Background
At present, the development of low permeability oil reservoirs has low single-well liquid amount, oil wells often intermittently discharge liquid, water content rises along with the extension of the exploitation time of the oil wells, associated gas of the oil wells is less and less, and how to effectively recycle the associated gas develops methods such as a constant pressure vent valve, underground oil gas mixed pumping and the like, but the constant pressure vent valve of an oil collecting pipeline cannot be opened due to the insufficient pressure of the associated gas because of small gas amount; the underground oil-gas mixed pumping construction is complex and has the requirement on the sleeve, and the aim of effectively recovering the associated gas cannot be met.

In view of the above, it is an object of the present invention to provide an oil well associated gas recovery apparatus and associated gas recovery method for overcoming the above problems or at least partially solving or alleviating the above problems.
The invention provides an oil well associated gas recovery device, which comprises:
the gas casing pipeline is connected to a gas well casing of a wellhead, and a first valve is arranged on the gas casing pipeline;
the oil outlet pipeline is connected to one side of the upper end of an oil pipe of a wellhead, a second valve is arranged on the oil outlet pipeline, and the second valve is a constant-pressure check valve with an opening direction back to the oil pipe;
the gas-casing inlet pipeline is provided with a third valve, one end of the gas-casing inlet pipeline is connected to the gas-casing pipeline, the first valve is connected to the gas-casing pipeline, the other end of the gas-casing inlet pipeline is connected to the oil outlet pipeline, the oil pipe is connected to the second valve, and the third valve is a check valve with an opening facing the oil outlet pipeline.

When a first valve 3 on the casing gas pipeline 1 is opened, associated gas in a gas well casing 2 enters the casing gas pipeline 1, if the pressure of the associated gas in the gas well casing 2 is insufficient, the first valve 3 needs to be closed, when a polished rod 11 connected with an oil well pump is dragged by the oil pumping unit to move downwards, a low-pressure cavity is formed in an oil pipe 5, and the associated gas enters the low-pressure cavity of the oil pipe through a casing gas inlet pipeline 7 and a second valve 6 serving as a constant-pressure check valve; when the oil pumping unit drags the polish rod 11 connected with the oil well pump to move upwards, the liquid amount in the oil pipe 5 is compressed to form a high-pressure oil-gas mixture, and the high-pressure oil-gas mixture enters the oil collecting pipeline through the oil outlet pipeline 4 and the second valve 6, so that associated gas is recycled.
Example 2
Referring to fig. 1, on the basis of embodiment 1, the first valve 3 is a gate valve or a constant pressure relief valve.
When the first valve 3 is used as a gate valve, the casing gas pipeline 1 is completely closed after the first valve 3 is closed, and the associated gas in the gas well casing 2 can only pass through the casing gas inlet pipeline 7 and the third valve 8; when the first valve 3 is positioned at the constant-pressure gas release valve, and the pressure of the associated gas in the gas well casing 2 is greater than the gas release pressure of the first valve 3, the associated gas can rush the first valve 3 to enter the gas sleeve pipeline 1 to be collected.
Example 3
Referring to fig. 1, in addition to embodiment 1, a fourth valve 9 is provided on the flowline 4, and the fourth valve 9 is a gate valve.
The fourth valve 9 is a gate valve, and when the fourth valve 9 is closed, the downstream pipeline can be maintained, and the oil outlet pipeline 4 can be completely closed after the production of the oil well is stopped.
Example 4
Referring to fig. 1, in embodiment 1, a fifth valve 10 is disposed on the sheath gas inlet line 7, and the fifth valve 10 is a gate valve.
After the fifth valve 10 is closed, the casing gas inlet line 7 can be repaired, and if the oil well no longer recovers oil-associated gas, the fifth valve 10 is closed to completely close the casing gas inlet line 7.
Example 5
Referring to fig. 1, in embodiment 1, the casing gas inlet line 7 includes a first slope section 701, a second slope section 702, and a third slope section 703, the first slope section 701 is connected to the casing gas line 1, the third slope section 703 is connected to the flow line 4, both ends of the second slope section 702 are connected between the first slope section 701 and the third slope section 703, and one end of the second slope section 702 connected to the third slope section 703 is higher than one end of the first slope section 701.
First slope section 701 and third slope section 703 incline backward respectively, and second slope section 702 is connected between first slope section 701 and second slope section 702, and above three slope section all adopts the straight tube, easy to assemble, and cover gas inlet line 7 is in the use, and first slope section 701 and second slope section 702 can make the gaseous condensate liquid of associated flow backward flow to cover gas pipeline 1 and well casing 2 in.

The fifth valve 10 is a gate valve and is arranged on the first inclined section 701 close to the sleeve gas pipeline 1, and when the sleeve gas inlet pipeline 7 is used at ordinary times, associated gas condensate passes through the fifth valve 10, so that the associated gas condensate is kept lubricated and is not easy to block.

The embodiment of the invention provides an oil well associated gas recovery method, which comprises the following steps:
s001: a casing gas inlet pipeline 7 is connected between the casing gas pipeline 1 and the oil outlet pipeline 4 of the oil well, a check valve with an opening direction facing the oil outlet pipeline 4 is arranged on the casing gas inlet pipeline 7, and the casing gas inlet pipeline is connected with a polish rod 11 of an oil well pump in an oil pipe 5 through an oil pumping unit to extract oil;
s002: when the oil pumping unit drives the polished rod 11 to move downwards, a low-pressure cavity is formed in the oil pipe 5, so that associated gas in the gas well casing 2 enters the oil outlet pipeline 4 through the casing gas inlet pipeline 7 and the check valve on the casing gas inlet pipeline 7;
s003: when the pumping unit drives the polish rod 11 to move upwards, the liquid amount in the oil pipe 5 is compressed to form a high-pressure oil-gas mixture, and the high-pressure oil-gas mixture enters the oil collecting pipeline through the constant-pressure check valve on the oil outlet pipeline 4.
In S001, the first valve 3 on the sleeve gas pipeline 1 is normally closed, the fifth valve 10 on the sleeve gas inlet pipeline 7 is normally opened, and the fourth valve 9 on the oil outlet pipeline 4 is normally opened; in S002, the gas pressure in the oil pipe 5 and the oil outlet line 4 between the oil pipe 5 and the second valve 6 is less than the associated gas pressure in the gas well casing 2 and the casing gas inlet line 7, the associated gas pressure pushes the third valve 8 open and enters the oil pipe 5, and at this time, the second valve 6 is closed in one way; in S003, the pressure in the oil pipe 5 and the flow line 4 between the oil pipe 5 and the second valve 6 increases, the third valve 8 is closed in one direction, the second valve 6 is flushed by the high-pressure oil-gas mixture, and the oil-gas mixture enters the oil collecting line.
