Abstract

本发明属于LED灯领域,尤其是涉及一种光影流动式LED洗墙灯,包括壳体,所壳体内设有LED灯组,所述壳体的上表面开口设置并固定安装有防尘板,所述壳体的内侧壁上转动连接有转轴,所述转轴外同轴套接有形变管,所述形变管由柔性透明材料制成,所述转轴的侧壁上固定安装有两组支撑件,所述支撑件包括三根周向分布在转轴侧壁上的复位弹簧,所述复位弹簧的另一端固定连接有配重球,所述配重球与形变管的内侧壁固定连接,所述转轴的两端均贯穿壳体的侧壁并同轴固定连接有风扇轮,所述形变管的两侧均固定连通有单向导流管。本发明可通过冷却液流动,使光线照射在墙体表面时,产生水流般变化的流动光影,大大提高了其观赏效果。

一种光影流动式LED洗墙灯
技术领域
本发明属于LED灯领域,尤其是涉及一种光影流动式LED洗墙灯。
背景技术
LED洗墙灯让灯光象水一样洗过墙面,主要也是用来做建筑装饰照明之用,还有用来勾勒大型建筑的轮廓,由于LED具有节能、光效高、色彩丰富、寿命长等特点,从而得到广泛使用。
然而,目前的洗墙灯普遍是静态的,其投射在建筑外墙的光照十分单调,观赏效果有限,为了形成动态光影效果,目前大多采用程控灯头的方法实现,通过程序控制灯头的颜色及照明角度、范围,从而形成变幻的照明效果,但该种方案的成本较高,不便于维护,因此难以得到广泛的应用。
为此,我们提出一种光影流动式LED洗墙灯来解决上述问题。
发明内容
本发明的目的是针对上述光照效果单调且成本较高的问题,提供一种光照效果好且成本低的光影流动式LED洗墙灯。
为达到上述目的,本发明采用了下列技术方案:一种光影流动式LED洗墙灯,包括壳体,所壳体内设有LED灯组,所述壳体的上表面开口设置并固定安装有防尘板,所述壳体的内侧壁上转动连接有转轴,所述转轴外同轴套接有形变管,所述形变管由柔性透明材料制成,所述转轴的侧壁上固定安装有两组支撑件,所述支撑件包括三根周向分布在转轴侧壁上的复位弹簧,所述复位弹簧的另一端固定连接有配重球,所述配重球与形变管的内侧壁固定连接,所述转轴的两端均贯穿壳体的侧壁并同轴固定连接有风扇轮,所述形变管的两侧均固定连通有单向导流管,所述单向导流管的另一端固定连通有冷却液箱,所述冷却液箱和形变管内均填充有冷却液,所述形变管内设有叶轮,所述叶轮同轴固定套接在转轴外。
本发明的优点在于:
本光影流动式LED洗墙灯在工作时,LED灯组发出的光照射至形变管上,此时形变管呈管状,其横截面类似于凸透镜状,对LED灯组发出的平行光起到聚集作用,使光线集中照射至墙体表面,提高了对LED灯组的光照利用率,同时当外界风吹向风扇轮时,带动风扇轮转动,继而通过转轴带动叶轮转动,推动形变管内的冷却液朝一个方向流动,则形变管内的冷却液通过单向导流管与冷却液箱内的冷却液流动交换,起到了对LED灯组散热的效果,防止其因功率较大、连续工作时间过长导致过热损坏的问题发生,且LED灯组发出的光透过流动的冷却液照射至墙体表面,流动的冷却液对光线产生随水流变化的折射和漫反射,使光线照射在墙体表面时,产生水流般变化的流动光影,大大提高了其观赏效果。
当外界风力较大时,风扇轮通过转轴带动叶轮快速转动,则配重球围绕转轴的轴线快速转动,在离心力的作用下,配重球将复位弹簧拉伸,因形变管由柔性透明材料制成,则配重球推动形变管内壁发生形变,则形变管呈三棱柱状,此时形变管对各单色光的折射率不同,LED灯组发出的光透过形变管后散射为各种色光,并随着形变管的转动,将不同色光交替照射至墙体表面,进一步提高了洗墙灯的观赏价值。
优选的,所述冷却液为水,所述冷却液箱的一侧安装散热鳍片,散热鳍片可加快冷却液箱内水的降温速度。
优选的,所述冷却液内掺杂有磁粉,所述配重球与形变管的内壁间安装有压电片,配重球转动较快时,其受到的离心力较大,则对压电片产生的压力较大,压电片将机械形变转化为电流,并随着配重球的转动速度发生变化,电流产生磁场并吸引磁粉移动,带动磁粉在冷却液内流动,形成时刻变化的阴影,使洗墙灯的照射效果更加多样化。

具体实施方式
以下实施例仅处于说明性目的,而不是想要限制本发明的范围。
实施例1
如图1-3所示,一种光影流动式LED洗墙灯,包括壳体1,所壳体1内设有LED灯组2,壳体1的上表面开口设置并固定安装有防尘板3,壳体1的内侧壁上转动连接有转轴4,转轴4外同轴套接有形变管5,形变管5由柔性透明材料制成,转轴4的侧壁上固定安装有两组支撑件6,支撑件6包括三根周向分布在转轴4侧壁上的复位弹簧7,复位弹簧7的另一端固定连接有配重球8,配重球8与形变管5的内侧壁固定连接,转轴4的两端均贯穿壳体1的侧壁并同轴固定连接有风扇轮9。
形变管5的两侧均固定连通有单向导流管10,单向导流管10的另一端固定连通有冷却液箱11,其中一根单向导流管10仅允许形变管5内的冷却液向冷区液箱11内流动,另一根单向导流管10仅允许冷区液箱11内的冷区液向形变管5内流动,冷却液箱11和形变管5内均填充有冷却液,冷却液为水,冷却液箱11的一侧安装散热鳍片13,可加快冷却液箱11内水的降温速度,形变管5内设有叶轮12,叶轮12同轴固定套接在转轴4外。
本实施例的工作原理如下:本光影流动式LED洗墙灯在工作时,LED灯组2发出的光照射至形变管5上,此时形变管5呈管状,其横截面类似于凸透镜状,对LED灯组2发出的平行光起到聚集作用,使光线集中照射至墙体表面,提高了对LED灯组2的光照利用率,同时当外界风吹向风扇轮9时,带动风扇轮9转动,继而通过转轴4带动叶轮12转动,推动形变管5内的冷却液朝一个方向流动,则形变管5内的冷却液通过单向导流管10与冷却液箱11内的冷却液流动交换,起到了对LED灯组2散热的效果,防止其因功率较大、连续工作时间过长导致过热损坏的问题发生,且LED灯组2发出的光透过流动的冷却液照射至墙体表面,流动的冷却液对光线产生随水流变化的折射和漫反射,使光线照射在墙体表面时,产生水流般变化的流动光影,大大提高了其观赏效果。
当外界风力较大时,风扇轮9通过转轴4带动叶轮12快速转动,则配重球8围绕转轴4的轴线快速转动,在离心力的作用下,配重球8将复位弹簧7拉伸,因形变管5由柔性透明材料制成,则配重球8推动形变管5内壁发生形变,则形变管5呈三棱柱状,此时形变管5对各单色光的折射率不同,LED灯组2发出的光透过形变管5后散射为各种色光,并随着形变管5的转动,将不同色光交替照射至墙体表面,进一步提高了洗墙灯的观赏价值。
实施例2
如图4所示,本实施例与实施例1的不同之处在于:冷却液内掺杂有磁粉,配重球8与形变管5的内壁间安装有压电片14。
在本实施例中,配重球8转动较快时,其受到的离心力较大,则对压电片14产生的压力较大,压电片14将机械形变转化为电流,并随着配重球8的转动速度发生变化,电流产生磁场并吸引磁粉移动,带动磁粉在冷却液内流动,形成时刻变化的阴影,使洗墙灯的照射效果更加多样化。

1.一种光影流动式LED洗墙灯,包括壳体(1),所壳体(1)内设有LED灯组(2),其特征在于,所述壳体(1)的上表面开口设置并固定安装有防尘板(3),所述壳体(1)的内侧壁上转动连接有转轴(4),所述转轴(4)外同轴套接有形变管(5),所述形变管(5)由柔性透明材料制成,所述转轴(4)的侧壁上固定安装有两组支撑件(6),所述支撑件(6)包括三根周向分布在转轴(4)侧壁上的复位弹簧(7),所述复位弹簧(7)的另一端固定连接有配重球(8),所述配重球(8)与形变管(5)的内侧壁固定连接,所述转轴(4)的两端均贯穿壳体(1)的侧壁并同轴固定连接有风扇轮(9),所述形变管(5)的两侧均固定连通有单向导流管(10),所述单向导流管(10)的另一端固定连通有冷却液箱(11),所述冷却液箱(11)和形变管(5)内均填充有冷却液,所述形变管(5)内设有叶轮(12),所述叶轮(12)同轴固定套接在转轴(4)外。
2.根据权利要求1所述的光影流动式LED洗墙灯,其特征在于,所述冷却液为水,所述冷却液箱(11)的一侧安装散热鳍片(13)。
3.根据权利要求1所述的光影流动式LED洗墙灯,其特征在于,所述冷却液内掺杂有磁粉,所述配重球(8)与形变管(5)的内壁间安装有压电片(14)。
