In addition, the shown or discussed mutual coupling or direct coupling or communication connection may be an indirect coupling or communication connection through some interfaces, devices or units, and may also be an electric, mechanical or other form of connection.
The invention provides a plate-end overheat resistance modulation alarm device, as shown in fig. 1 and fig. 2, comprising: the heat sensitive medium 2, the lead and the monitoring module 3;
the heat sensitive medium 2 is attached to a tested element 1 of the server; the heat sensitive medium 2 senses the temperature information of the element 1 to be measured and generates line characteristic impedance data change based on the change of the sensed temperature; the monitoring module 3 is connected with the element 1 to be tested through a lead to acquire the line characteristic impedance data of the heat sensitive medium 2 and continuously compares the acquired line characteristic impedance data with a preset threshold value; and if the threshold value is exceeded, alarming.
Wherein, the monitoring module 3 obtains the line characteristic impedance data of the heat sensitive medium 2 by the following formula
r is the relative dielectric constant, H is the dielectric thickness, w is the line width, and t is the metal line thickness.
This is based on the fact that the different heat sensitive media 2 are introduced into the operating server, the detection impedance change on the server is determined, the thickness width of the internal media can be changed by the principle of expansion and contraction of heat through the introduced different heat sensitive media 2, and then the current impedance value is determined by the system. Therefore, whether the board end temperature of the current server system needs to start the protective measures immediately can be known, and the strategy scheme can be applied to achieve the optimal system protection mechanism to know whether the current system environment is in a normal state.
In normal operation of the server, if the server encounters high current load extraction of the system, corresponding protection measures or prompt mechanisms are not provided, so that a board end overheating impedance modulation display alarm design scheme is invented.
By the change of the line characteristic impedance data, the severity level of the current system environment can be judged to start whether a reaction mechanism closes the system or enters a protection mode, and the system information loss caused by the external overlarge environmental impact is avoided.

The device is provided with a plurality of heat sensitive media; the heat sensitive medium is correspondingly attached to a tested element of the server to acquire temperature information; each heat sensitive medium is connected with the processor, the processor acquires the line characteristic impedance data of each heat sensitive medium respectively, and the acquired line characteristic impedance data are continuously compared with a preset threshold value.
The processor respectively acquires the temperature threshold value and the corresponding preset threshold value of each measured element in the server through the human-computer interaction module; and the processor compares and judges according to the temperature threshold of each element to be detected and the corresponding preset threshold.
The processor is also used for setting the temperature data of each element to be measured and the line characteristic impedance data of the corresponding heat sensitive medium to form a report based on a preset time period; the system also provides an add-delete change-check port based on the line characteristic impedance data of the heat sensitive medium, and displays and operates the real-time line characteristic impedance data, the historical line characteristic impedance data and the alarm data; a user operates the line characteristic impedance data through the addition, deletion, modification and check ports, randomly calls a preset time range, and realizes query and retrieval in any time range; the processor displays the line characteristic impedance data of the heat sensitive medium in the forms of a list, a curve and a report.
The processor is also used for setting operation ports for relative dielectric constant, dielectric thickness, line width and metal line thickness. The processor is also used for carrying out circular comparison on the currently acquired line characteristic impedance data and the past data to judge whether the fluctuation exceeds the range.
Therefore, the device solves the protection problem that the server system is overheated when encountering the board end, effectively judges the protection strategy of the current system aiming at the board end temperature, and judges the protection mechanism corresponding to the collocation of the system through the change of the impedance on the system.
The invention can also judge whether the current system board end environment is in a serious level or not to start a reaction mechanism to close the system or enter a protection mode, thereby avoiding the system information loss caused by the board end overheat environment impact.
