the processing module 303 is further configured to control the air outlet fan to operate at a first rotation speed;

In a possible design, the processing module 303 is further configured to, when clothes are hung on the clothes drying rod, control the clothes drying rod to move towards the air outlet portion until a distance between the clothes drying rod and the air outlet portion is a preset distance;

For the lifting implementation of the clothes-horse in the above embodiment, reference may be specifically made to fig. 6 to 7, where the clothes-horse lifting device includes: a housing 11 and a motor 9 mounted on the housing 11. All set up line ball pulley 41 on the first support 4 of casing 11 both sides, all set up spacing pulley 51 on the second support 5 of casing 11 both sides, connecting wire 7 on first wire winding district 31 and the second wire winding district 32 passes line ball pulley 41 and the spacing pulley 51 back of corresponding side in proper order respectively and is connected with the one end of clothes-horse 8. When the motor 9 drives the wire spool 3 to rotate, the first winding area 31 and the second winding area 32 both wind or release the connecting wire 7.
It should be understood that, when the motor 9 drives the wire spool 3 to rotate, in order to achieve the cooperative winding or releasing of the connecting wire 7 by the first winding area 31 and the second winding area 32, one of the first winding area 31 and the second winding area 32 is used for winding or unwinding the wire from the upper end of the wire spool 3, and the other is used for winding or unwinding the wire from the lower end of the wire spool 3.
In this embodiment, the wire spool 3 is driven by the motor 9, so that the first wire winding area 31 and the second wire winding area 32 roll up or release the connecting wire 7 in cooperation, and the clothes drying rod 8 can be lifted under the combined action of the connecting wires 7 connected to the two ends of the clothes drying rod 8.
The motor 9 in this embodiment may be a tubular motor, considering that when the clothes airing rod 8 is used to air clothes, the weight is heavy, and a power source with a large torque is required.
On the basis of the above embodiments, fig. 7 is a schematic view illustrating a clothes-horse lifting device according to an exemplary embodiment of the present invention in a use state. As shown in fig. 7, an air outlet portion 12 is further disposed on the housing 11, a first microswitch 6 is disposed on the air outlet portion 12, and when the motor 9 drives the wire spool 3 to rotate to furl the connecting wire 7, and the clothes-horse 8 triggers the first microswitch 6, the first microswitch 6 sends a termination instruction to the controller, so that the controller controls the motor 9 to stop rotating.
In the actual use process, when the clothes-horse 8 assembly ascends, the tubular motor is controlled by a preset program, the tubular motor rotates to drive the wire spool 3 to rotate after being started, so that the connecting wire 7 is tightened, the connecting wire 7 moves upwards through the wire pressing pulley 41 and the limiting pulley 51, when the connecting wire ascends to a corresponding position, the first microswitch 6 immediately sends a signal to the controller, the controller controls the tubular motor to stop working, and the clothes-horse 8 assembly stops to the position.
In addition, be provided with clothes-horse 8 containing groove on the air-out portion 12, first micro-gap switch 6 sets up in clothes-horse 8 containing groove, and when clothes-horse 8 triggered first micro-gap switch 6, clothes-horse 8 inlayed and establish in clothes-horse 8 containing groove.
Wherein, the wind source of the air outlet part 12 can adopt a centrifugal fan, and the wind pressure of the centrifugal fan is large, which is beneficial to drying clothes aired on the clothes airing rod 8.
The rotation shaft of the line pressing pulley 41 and the first support 4 are provided with a line pressing spring 91 along the lifting direction of the clothes airing rod 8, and the rotation shaft of the line pressing pulley 41 moves between a first position and a second position, wherein the connecting line 7 of the first position and the second position is parallel to the lifting direction of the clothes airing rod 8. When the rotating shaft of the line pressing pulley 41 is located at the first position, the line pressing spring 91 is in a stretching state, and the line pressing pulley 41 presses the connecting line 7; when the rotation shaft of the line pressing pulley 41 is located at the second position, the line pressing spring 91 is restored to the free state from the stretched state. And, there is the second microswitch 92 on the first support 4, when the spindle of the line ball pulley 41 is disengaged from the first position and moves to the second position from the first position, the state of the second microswitch 92 changes, the second microswitch 92 sends the end order to the controller, so that the controller controls the motor 9 to stop rotating.
In the actual use process, when the clothes-horse 8 descends, the tubular motor is controlled by a preset program, the tubular motor rotates after being started to drive the wire spool 3 to rotate, so that the connecting wire 7 is released, the connecting wire 7 moves downwards under the action of the gravity of the clothes-horse 8 through the wire pressing pulley 41 and the limiting pulley 51, when the clothes-horse 8 assembly descends, the second microswitch 92 is touched when encountering obstacles, the second microswitch 92 gives a signal to the controller, so that the controller controls the tubular motor to stop working, and the clothes-horse 8 stops at the position.
After the clothes-horse 8 lifting device receives the lifting instruction, the weight sensor can be arranged to automatically judge whether the clothes-horse 8 is directly lifted to the top or the clothes-horse 8 stays at a certain height, so that the air outlet part 12 can effectively dry clothes aired on the clothes-horse 8, wherein the lifting instruction can be a lifting instruction input through a control panel or other control modes. Specifically, the weight sensor is used for acquiring the weight of the hanging line 7, and whether the clothes are hung on the clothes-horse 8 is determined by whether the weight acquired by the weight sensor exceeds a preset threshold value, wherein the threshold value can be set as the weight of the clothes-horse 8. When it is determined that clothes are hung on the clothes airing rod 8, after the lifting device of the clothes airing rod 8 receives the lifting instruction, the clothes airing rod 8 stays at a certain height, so that the air outlet part 12 can effectively dry the clothes aired on the clothes airing rod 8; when it is determined that the clothes are not hung on the clothes-horse 8, the clothes-horse 8 is directly lifted to the topmost part after the lifting device of the clothes-horse 8 receives the lifting command.

Claims (10)

1. A control method of a warmer is applied to the warmer, and the warmer comprises the following steps: the clothes airing device comprises a main machine and a panel covered on the main machine, wherein an air outlet fan is arranged in the main machine, an air outlet end of the air outlet fan is connected with an air inlet end of a heating component, an air outlet end of the heating component is connected with an air outlet part, a panel air outlet is arranged on the panel, air flow output by the air outlet fan is blown out through the air outlet part and the panel air outlet in sequence, a clothes airing rod is hung on the main machine through a connecting wire and is positioned on the lower side of the air outlet part, a winding mechanism is arranged in the main machine and is connected with the connecting wire so as to drive the clothes airing rod to be close to or far away from the; the method comprises the following steps:
acquiring a clothes drying mode starting instruction input by a user;
judging whether clothes are hung on the clothes airing rod or not;
if the judgment result is yes, the air outlet fan and the heating part are started, so that air output by the air outlet fan is blown out through the panel air outlet, and clothes hung on the clothes airing rod are dried.
2. The heater control method according to claim 1, wherein the determining whether the clothes are hung on the clothes-horse comprises:
acquiring weight information of the current clothes-horse part;
and judging whether the weight information is larger than a preset weight threshold value or not.
3. The heater control method of claim 2, before turning on the air outlet fan and the heating element, further comprising:
judging whether a living body exists in a preset range;
if the judgment result is yes, controlling the air outlet fan to operate at a first rotating speed;
and if the judgment result is negative, controlling the air outlet fan to operate at a second rotating speed, wherein the second rotating speed is higher than the first rotating speed.
4. The heater control method according to claim 3, further comprising, before said turning on said air outlet fan and said heating element;
when clothes are hung on the clothes drying rod, the clothes drying rod is controlled to move towards the air outlet part until the distance between the clothes drying rod and the air outlet part is a preset distance;
when clothes are not hung on the clothes airing rod, the clothes airing rod is controlled to move to the air outlet part to form the tail end, wherein a clothes airing rod accommodating groove is formed in the air outlet part, and when the clothes airing rod moves to the tail end of the stroke of the air outlet part, the clothes airing rod is embedded into the clothes airing rod accommodating groove.
5. The heater control method according to any one of claims 1-4, further comprising:
acquiring a cool drying mode starting instruction input by a user;
starting the air outlet fan and the air exchange fan, and stopping the heating component, wherein the air exchange fan is arranged in the host;
judging whether the current environment humidity is within a preset humidity range;
if the judgment result is yes, the air outlet fan and the ventilation fan are stopped.
6. The heater control method according to claim 5, further comprising:
acquiring a hot drying mode starting instruction input by a user;
starting the air outlet fan, the air exchange fan and the heating component;
judging whether the current environment humidity is within a preset humidity range;
if the judgment result is yes, the air outlet fan, the ventilation fan and the heating component are stopped.
7. The heater control method according to claim 5, further comprising:
acquiring a blowing mode starting instruction input by a user;
judging whether a living body exists in a preset range;
if the judgment result is yes, the air outlet fan is started;
and if the judgment result is negative, suspending the air outlet fan.
8. The heater control method according to claim 5, further comprising:
acquiring an illumination mode starting instruction input by a user;
judging whether a living body exists in a preset range;
if the judgment result is yes, the lighting module is started, and the lighting module is arranged on the panel;
if the judgment result is negative, the lighting module is closed after the preset time length.
9. The heater control method according to claim 5, further comprising:
acquiring a ventilation mode starting instruction input by a user;
judging whether a living body exists in a preset range;
if the judgment result is yes, controlling the ventilation fan to operate at a third rotating speed;
and if the judgment result is negative, controlling the ventilation fan to operate at a fourth rotating speed, wherein the fourth rotating speed is lower than the third rotating speed.
10. A heater control device, comprising:
the acquisition module is used for acquiring a clothes airing mode starting instruction input by a user;
the judging module is used for judging whether clothes are hung on the clothes airing rod or not;
and the processing module is used for opening the air outlet fan and the heating part so as to enable the air output by the air outlet fan to be blown out through the panel air outlet and dry the clothes hung on the clothes airing rod.
