Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to the field of hard disk RAID (redundant array of independent disks) pairing, in particular to a RAID group pairing method and device for avoiding damage to hard disk data.
Background
In order to expand the storage capacity, increase the read-write speed of the server hard disk and enhance the fault-tolerant capability of the hard disk, several hard disks are usually combined into different raid (redundant Array of Independent disks) arrays, i.e. redundant arrays of Independent disks.
The RAID technology supports automatic fault detection, data reconstruction of hard disk bad tracks, non-stop hard disk backup, non-stop hard disk replacement, online capacity expansion and the like, and greatly ensures the stable operation of the server. However, there are some uncontrollable aspects to this technique in the process of using, for example, when reconstructing bad track data of a hard disk, if an inserted single hard disk a has a RAID 1, and another hard disk B of the server is also exactly the RAID 1 and lacks an expected paired hard disk, then uncertainty occurs at this time, and whether the data of the a hard disk is reconstructed onto the B hard disk or the data on the B hard disk is reconstructed onto the a hard disk, the data on one of the disks may be damaged.
Disclosure of Invention
In order to solve the above problems, the present invention provides a RAID group pairing method and apparatus for avoiding damage to hard disk data, which gives a relevant warning and avoids direct pairing to protect data from being damaged.
The technical scheme of the invention is as follows: a RAID group pairing method for avoiding damage to hard disk data comprises the following steps:
when a hard disk to be paired which is subjected to RAID is inserted into the server, judging whether the hard disk which is not subjected to RAID exists in the hard disks connected with the RAID card of the server;
if not, giving out a disk dropping warning of the hard disks to be paired, and judging whether unpaired hard disks exist in the hard disks connected with the RAID card of the server;
and if so, giving an unpaired hard disk alarm.
Further, the method further comprises:
if the hard disk which is not subjected to RAID exists in the hard disks connected with the server RAID card, taking the hard disk which is not subjected to RAID as a target hard disk;
judging whether a matchable hard disk with the capacity not less than that of the hard disk to be matched exists in the target hard disk, wherein the model of the matchable hard disk is consistent with that of the hard disk to be matched;
if yes, selecting any one of the matchable hard disks to be matched with the hard disk to be matched, and reconstructing data on the hard disk to be matched onto the matchable hard disk;
if not, giving out a disk dropping warning of the hard disks to be paired, and judging whether unpaired hard disks exist in the hard disks which are connected with the RAID card of the server and are subjected to RAID;
and if so, giving an unpaired hard disk alarm.
Further, the warning of the disk dropping of the hard disk to be paired refers to lighting a related indicator lamp of the hard disk to be paired.
Further, the unpaired hard disk warning means that the unpaired hard disk lights up a related indicator light.
The technical scheme of the invention also comprises a RAID group pairing device for avoiding the damage of hard disk data, which comprises:
RAID hard disk judgment module: when a hard disk to be paired which is subjected to RAID is inserted into the server, judging whether the hard disk which is not subjected to RAID exists in the hard disks connected with the RAID card of the server;
the hard disk falling warning module to be paired: when no hard disk which is not subjected to RAID does not exist in the hard disks connected with the server RAID card, giving out a disk-dropping warning of the hard disk to be paired;
unpaired hard disk judgment module: when the paired hard disks are disqualified, judging whether unpaired hard disks exist in the hard disks connected with the RAID card of the server and subjected to RAID;
unpaired hard disk warning module: and when the hard disk connected with the RAID card of the server and used for RAID has an unpaired hard disk, giving an unpaired hard disk alarm.
Further, the apparatus further comprises:
matchable hard disk search module: judging whether a matchable hard disk with the capacity not less than that of the hard disk to be matched exists in the target hard disk, wherein the model of the matchable hard disk is consistent with that of the hard disk to be matched; the target hard disk refers to a hard disk which is not subjected to RAID in the hard disks connected with the server RAID card;
a pairing reestablishment module: if the target hard disk has the matched hard disk which is consistent with the hard disk to be matched in model and the capacity of which is not less than that of the hard disk to be matched, selecting any matched hard disk to be matched with the hard disk to be matched, and reconstructing data on the hard disk to be matched to the matched hard disk.
Further, the to-be-paired hard disk dropping warning given by the to-be-paired hard disk dropping warning module means that the to-be-paired hard disks are lighted up by related indicator lamps.
Further, the unpaired hard disk warning given by the unpaired hard disk judgment module means that the unpaired hard disk lights up a related indicator lamp.
According to the RAID group pairing method and device for avoiding damage to hard disk data, when a hard disk to be paired which is subjected to RAID is inserted, if all hard disks connected with the RAID card of the server are judged to be subjected to RAID, the hard disks to be paired are not paired, the disk falling warning of the hard disks to be paired is given, and the hard disks to be paired are prevented from being blindly paired to other unpaired hard disks to cause data damage. In addition, when the hard disks to be paired are disqualified, the hard disks connected with the RAID card of the server are judged to have RAID but unpaired hard disks, an unpaired hard disk warning is given, and workers can be reminded to process the unpaired hard disks at the same time, so that the hard disks to be paired and the unpaired hard disks are prevented from being paired and damaging data of the hard disks. And the staff can judge the reason for the hard disk to be paired to fall according to the related warning.
Drawings
FIG. 1 is a schematic flow chart of a method according to an embodiment of the present invention.
Fig. 2 is a schematic block diagram of a second structure according to an embodiment of the present invention.
Detailed Description
The present invention will be described in detail below with reference to the accompanying drawings by way of specific examples, which are illustrative of the present invention and are not limited to the following embodiments.
Example one
As shown in fig. 1, this embodiment provides a RAID group pairing method for avoiding damage to hard disk data, aiming at avoiding the problem of damage to two hard disk data when two disks have RAID groups, and includes the following steps:
s1, when inserting a hard disk to be paired which has been subjected to RAID, judging whether the hard disk which has not been subjected to RAID exists in the hard disks connected with the RAID card of the server;
it should be noted that whether a hard disk to be paired that has undergone RAID is inserted may be monitored, and when a hard disk to be paired that has undergone RAID is inserted, the model and the capacity of the hard disk to be paired may be obtained after insertion for the purpose of pairing.
S2, if not, giving warning of disk dropping of the hard disks to be paired, and judging whether unpaired hard disks exist in the hard disks connected with the server RAID card;
it should be noted that, in the step, because the hard disks connected to the server RAID card are all RAID-finished, the hard disks are searched for paired hard disks.
And S3, if the pairing result exists, giving an unpaired hard disk alarm.
To realize pairing, the embodiment further includes the following steps:
s4, if the hard disk connected with the server RAID card has the hard disk without RAID, the hard disk without RAID is used as the target hard disk;
s5, judging whether a matchable hard disk with the capacity not less than that of the hard disk to be matched exists in the target hard disk, wherein the model of the matchable hard disk is consistent with that of the hard disk to be matched;
s6, if yes, selecting any one of the matchable hard disks to be matched with the hard disk to be matched, and reconstructing data on the hard disk to be matched onto the matchable hard disk;
s7, if not, giving warning of disk dropping of the hard disks to be paired, and judging whether unpaired hard disks exist in the hard disks which are connected with the RAID card of the server and are subjected to RAID;
and S8, if the pairing result exists, giving an unpaired hard disk alarm.
It should be noted that, when the foregoing steps S7 and S8, that is, step S5, determine that there is no matchable hard disk in the target hard disk whose model is consistent with the model of the hard disk to be paired and whose capacity is not less than the model of the hard disk to be paired, the process returns to step S2.
In this embodiment, the warning of the disk dropping of the hard disk to be paired refers to lighting a related indicator lamp of the hard disk to be paired, and if the yellow indicator lamp of the hard disk to be paired is lighted, the disk dropping is indicated. The unpaired hard disk warning means that an unpaired hard disk lights up a related indicator lamp, for example, an unpaired hard disk lights up a white indicator lamp, which indicates that the unpaired hard disk is RAID-done but unpaired.
Example two
As shown in fig. 2, the present embodiment provides a RAID group pairing apparatus for avoiding damage to hard disk data, including:
RAID hard disk judgment module 1: when a hard disk to be paired which is subjected to RAID is inserted into the server, judging whether the hard disk which is not subjected to RAID exists in the hard disks connected with the RAID card of the server;
the warning module 2 for the disk falling of the hard disk to be paired: when no hard disk which is not subjected to RAID does not exist in the hard disks connected with the server RAID card, giving out a disk-dropping warning of the hard disk to be paired;
unpaired hard disk judgment module 3: when the paired hard disks are disqualified, judging whether unpaired hard disks exist in the hard disks connected with the RAID card of the server and subjected to RAID;
unpaired hard disk warning module 4: when the hard disk connected with the server RAID card and subjected to RAID has an unpaired hard disk, giving an unpaired hard disk alarm;
matchable hard disk search module 5: judging whether a matchable hard disk with the capacity not less than that of the hard disk to be matched exists in the target hard disk, wherein the model of the matchable hard disk is consistent with that of the hard disk to be matched; the target hard disk refers to a hard disk which is not subjected to RAID in the hard disks connected with the server RAID card;
the pairing reconstruction module 6: if the target hard disk has the matched hard disk which is consistent with the hard disk to be matched in model and the capacity of which is not less than that of the hard disk to be matched, selecting any matched hard disk to be matched with the hard disk to be matched, and reconstructing data on the hard disk to be matched to the matched hard disk.
It should be noted that when all the hard disks connected to the server RAID card are RAID-enabled, the unpaired hard disk determination module 3 searches for an unpaired hard disk among all the hard disks connected to the server RAID card; when the hard disk part connected with the server RAID card is RAID, the unpaired hard disk judgment module 3 searches unpaired hard disks in the RAID hard disks connected with the server RAID card.
The hard disk dropping warning module 2 to be paired gives a warning of dropping of the hard disk to be paired, namely, the hard disk to be paired lights up a related indicator lamp, and if the hard disk to be paired lights up a yellow indicator lamp, the hard disk to be paired is indicated as dropping. The unpaired hard disk warning given by the unpaired hard disk warning module 4 means that the unpaired hard disk lights up a related indicator lamp, for example, the unpaired hard disk lights up a white indicator lamp, which indicates that the unpaired hard disk does RAID but is unpaired.
The above disclosure is only for the preferred embodiments of the present invention, but the present invention is not limited thereto, and any non-inventive changes that can be made by those skilled in the art and several modifications and amendments made without departing from the principle of the present invention shall fall within the protection scope of the present invention.
