Abstract
The invention discloses a male pin for detecting a female pin reed of a connector and a detection device comprising the male pin; the male pin comprises a reed detection part, and the reed detection part comprises a conductive part and insulating parts arranged at two ends of the conductive part; the outer diameter of the conductive part is smaller than that of the insulating part, and the conductive part is configured to detect whether the female needle reed is lost or not. When the female needle reed exists, the female needle cable and the male needle form a loop through the reed and the male needle, and the CPU receives a signal; and the CPU outputs an instruction to the display module for displaying and alarming the pin number without detecting the current according to the logic setting, so that the automatic detection of the reed is realized.

Technical Field
The invention relates to a connector female pin reed detection device, in particular to a connector female pin reed detection male pin and a detection device comprising the male pin.

The statements herein merely provide background information related to the present disclosure and may not necessarily constitute prior art.
In the maintenance process of the motor train unit, the problem that a female pin reed is lost often exists in the LJB connector of the cab side cabinet; the existing solution is to use a male pin with a cable crimped to plug and unplug each female pin, and to sense the clamping force of the female pin on the male pin in the pulling process (the structure of the existing male pin is shown in fig. 1), so as to judge whether the female pin has a reed. In addition, the method is low in efficiency, one connector is generally provided with 20 contact pins, a plurality of connectors exist in the cab side cabinet LJB box, and when the method is used for measurement, only one female pin can be measured each time, so that a large amount of time is consumed.
Disclosure of Invention
Aiming at the defects in the prior art, the invention provides a male pin for detecting a female pin reed of a connector, and the male pin can also detect whether the female pin reed of the connector is lost; a second object of the present invention is to provide a detecting device including the male needle, which can detect whether a plurality of female needle reeds are lost at the same time.
In order to achieve the purpose, the invention is realized by the following technical scheme:
in a first aspect, embodiments of the present invention provide a connector female pin reed detection male pin; the male pin comprises a reed detection part, and the reed detection part comprises a conductive part and insulating parts arranged at two ends of the conductive part; the outer diameter of the conductive part is smaller than that of the insulating part, and the conductive part is configured to be only contacted with the female needle reed.
As a further technical scheme, the male pin further comprises a crimping part, and the crimping part is made of a metal material.
As a further technical scheme, the crimping part is internally provided with a hole for a lead to pass through.
As a further technical scheme, the insulating part close to the crimping part is of a hollow structure or a solid structure with a through hole.

The beneficial effects of the above-mentioned embodiment of the present invention are as follows:
1. the invention designs a novel male pin for detecting a reed of a female pin of a connector, which comprises a conductive part and an insulating part, wherein the diameter of the conductive part is slightly smaller than that of the insulating part, so that the male pin is ensured not to be in contact with the female pin when the female pin is not pressed by the reed, and whether the reed of the female pin of the connector is lost or not can be detected.
2. The invention also discloses a detection device capable of simultaneously installing a plurality of male pins, which overcomes the problem that only one female pin can be measured each time, and the display module is arranged on the detection device, so that the situation that whether the female pin reed is lost or not can be reflected more accurately and intuitively, and the effect of quickly detecting whether the female pin reed is lost or not is further achieved.
3. The detection device is also provided with an alarm device, so that once the female needle with the reed missing is generated, the alarm can be given immediately to remind detection personnel.
4. A plurality of male pins, a controller, a display, an alarm and the like of the detection device are integrated on a circuit board, so that the detection device is convenient to carry and use.

As introduced by the background art, the reed detection mode of the female pin in the prior art is not intuitive and inaccurate and has low efficiency, and in order to solve the technical problems in the prior art, the invention provides a male pin for detecting the reed of the female pin of a connector and a detection device comprising the male pin.
Example 1
FIG. 2 is a schematic view of a conventional female probe to be tested; the reed is arranged at the position shown in figure 2, and is pressed on the needle body of the female needle through certain elastic force; the existing male needle structure is shown in fig. 1, the contact area of the male needle reed and the female needle reed in fig. 1 is consistent with the diameter of other areas, and the contact areas are made of metal (conductors), and the reeds and the male needle are in a pressing relation and are in interference fit, so that the inserted entities are crossed, and the front end of the male needle actually jacks the female needle reed after being inserted. Therefore, even if the female needle reed is absent, conduction can still be realized through other parts, and untimely and unreliable connection is formed.
In a typical embodiment of the present invention, as shown in fig. 3, the male pin for detecting a reed of a female pin of a connector provided by the present invention comprises a reed detecting part, wherein the reed detecting part comprises a conductive part 3-1, and an insulating part 3-2 and an insulating part 3-3 which are arranged at two ends of the conductive part along the axial direction of the female pin; the outer diameter of the conductive part 3-1 is smaller than the outer diameters of the insulating part 3-2 and the insulating part 3-3, and the conductive part 3-2 is configured to be only contacted with the female needle reed and used for detecting whether the female needle reed is lost or not.
Further, the insulating portion 3-2 in the present embodiment is made of an existing insulating material, such as common resin, rubber, or the like; the insulation part 3-2 is designed to be a hollow structure or a solid structure, when the insulation part 3-2 is the solid structure, a through hole communicated with the conductive part 3-1 is arranged in the insulation part, the purpose of designing the insulation part 3-2 to be the hollow structure is to facilitate a lead connected with the conductive part to pass through, and the conductive part 3-1 of the male pin is connected with other electrical appliance connecting pieces through the lead to realize detection.
Further, in this embodiment or other embodiments, the insulating portion 3-3 is also made of an existing insulating material, such as common resin, rubber, etc.; the wire can be designed into a hollow structure or a solid structure, the wire does not pass through the insulating part 3-3, and the insulating part 3-3 is matched with other parts of the connecting area of the female needle.
The shape and size of the insulating portions 3-2 and 3-3 are determined by the shape and size of the female pin connecting area matched with the insulating portions; in this embodiment, the shape of the female pin connecting region is cylindrical and tapered, and therefore, the insulating portion 3-2 is a combination of cylindrical and tapered shapes, and the insulating portion 3-3 is cylindrical.
Further, in this embodiment or other embodiments, the conductive portion is designed to be a solid structure, and is made of a common conductive metal material, such as common copper. The shape and size of the conductive part 3-1 are determined by the shape and size of the female pin reed mounting area matched with the conductive part; in the present embodiment, the female needle reed mounting section is cylindrical in shape, and therefore, the conductive section 3-1 is also cylindrical in shape.
Further, in this embodiment or other embodiments, the detection male pin further includes a crimping part 3-6 for implementing crimping with the circuit board.
Further, in this embodiment or other embodiments, the detection male pin further includes a clamp spring sheathing part 3-4 for sheathing a clamp spring; the clamp spring sleeving part 3-4 and the crimping part 3-6 are connected together through a connecting part 3-5, namely, the male pin in the embodiment sequentially comprises the crimping part 3-6, the connecting part 3-5, the clamp spring sleeving part 3-4, an insulating part 3-2, a conductive part 3-1 and an insulating part 3-3 from left to right.
Furthermore, the clamp spring sleeving part 3-4, the connecting part 3-5 and the crimping part 3-6 are preferably made of metal materials, but the clamp spring sleeving part 3-4, the connecting part 3-5 and the crimping part 3-6 do not need to be conductive, so that the clamp spring sleeving part can be made of common copper, aluminum or other metal materials, and the integral strength of the male pin is ensured during crimping; and the clamp spring sleeving part 3-4, the connecting part 3-5 and the crimping part 3-6 adopt hollow structures or solid structures, when the clamp spring sleeving part 3-4, the connecting part 3-5 and the crimping part 3-6 adopt solid structures, through holes are arranged in the clamp spring sleeving part 3-4, the connecting part 3-5 and the crimping part 3-6, and a lead wire connected with the conductive part passes through the through holes.
Furthermore, the detection male pin can be designed into various different models, and the detection male pin is mainly designed according to the model of the connector of the female pin; however, the design of the reed detection part of the male pin of different types is the same as the structure of the reed detection part disclosed in the present embodiment, and the difference is that the outer diameter, the length, and the like are different.
The detection male pin disclosed in the embodiment is a key component for detecting whether the female pin reed is lost, the whole part of the male pin is made of a polyethylene insulating material which is convenient for 3D printing processing, but the part of the male pin, which is in contact with the female pin reed, is made of a metal material, namely, the conductive part of the male pin is made of a metal material; while the outer diameter of the conductive portion is smaller than the outer diameter of the insulating portions on both sides thereof, for example: the outer diameter of the insulating part is phi 1.8 cm; the conductive part has an outer diameter of 1.6cm and is kept in contact with the part other than the female needle spring.
When the device is used specifically, a male needle detection device corresponding to the connector type of the female needle is selected according to the connector type of the female needle, and then the selected male needle is inserted into the female needle connected with the male needle.
Based on the above-mentioned male pin detection, the present embodiment further provides a device for detecting the male pin by using the female pin reed of the connector, which includes the above-mentioned male pin. The detection device can realize simultaneous measurement of a plurality of female needles; specifically, as shown in fig. 4, the detection device further includes a controller, a display and an alarm, an input end of the controller is connected to the plurality of male pins disclosed in embodiment 1, and an output end of the controller is connected to the display and the alarm.
The display can adopt the existing liquid crystal display and can also adopt other existing displays; the alarm may be an existing buzzer or other alarm device, such as an alarm lamp.
This detection device's detection principle is similar to the universal meter and switches on and off the shelves and detects, and for satisfying once measuring many female needles, the controller MCU who discloses in this embodiment adopts current STM32F103ZET6, and the last later stage of pin quantity is expanded, can reach more than 100 at most (present common connector is usually no longer than 50 contact pins, during consequently the concrete use, can only launch partial pin). Meanwhile, through programming, when detecting, the needle number missing from the reed is directly displayed on a display, and an alarm is given through a buzzer or an alarm lamp and the like; of course, it is not to be immediately apparent that the controller may also be another type of controller in other embodiments, not limited to the STM32F103ZET6 disclosed in this embodiment.
When the female needle reed exists, the female needle cable and the male needle form a loop through the reed and the metal part of the male needle, and the detection module collects an analog signal. The signal is amplified by the amplifying circuit and output to the analog-to-digital converter, and is converted into a digital signal which is convenient to output and output to the CPU for operation control. The CPU outputs a command to the display for the pin number for which no current is detected, according to the logic setting. After the display receives the instruction that CPU sent, the needle number that will not detect the electric current shows the screen on, can be equipped with bee calling organ or alarm lamp etc. simultaneously, in case the female needle that the reed is lost appears, reports to the police immediately, reminds detection personnel.
It should be noted that, during actual production, the male pin, the controller, the display, the alarm and the like can be integrated on one circuit board, and meanwhile, a power supply can be installed on the circuit board, and when the female pin needs to be detected, a maintenance worker can directly carry the integrated circuit board to a site for detection.
It should be noted that, when the detection that the female pin reeds of the connectors of different types and models are lost needs to be realized, the detection that the female pin reeds of the connectors of different types and models are lost can be realized through the adapter.
The detection device that this embodiment is disclosed can install the detection device of a plurality of public needles simultaneously, has overcome the problem that can only measure a female needle at every turn, and sets up display module on detection device, can reflect more accurately, directly perceivedly whether the condition that the female needle reed has the loss, and then has reached the effect whether the quick detection female needle reed loses. The detection device is also provided with an alarm device, and once the female needle with the reed missing is generated, the alarm device immediately alarms to remind detection personnel. The plurality of male pins, the controller, the display and the alarm of the detection device are integrated on one circuit board, so that the detection device is convenient to carry and use.

A male pin for detecting a female pin reed of a connector; the male needle comprises a reed detection part and is characterized in that the reed detection part comprises a conductive part and insulating parts arranged at two ends of the conductive part along the axial direction of the female needle; the outer diameter of the conductive part is smaller than that of the insulating part, and the conductive part is configured to be only contacted with the female needle reed.
2. A connector female pin reed detection male pin according to claim 1; the male needle is characterized by further comprising a crimping part, wherein the crimping part is made of metal materials.
3. A connector female pin reed detection male pin according to claim 2; the crimping part is characterized in that a hole for a lead to pass through is formed in the crimping part.
4. A connector female pin reed detection male pin according to claim 2; the insulating part close to the crimping part is of a hollow structure or a solid structure with a through hole.
5. A connector female pin reed detection male pin according to claim 1; wherein the length of the conductive portion is equal to the length of the reed.
6. A connector female pin reed detection device, characterized in that it comprises a male pin according to any one of claims 1 to 5.
7. The device for detecting the female pin reed of the connector as claimed in claim 6, further comprising a controller and a display, wherein the input end of the controller is connected with the plurality of male pins, and the output end of the controller is connected with the display.
8. The female pin reed detection device of claim 6, further comprising a buzzer, wherein the buzzer is connected to an output of the controller.
9. The female pin reed detection device of claim 6, wherein the conductive portion of the male pin is connected to the input of the controller by a wire passing through the insulating portion and the crimping portion.
10. The female pin reed detection device of claim 6, wherein the plurality of male pins, the controller, the display and the alarm are integrated on a circuit board.
