated with the target object; for example, a dictionary segmentation algorithm (i.e., a character string matching segmentation algorithm) may be adopted to extract text segments from the historical comment text as at least two pieces of historical comment information associated with the target object; the dictionary word segmentation algorithm is an algorithm for matching fields in the key field dictionary with fields of the historical comment texts. Alternatively, the computing device may employ a statistics-based machine learning algorithm to extract text segments from the historical comment text as at least two pieces of historical comment information associated with the target object; the statistical-based Machine learning algorithm may be Hidden Markov Model (HMM), Conditional Random Field (CRF), Support Vector Machine (SVM), deep learning, and other algorithms. The text segment may refer to a word, a phrase, a sentence, or the like, and specifically, the text segment may refer to a word, a phrase, a sentence, or the like that occurs in the history comment text with a frequency greater than a frequency threshold.
In this embodiment, step s13 may include steps s 21-s 22 as follows.
s21, carrying out segmentation processing on the history comment text to obtain at least two candidate text segments.
s22, screening the candidate text segments with the fields matched with the fields in the key field dictionary from the at least two candidate text segments as at least two pieces of historical comment information related to the target object.
In steps s 21-s 22, the computer device may segment the historical comment text according to a special symbol (e.g., a period, a comma), so as to obtain at least two candidate text segments (i.e., at least two candidate sentences); segmenting the historical comment text according to words to obtain at least two candidate texts (namely at least two candidate words); and carrying out segmentation processing on the historical comment text according to the phrases to obtain at least two candidate text segments (namely at least two candidate phrases). After the computer device obtains the candidate text segments, screening the candidate text segments with fields matched with the fields in the key field dictionary from the at least two candidate text segments as at least two pieces of historical comment information associated with the target object; the key field dictionary may refer to a set of fields that appear in the review text more frequently than a frequency threshold, i.e., the key field dictionary includes fields that are commonly used for reviews. By screening at least two candidate text segments, invalid historical comment information can be prevented from being displayed in a display area, and the utilization rate of the display area is improved; the method is beneficial to displaying more effective historical comment information for the user.
In one embodiment, step S102 may include steps S31-S33 as follows.

In steps s31 to s33, the computer device may perform clustering processing on at least two pieces of history comment information according to semantic information of the history comment information, so as to obtain at least two information sets. Specifically, the computer device may extract semantic information of each of the at least two pieces of historical comment information, where the semantic information is used to indicate a comment information category of the historical comment information; that is, semantic information may refer to the inherent meaning of historical review information. After obtaining the semantic information of the historical comment information, the computer device may compare the semantic information of each piece of historical comment information, and determine a similarity between the semantic information of each piece of historical comment information in the at least two pieces of historical comment information; and clustering the at least two pieces of historical comment information according to the similarity to obtain at least two information sets, namely classifying the historical comment information with the similarity larger than a similarity threshold into one information set.

In steps s 51-s 54, the computer device may generate display areas corresponding to the respective information sets according to the comment information categories; specifically, the number of categories corresponding to the comment information categories and the number of display interfaces can be obtained, and the number of the categories is the same as the number of sets of the information sets. Further, the display interface may be divided into at least two display areas, the number of the at least two display areas is the same as the number of the categories, and the sizes of the display areas may be the same or different. When the sizes of the display areas are the same, the corresponding display areas can be randomly allocated to the information sets. When the sizes of the display areas are different, the number of the historical comment information in each information set and the size of each display area in the at least two display areas can be obtained; and determining the display areas corresponding to the information sets respectively according to the number of the information sets and the size of each display area, namely allocating a larger display area to an information set with a larger number of the information sets, and allocating a smaller display area to an information set with a smaller number of the information sets.
For example, as shown in fig. 5, the number of categories corresponding to the comment information category is 3, and the computer device may divide the presentation interface 17 into 3 presentation areas, which are a presentation area 19, a presentation area 20, and a presentation area 21; wherein, the size of the display area 19 is the largest, the size of the display area 20 is the smallest, and the size of the display area 21 is larger than the size of the display area 20 and smaller than the size of the display area 19. Assuming that the number of information sets is 3, which are information set 1, information set 2, and information set 3, respectively, the computer device may obtain the number of pieces of history comment information corresponding to the three information sets, respectively, if the number of pieces corresponding to information set 1 > the number of pieces corresponding to information set 2 > the number of pieces corresponding to information set 3. The computer device may determine that presentation area 19 corresponds to information set 1, presentation area 21 corresponds to information set 2, and presentation area 20 corresponds to information set 3.

Further, the historical comment information in each information set is respectively displayed in the display areas which are sorted correspondingly.
For example, as shown in fig. 6, the presentation area 19 corresponds to the information set 1, the presentation area 21 corresponds to the information set 2, the presentation area 20 corresponds to the information set 3, and the number of pieces of history comment information in the information set 1 > the number of pieces of history comment information in the information set 2 > the number of pieces of history comment information in the information set 3. Therefore, the display areas are sorted according to the number of the historical comment information corresponding to each information set, that is, the sequence of the display areas is from first to last: the display area 19, the display area 21, and the display area 20 may be sequentially displayed from left to right on the display interface, that is, the display area 19, the display area 21, and the display area 20. If the total value of the generation time stamp corresponding to the information set is larger, the fact that the historical comment information in the information set is generated recently is indicated, namely the historical comment information in the information set is more representative; on the contrary, if the total value of the generation timestamp corresponding to the information set is smaller, it indicates that the historical comment information in the information set is not generated recently, i.e. the historical comment information in the information set is less representative. Therefore, the computer device can sort the display areas corresponding to the information sets according to the generated total timestamp value, for example, the display areas corresponding to the information sets can be sorted according to the descending order of the total timestamp value; or arranging the display area corresponding to the maximum total timestamp value at the center position in the display interface, and sequentially arranging the display areas with smaller total timestamp values. Furthermore, the historical comment information in each information set can be displayed in the corresponding sorted display area, so that the user can quickly select representative historical comment information.
For example, as shown in fig. 7, the presentation area 19 corresponds to the information set 1, the presentation area 21 corresponds to the information set 2, the presentation area 20 corresponds to the information set 3, and if the total timestamp value corresponding to the information set 3 > the total timestamp value corresponding to the information set 2 > the total timestamp value corresponding to the information set 1. Fig. 9 is a schematic structural diagram of a data processing apparatus according to an embodiment of the present application. The data processing means may be a computer program (including program code) running on a computer device, for example, an application software; the apparatus may be used to perform the corresponding steps in the methods provided by the embodiments of the present application. For example, step S101 shown in fig. 4 may be performed by the obtaining module 901 in fig. 9, and step S102 shown in fig. 4 may be performed by the clustering module 902 in fig. 9; step S103 shown in fig. 4 may be performed by the generation module 903 in fig. 9; step S104 shown in fig. 4 may be performed by the display module 904 in fig. 9.
According to an embodiment of the present application, each module in the data processing apparatus shown in fig. 9 may be respectively or entirely combined into one or several units to form the unit, or some unit(s) therein may be further split into multiple sub-units with smaller functions, which may implement the same operation without affecting implementation of technical effects of the embodiment of the present application. The modules are divided based on logic functions, and in practical application, the functions of one module can be realized by a plurality of units, or the functions of a plurality of modules can be realized by one unit. In other embodiments of the present application, the data processing apparatus may also include other units, and in practical applications, the functions may also be implemented by being assisted by other units, and may be implemented by cooperation of a plurality of units.
According to an embodiment of the present application, the data processing apparatus as shown in fig. 9 may be constructed by running a computer program (including program codes) capable of executing the steps involved in the corresponding method as shown in fig. 4 on a general-purpose computer device such as a computer including a processing element such as a Central Processing Unit (CPU), a random access storage medium (RAM), a read-only storage medium (ROM), and a storage element, and implementing the data processing method of the embodiment of the present application. The computer program may be recorded on a computer-readable recording medium, for example, and loaded into and executed by the computing apparatus via the computer-readable recording medium.
In the embodiment of the application, when computer equipment receives a comment request aiming at a target object to be commented, at least two pieces of historical comment information related to the target object can be acquired; and clustering at least two pieces of historical comment information to obtain at least two information sets, wherein one information set corresponds to one comment information category. Fig. 10 is a schematic structural diagram of a computer device according to an embodiment of the present application. As shown in fig. 10, the computer apparatus 1000 may include: the processor 1001, the network interface 1004, and the memory 1005, and the computer apparatus 1000 may further include: a user interface 1003, and at least one communication bus 1002. Wherein a communication bus 1002 is used to enable connective communication between these components. The user interface 1003 may include a Display screen (Display) and a Keyboard (Keyboard), and the optional user interface 1003 may also include a standard wired interface and a standard wireless interface. The network interface 1004 may optionally include a standard wired interface, a wireless interface (e.g., WI-FI interface). The memory 1005 may be a high-speed RAM memory or a non-volatile memory (e.g., at least one disk memory). The memory 1005 may optionally be at least one memory device located remotely from the processor 1001. As shown in fig. 10, a memory 1005, which is a kind of computer-readable storage medium, may include therein an operating system, a network communication module, a user interface module, and a device control application program.
In the computer device 1000 shown in fig. 10, the network interface 1004 may provide a network communication function; the user interface 1003 is an interface for providing a user with input; and the processor 1001 may be used to invoke a device control application stored in the memory 1005 to implement:
responding to a comment request aiming at a target object to be commented, and acquiring at least two pieces of historical comment information associated with the target object;
clustering the at least two pieces of historical comment information to obtain at least two information sets, wherein one information set corresponds to one comment information category, and each information set in the at least two information sets comprises at least one piece of historical comment information;
generating a display area corresponding to each information set in the at least two information sets according to the comment information category;
and respectively displaying the historical comment information in each information set in the corresponding display area.
Optionally, the processor 1001 may be configured to invoke a device control application stored in the memory 1005 to implement:
acquiring the number of the historical comment information in each information set;
arranging the display areas corresponding to the information sets according to the number of the information sets;
and respectively displaying the historical comment information in each information set in the correspondingly sorted display area.
Optionally, the processor 1001 may be configured to invoke a device control application stored in the memory 1005 to implement:
acquiring generation time stamps of historical comment information in each information set;
determining a total value of the generation time stamps of the historical comment information in each information set according to the generation time stamps;
arranging the display areas corresponding to the information sets according to the total value of the generated time stamps;
and respectively displaying the historical comment information in each information set in the correspondingly sorted display area.
Optionally, the at least two information sets include an information set KiAnd information set KjSaid set of information KiAnd a display area PmCorrespondingly, the information set KjAnd a display area PnI, j, m and n are positive integers less than or equal to S, and S is the number of the information sets in the at least two information sets;
optionally, the processor 1001 may be configured to invoke a device control application stored in the memory 1005 to implement:
collecting the information K at a first timeiThe historical comment information in (1) is displayed in the display area PmInternal;

obtaining characteristic attributes of the historical comment information in each information set, wherein the characteristic attributes comprise: the times of the historical comment information appearing in the historical comment text, the times of the historical comment information being viewed and the times of the historical comment information being collected;
determining the comment weight of the historical comment information according to the frequency of the historical comment information appearing in a historical comment text, the frequency of the historical comment information being viewed and the frequency of the historical comment information being collected;
screening historical comment information with comment weight larger than a weight threshold value from each information set to serve as first target comment information;
and respectively displaying the first target comment information screened from each information set in the display area to which the first target comment information belongs.
Optionally, the processor 1001 may be configured to invoke a device control application stored in the memory 1005 to implement:
acquiring the category number corresponding to the comment information category and a display interface;
dividing the display interface into at least two display areas, wherein the number of the areas of the at least two display areas is the same as the number of the categories;
acquiring the number of the historical comment information in each information set and the size of each display area in the at least two display areas;
and determining the display areas corresponding to the information sets respectively according to the number and the size of each display area.
Optionally, the processor 1001 may be configured to invoke a device control application stored in the memory 1005 to implement:
extracting semantic information of each piece of historical comment information in the at least two pieces of historical comment information, wherein the semantic information is used for indicating comment information category of the historical comment information;
obtaining the similarity between semantic information of each piece of historical comment information in the at least two pieces of historical comment information;
and clustering the at least two pieces of historical comment information according to the similarity to obtain at least two information sets.
Optionally, the processor 1001 may be configured to invoke a device control application stored in the memory 1005 to implement:
obtaining the distance between semantic information of each piece of historical comment information in the at least two pieces of historical comment information;
and determining the similarity between the semantic information of each piece of historical comment information in the at least two pieces of historical comment information according to the distance.
Optionally, the processor 1001 may be configured to invoke a device control application stored in the memory 1005 to implement:
acquiring the object type of the target object;
acquiring a history comment text corresponding to an object of which the object type is matched with the object type of the target object;
and extracting text segments from the historical comment texts as at least two pieces of historical comment information associated with the target object.
Optionally, the processor 1001 may be configured to invoke a device control application stored in the memory 1005 to implement:
segmenting the historical comment text to obtain at least two candidate text segments;
and screening candidate text segments with fields matched with fields in the key field dictionary from the at least two candidate text segments as at least two pieces of historical comment information associated with the target object.
Optionally, the processor 1001 may be configured to invoke a device control application stored in the memory 1005 to implement:
in response to a selection operation aiming at second target historical comment information in the at least two pieces of historical comment information, displaying the second target historical comment information on a comment information input interface;
receiving comment information input on the comment information input interface;
and commenting the target object by adopting the input comment information and the second target historical comment information.
It should be understood that the computer device 1000 described in this embodiment of the present application may perform the description of the data processing method in the embodiment corresponding to fig. 4, and may also perform the description of the data processing apparatus in the embodiment corresponding to fig. 9, which is not described herein again. In addition, the beneficial effects of the same method are not described in detail.
In the embodiment of the application, when computer equipment receives a comment request aiming at a target object to be commented, at least two pieces of historical comment information related to the target object can be acquired; and clustering at least two pieces of historical comment information to obtain at least two information sets, wherein one information set corresponds to one comment information category. And generating a display area corresponding to each information set according to the comment information category, and displaying the historical comment information in each information set in the corresponding display area. The historical comment information is displayed in the display area, so that the user can comment on the target object by selecting the historical comment information, the user does not need to independently think the comment information, and the comment efficiency can be improved. In addition, the at least two pieces of historical comment information are clustered, and each information set is displayed in the corresponding display area, so that the user can know the comment information category corresponding to the historical comment information of each display area, and the user can quickly select the proper historical comment information.
Further, here, it is to be noted that: an embodiment of the present application further provides a computer-readable storage medium, where the computer-readable storage medium stores a computer program executed by the aforementioned data processing apparatus, and the computer program includes program instructions, and when the processor executes the program instructions, the description of the data processing method in the embodiment corresponding to fig. 4 can be performed, so that details are not repeated here. In addition, the beneficial effects of the same method are not described in detail. It will be understood by those skilled in the art that all or part of the processes of the methods of the embodiments described above can be implemented by a computer program, which can be stored in a computer-readable storage medium, and when executed, can include the processes of the embodiments of the methods described above. The storage medium may be a magnetic disk, an optical disk, a Read-Only Memory (ROM), a Random Access Memory (RAM), or the like.

Claims (13)

1. A data processing method, comprising:
responding to a comment request aiming at a target object to be commented, and acquiring at least two pieces of historical comment information associated with the target object;
clustering the at least two pieces of historical comment information to obtain at least two information sets, wherein one information set corresponds to one comment information category, each information set in the at least two information sets comprises at least one piece of historical comment information, and the at least two information sets comprise an information set KiAnd information set KjSaid set of information KiAnd a display area PmCorrespondingly, the information set KjAnd a display area PnI, j, m and n are positive integers less than or equal to S, and S is the number of the information sets in the at least two information sets;
generating a display area corresponding to each information set in the at least two information sets according to the comment information category;
respectively displaying the historical comment information in each information set in the corresponding display area, including:
collecting the information K at a first timeiThe historical comment information in (1) is displayed in the display area PmInternal;
collecting the information K at a second timejThe historical comment information in (1) is displayed in the display area PnThe first time is earlier than the second time, and the display area PmIs arranged in the display area PnBefore the sorting order, the arrangement order of the display areas corresponding to the information sets isAnd determining according to the historical comment information in each information set.
2. The method of claim 1, wherein the displaying the historical comment information in each information set in the corresponding display area respectively comprises:
acquiring the number of the historical comment information in each information set;
arranging the display areas corresponding to the information sets according to the number of the information sets;
and respectively displaying the historical comment information in each information set in the correspondingly sorted display area.
3. The method of claim 1, wherein the displaying the historical comment information in each information set in the corresponding display area respectively comprises:
acquiring generation time stamps of historical comment information in each information set;
determining a total value of the generation time stamps of the historical comment information in each information set according to the generation time stamps;
arranging the display areas corresponding to the information sets according to the total value of the generated time stamps;
and respectively displaying the historical comment information in each information set in the correspondingly sorted display area.
4. The method of claim 1, wherein the displaying the historical comment information in each information set in the corresponding display area respectively comprises:
obtaining characteristic attributes of the historical comment information in each information set, wherein the characteristic attributes comprise: the times of the historical comment information appearing in the historical comment text, the times of the historical comment information being viewed and the times of the historical comment information being collected;
determining the comment weight of the historical comment information according to the frequency of the historical comment information appearing in a historical comment text, the frequency of the historical comment information being viewed and the frequency of the historical comment information being collected;
screening historical comment information with comment weight larger than a weight threshold value from each information set to serve as first target comment information;
and respectively displaying the first target comment information screened from each information set in the display area to which the first target comment information belongs.
5. The method of claim 1, wherein the generating a presentation area corresponding to each of the at least two information sets according to the comment information category comprises:
acquiring the category number corresponding to the comment information category and a display interface;
dividing the display interface into at least two display areas, wherein the number of the areas of the at least two display areas is the same as the number of the categories;
acquiring the number of the historical comment information in each information set and the size of each display area in the at least two display areas;
and determining the display areas corresponding to the information sets respectively according to the number and the size of each display area.
6. The method of claim 1, wherein the clustering the at least two pieces of historical review information to obtain at least two sets of information comprises:
extracting semantic information of each piece of historical comment information in the at least two pieces of historical comment information, wherein the semantic information is used for indicating comment information category of the historical comment information;
obtaining the similarity between semantic information of each piece of historical comment information in the at least two pieces of historical comment information;
and clustering the at least two pieces of historical comment information according to the similarity to obtain at least two information sets.
7. The method of claim 6, wherein the obtaining the similarity between semantic information of each of the at least two pieces of historical review information comprises:
obtaining the distance between semantic information of each piece of historical comment information in the at least two pieces of historical comment information;
and determining the similarity between the semantic information of each piece of historical comment information in the at least two pieces of historical comment information according to the distance.
8. The method of claim 1, wherein said obtaining at least two pieces of historical review information associated with the target object comprises:
acquiring the object type of the target object;
acquiring a history comment text corresponding to an object of which the object type is matched with the object type of the target object;
and extracting text segments from the historical comment texts as at least two pieces of historical comment information associated with the target object.
9. The method of claim 8, wherein said extracting text segments from said historical comment text as at least two pieces of historical comment information associated with said target object comprises:
segmenting the historical comment text to obtain at least two candidate text segments;
and screening candidate text segments with fields matched with fields in the key field dictionary from the at least two candidate text segments as at least two pieces of historical comment information associated with the target object.
10. The method of claim 1, wherein the method further comprises:
in response to a selection operation aiming at second target historical comment information in the at least two pieces of historical comment information, displaying the second target historical comment information on a comment information input interface;
receiving comment information input on the comment information input interface;
and commenting the target object by adopting the input comment information and the second target historical comment information.
11. A data processing apparatus, comprising:
the system comprises an acquisition module, a display module and a display module, wherein the acquisition module is used for responding to a comment request aiming at a target object to be commented and acquiring at least two pieces of historical comment information related to the target object;
