Description

Water purifying device and cleaning method of water purifying device
Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of water purification, in particular to a water purification device and a cleaning method of the water purification device.
Background
The electrodialyser is generally composed of main components such as a water distribution plate, an ion exchange membrane, an electrode, a clamping device, etc., for example, a water distribution plate, an anion exchange membrane (a cathode membrane) and a cation exchange membrane (Yang Mo) are alternately arranged in this order between an anode and a cathode to form a multi-layered compartment. Under the action of the applied electric field between the anode and the cathode, anions and cations in the aqueous solution entering the compartment migrate directionally to the anode and the cathode respectively, and as the cation membrane only allows cations and prevents anions from passing, the anion membrane only allows anions and prevents cations from passing (i.e. if the fixed charge on the ion exchange membrane is opposite to that of the ions, the ions can pass through and if the charges are the same, the ions are repelled), so that anions and cations in the dilute chambers migrate to the adjacent dense chambers, thereby desalting the brine.
However, after long-term use, the deposition of ionic substances in water and the scale formed after the combination of hydroxyl and calcium and magnesium ions adhere to the anode film, the cathode film and the electrode, so that the working efficiency and the service life of the electrodialyzer are seriously affected.
For this purpose, the electrodialyser is usually cleaned by introducing an acidic or basic solution and then discharging the cleaned acidic or basic solution.

Detailed Description
The following describes specific embodiments of the present invention in detail with reference to the drawings. It should be understood that the detailed description and specific examples, while indicating and illustrating the invention, are not intended to limit the invention.
Referring to fig. 1, the water purifying device provided by the invention comprises a water purifying unit 1, a pumping unit 2, a water purifying storage device 3 and a cleaning liquid storage device 4, wherein the water purifying unit 1 comprises a water inlet 5 and a water purifying outlet 6, water to be purified such as tap water can flow into the water purifying unit 1 from the water inlet 5 for purification, the water purifying outlet 6 is connected with a water purifying outlet pipe section 7, and the water purifying outlet pipe section 7 is provided with a water purifying control valve 8; the pumping unit 2 is communicated with the water inlet 5; the clean water storage device 3 is connected with a clean water inlet valve 9 and a clean water outlet valve 10, the cleaning liquid storage device 4 is connected with a cleaning liquid inlet valve 11 and a cleaning liquid outlet valve 12, the clean water inlet valve 9 and the cleaning liquid inlet valve 11 are connected in parallel with a pipe section of the clean water outlet pipe section 7 between the clean water outlet 6 and the clean water control valve 8, and the clean water outlet valve 10 and the cleaning liquid outlet valve 12 are connected in parallel with the pumping unit 2.
In the water purifying device, a water purifying inlet valve 9 and a cleaning liquid inlet valve 11 are connected in parallel with a pipe section of a water purifying outlet pipe section 7 between a water purifying outlet 6 and a water purifying control valve 8, and a water purifying outlet valve 10 and a cleaning liquid outlet valve 12 are connected in parallel with a pumping unit 2, so that when the water purifying device is used for purifying water normally, the water purifying inlet valve 9 and the cleaning liquid inlet valve 11 are closed, the water purifying control valve 8 is opened, tap water enters the water purifying unit 1 from a water inlet 5, and flows out from the water purifying outlet 6 and the water purifying control valve 8 after purifying. When the water purifying unit 1 needs to be cleaned, the water purifying control valve 8 is closed, the water purifying inlet valve 9 and the water purifying outlet valve 10 are opened, the pumping unit 2 such as a booster pump is started, and the water purifying unit 1 is firstly circularly flushed for a preset time by adopting the water purifying in the water purifying storage device 3. After the clean water is washed, the clean water inlet valve 9 and the clean water outlet valve 10 are closed, the cleaning liquid inlet valve 11 and the cleaning liquid outlet valve 12 are opened, the cleaning liquid such as acid liquid or alkali liquid in the cleaning liquid storage device 4 is adopted to circularly wash the clean water unit 1 for a preset time under the action of the pumping unit 2, and the cleaning liquid is used for soaking the clean water body in the clean water unit 1 in the process of circularly washing the cleaning liquid. Then, the water purifying unit 1 is rinsed with tap water until the effluent of the water purifying unit 1 reaches neutrality. Then, the water purifying unit 1 can filter the tap water again. Therefore, since the water purifying device can wash the water purifying unit 1 with the purified water first and then wash with the cleaning liquid, the amount of the cleaning liquid to be washed can be reduced, and the cleaning liquid can be recycled through the cleaning liquid storage device 4, the cleaning liquid inlet valve 11 and the cleaning liquid outlet valve 12, and after the cleaning of the cleaning liquid is completed, the water purifying unit 1 is washed with tap water until the discharged liquid of the water purifying unit 1 reaches neutrality, and thus the pollution of the discharged cleaning liquid to the environment can be reduced.
In addition, in an embodiment, when the water purifying device is configured to clean water normally in the water purifying unit 1, a part of the clean water may be stored in the clean water storing device 3 in advance, so that the water purifying unit 1 is flushed when the water purifying unit 1 needs to be cleaned. Alternatively, in another embodiment, when the water purifying device is configured such that the water purifying unit 1 starts to wash, the water purifying control valve 8 is closed, the water purifying inlet valve 9 is opened, the water purifying device is configured such that the water purifying unit 1 can continue purifying water to supply purified water and store the purified water into the water purifying storage device 3, and after the storage amount of the purified water in the water purifying storage device 3 reaches a predetermined amount, the pumping unit 2 is started so that the purified water stored in the water purifying storage device 3 washes the water purifying unit 1 first. Thus, the purified water provided by the water purification unit 1 at this time after the purification capacity is reduced can be completely used for the circulation flushing of the water purification unit 1, so that the scales on the purified water body in the water purification unit 1, which can be flushed, can be directly flushed, and the purified water provided during normal purified water is not wasted.
In addition, the purified water stored in the purified water storage device 3 may be left as the next flushing of the purified water unit 1. Alternatively, as shown in fig. 1, the water purifying storage device 3 is connected with a water purifying discharge control valve 13, so that after the water purifying unit 1 is washed, the water purifying discharge control valve 13 can be opened to discharge the used water in the water purifying storage device 3, thereby avoiding bacteria and the like from breeding after a long time.
In addition, the purified water discharge control valve 13 may be connected with an intermediate pipe 18, and the intermediate pipe 18 may be a flexible pipe to discharge the used purified water in the purified water storage device 3 to any desired position.
In the water purifying apparatus, the water purifying unit 1 may have various types as long as it can purify tap water. For example, the water purifying unit 1 may be an ion resin filtering unit, or may be other water purifying units requiring acid-base cleaning. For example, in one embodiment, as shown in fig. 1, the water purifying device comprises an intermediate control valve 14, the water purifying unit 1 is an electrodialysis filtering unit, the electrodialysis filtering unit comprises a concentrate outlet 15, the concentrate outlet 15 is connected with a concentrate outlet pipe section 16, and a concentrate control valve 17 is arranged on the concentrate outlet pipe section 16; one end of the intermediate control valve 14 is connected to a pipe section of the concentrated water discharge pipe section 16 between the concentrated water discharge port 15 and the concentrated water control valve 17, and the other end of the intermediate control valve 14 is connected to a pipe section of the purified water discharge pipe section 7 between the purified water discharge port 6 and the purified water control valve 8. For example, one end of the intermediate connection pipe 23 is connected to a pipe section of the concentrate discharge pipe section 16 between the concentrate discharge port 15 and the concentrate control valve 17, the other end of the intermediate connection pipe 23 is connected to a pipe section of the purified water discharge pipe section 7 between the purified water discharge port 6 and the purified water control valve 8, and the intermediate control valve 14 is provided on the intermediate connection pipe 23.
Thus, when the water purifying device purifies water, the water purifying inlet valve 9 and the cleaning liquid inlet valve 11 are closed, the water purifying control valve 8 and the concentrated water control valve 17 are opened, tap water enters the electrodialysis filter unit from the water inlet 5, purified water flows out from the water purifying outlet 6 and the water purifying control valve 8, and concentrated water is discharged from the concentrated water outlet 15 and the concentrated water control valve 17. When the water purifying unit 1 needs to be cleaned, the water purifying control valve 8 and the concentrated water control valve 17 are closed, the water purifying inlet valve 9, the water purifying outlet valve 10 and the intermediate control valve 14 are opened, the pumping unit 2 such as a booster pump is started, and the water purifying in the water purifying storage device 3 is adopted to circularly rinse the electrodialysis filtering unit for a preset time to rinse the concentrated water chamber and the fresh water chamber in the electrodialysis filtering unit. After the clean water is washed, the clean water inlet valve 9 and the clean water outlet valve 10 are closed, the cleaning liquid inlet valve 11 and the cleaning liquid outlet valve 12 are opened, the cleaning liquid in the cleaning liquid storage device 4 such as a concentrated water chamber and a fresh water chamber in the acid or alkali liquor electrodialysis filter unit is adopted to circularly wash for a preset time under the action of the pumping unit 2, and the cleaning liquid is used for soaking the cathode film, the anode film and the electrode in the electrodialysis filter unit in the process of circularly washing the cleaning liquid. Then, the electrodialysis filter unit is rinsed with tap water until the effluent of the electrodialysis filter unit reaches neutrality. Then, the electrodialysis filter unit can filter tap water again.
In addition, as shown in fig. 1, in one embodiment, the clean water inlet valve 9 and the cleaning liquid inlet valve 11 are connected in parallel to a pipe section of the clean water outlet pipe section 7 between the other end of the intermediate control valve 14 and the clean water control valve 8. In this way, the fluid flowing in the purified water outlet pipe section 7 will form a suction effect at the other end of the intermediate control valve 14, so that it is easier for the fluid in the concentrated water outlet pipe section 16 to flow into the purified water inlet valve 9 or the cleaning liquid inlet valve 11 through the intermediate control valve 14, improving the circulation flushing effect of the purified water unit 1.
Of course, after the cleaning solution in the cleaning solution storage device 4 circulates to wash the water purifying unit 1, the pumping unit 2 may be stopped, and then the cleaning solution inlet valve 11 is closed so that the cleaning solution can soak the cleaning body in the water purifying unit 1 for a predetermined time to enhance the washing effect.
In addition, as shown in fig. 1, in one embodiment, the outlet end of the purified water discharge control valve 13 is connected to a pipe section of the concentrated water discharge pipe section 16 downstream of the concentrated water control valve 17 through an intermediate pipe 18. Thus, the used purified water in the purified water storage device 3 can flow to the concentrated water discharging pipe section 16 through the intermediate pipe 18 and then be discharged through the concentrated water discharging pipe section 16.
For example, in one embodiment, after the cleaning liquid washes the water purifying unit 1, the water purifying control valve 8, the water purifying outlet valve 10 and the concentrated water control valve 17 are closed, the water purifying inlet valve 9, the intermediate control valve 14 and the water purifying discharge control valve 13 are opened, so that the tap water flows into the water purifying unit 1, then flows into the water purifying storage device 3 through the water purifying inlet valve 9 after being discharged from the concentrated water discharge outlet 15 through the intermediate control valve 14, flows into the water purifying storage device 3 after being combined, and is discharged from the water purifying discharge control valve 13, and finally is discharged from the concentrated water discharge pipe section 16, so that the tap water can simultaneously wash the water purifying unit 1 and the water purifying storage device 3 until the discharged liquid reaches neutrality.
In addition, as shown in fig. 1, a pH detector 19 is provided on a pipe section of the concentrate discharge pipe section 16 downstream of the intermediate pipe 18. Therefore, a user or a control unit of the water purifying device can conveniently judge whether the discharged liquid of the tap water re-flushing reaches neutrality. The control unit may receive the detection signal of the pH detector 19 and control the opening and closing of the individual valves, and may also control e.g. the powering on and off of the electrodialysis filter unit.
In addition, in the water purifying apparatus, the cleaning liquid storage device 4 may be one, which may be used to store an acid or alkali solution. Alternatively, the number of the cleaning liquid storage means 4 is plural, for example, two, in which the clean water inlet valve 9 and the plurality of cleaning liquid inlet valves 11 are connected in parallel to a pipe section of the clean water outlet pipe section 7 between the clean water discharge port 6 and the clean water control valve 8, and the clean water outlet valve 10 and the plurality of cleaning liquid outlet valves 12 are connected in parallel to the pumping unit 2. Thus, a part of the cleaning liquid storage device 4 is used for storing the acid liquid, and another part of the cleaning liquid storage device 4 can be used for storing the alkali liquid. Thus, the water purifying unit 1 can be rinsed by adopting acid liquor or alkali liquor according to actual requirements. For example, in one embodiment, the water purification unit 1 may be rinsed with an alkaline solution and then the water purification unit 1 may be rinsed with an acid solution.
Further, the water purifying apparatus may start to clean the water purifying unit 1 after the water purifying passes a set time. Alternatively, in the purified water outlet direction, a TDS detection device located downstream of the purified water control valve 8 is provided on the purified water outlet pipe section 7. In this way, the user or the control unit can start the washing of the water purification unit 1 based on the total amount of dissolved solids (measured in milligrams per liter (mg/L)) of purified water detected by the TDS detection means, indicating how many milligrams of dissolved solids are dissolved in 1 liter of water.
Furthermore, as shown in fig. 1, the water inlet 5 is connected to a water inlet pipe section 20, a water inlet control valve 21 is provided on the water inlet pipe section 20, and the pumping unit 2 is connected to the water inlet pipe section 20 at a position downstream of the water inlet control valve 21 through a pumping unit control valve 22 in the water inlet direction. For example, in normal water purification, the water inlet control valve 21 is opened and the pumping unit control valve 22 is closed. After the start of the washing, the water inflow control valve 21 is kept open, and tap water is purified by the water purifying unit 1 and then flows into the purified water storage device 3 until a predetermined amount is reached, and then the water inflow control valve 21 is closed. When it is necessary to flush the water purification unit 1 again with tap water, the water inflow control valve 21 is opened again.
In addition, the water purification device may also comprise an ionized water unit, such as a bipolar membrane ionized water device, capable of ionizing water into an acid solution and an alkali solution for storage in the respective cleaning solution storage device 4.
In addition, the present invention provides a cleaning method of a water purifying apparatus, the cleaning method comprising: cleaning a water purifying unit of the water purifying device by using purified water; after clean water is cleaned, the clean water unit is circularly cleaned by acid liquor and/or alkali liquor; the water purification unit is then rinsed with tap water.
In the cleaning method, the water purifying unit of the water purifying device can be cleaned by using the purified water first and then the acid liquor and/or the alkali liquor is used for flushing, so that the consumption of the acid liquor and/or the alkali liquor required to be cleaned can be reduced, the acid liquor and/or the alkali liquor can be recycled, and after the acid liquor and/or the alkali liquor are cleaned, the water purifying unit is flushed by tap water to dilute the acid liquor and/or the alkali liquor, so that the pollution of the acid liquor and/or the alkali liquor discharged outside to the environment can be reduced.
In this washing method, the water purifying unit is washed with tap water until the washing water is neutral. Therefore, the tap water dilutes the acid liquor and/or the alkali liquor to be neutral, so that the pollution of the acid liquor and/or the alkali liquor to the environment caused by the discharge of the acid liquor and/or the alkali liquor can be further reduced.
In addition, when the water purifying device is arranged to clean water normally, a part of purified water can be stored in the purified water storage device in advance, so that the purified water unit is flushed when the purified water unit needs to be cleaned. Or after the water purifying device enters a cleaning mode, the water purifying unit continuously purifies tap water to provide purified water and stores the purified water into the purified water storage device, and after the storage quantity of the purified water reaches a preset quantity, the stored purified water is used for cleaning the water purifying unit. For example, referring to the water purifying apparatus shown in fig. 1, when the water purifying unit 1 starts to wash, the water purifying control valve 8 is closed, the water purifying inlet valve 9 is opened, the water purifying apparatus is configured such that the water purifying unit 1 can continue to purify water to supply and store the purified water into the water purifying storage device 3, and after the storage amount of the purified water in the water purifying storage device 3 reaches a predetermined amount, the pumping unit 2 is started so that the purified water stored in the water purifying storage device 3 washes the water purifying unit 1 first.
Furthermore, after the acid and/or alkali wash is completed, the water purification unit may be washed with tap water, or the water purification unit and the water purification storage device may be washed with tap water. Thus, the used purified water in the purified water storage device can be discharged, and bacteria and the like can be prevented from breeding after a long time.
In addition, in the washing method, the water purifying unit may be washed with only the acid solution, or may be washed with only the alkali solution. Or after the clean water is cleaned, the clean water unit can be cleaned by alkali liquor according to the actual cleaning requirement, and then the clean water unit is cleaned by acid liquor, wherein the alkali liquor discharged from the cleaning is neutralized. Therefore, the cleaning effect of the water purifying unit 1 can be improved, the neutrality of the cleaning effluent can be ensured, and the pollution to the environment is avoided. In addition, the neutralization of the lye may be performed by neutralizing the cleaned lye or, for example, diluting the lye with tap water from a re-flushing of the water purification unit or the water purification unit and the water purification storage means.
Alternatively, the acid and alkali solutions may be prepared by ionizing water, or may be formulated.
Finally, the present invention provides a water purification apparatus capable of implementing the cleaning method of the water purification apparatus described above. Thus, as described above, the service life, safety and overall quality of the water purifying device are effectively improved.
The preferred embodiments of the present invention have been described in detail above with reference to the accompanying drawings, but the present invention is not limited to the specific details of the above embodiments, and various simple modifications can be made to the technical solution of the present invention within the scope of the technical concept of the present invention, and all the simple modifications belong to the protection scope of the present invention.
In addition, the specific features described in the above embodiments may be combined in any suitable manner without contradiction. The various possible combinations of the invention are not described in detail in order to avoid unnecessary repetition.
Moreover, any combination of the various embodiments of the invention can be made without departing from the spirit of the invention, which should also be considered as disclosed herein.
