Figures 1 and 2 show an example configuration of a scale bar hoist assembly 10 from different angles. The pan-type hoist assembly 10 includes a load carrying unit 1 and a counterweight unit 2.
The load carrying unit 1 comprises more than one suspension point 13 for connection of a spreader 4 (comprising rigging). A crane, such as a crane, suspends the steelyard hoist assembly 10 by connecting the hoist 4 to the suspension point 13. For example, the spreader 4 may include a shackle (not shown) and a wire rope 41 to connect the hook 42 of the crane, the lifting eye 133 may be provided by welding or fastening at the lifting point 13, the lifting eye 133 of the load carrying unit 1 is hung by the shackle and the wire rope 41 and suspended from the hook 42 of the crane, and the boom hoist assembly 10 is hung from the crane.
Fig. 3 shows an example configuration of the carrying unit 1. The carrier unit 1 has an extension direction D. As described above, the carrier unit 1 includes one or more suspension points 13, and the carrier unit 1 further includes the load-carrying portion 11 and the weight portion 12. The load-carrying part 11 is used for loading the hoisted object, that is, the hoisted object to be hoisted in place is arranged on the load-carrying part 11 in the hoisting process. The hoisted object can be equipment, a module or a material. The weight portion 12 is located on the opposite side of the load portion 11 with respect to at least one of the one or more hanging points 13 in the extending direction D, and in the drawing, the load portion 11 is located on the left side in the extending direction D, and the weight portion 12 is located on the right side in the extending direction D. The weighing-beam type hanging module 10 may include a plurality of hanging points 13 (a plurality means three or more), wherein the at least one hanging point of the plurality of hanging points 13 is located between the load part 11 and the weight part 12 to constitute a fixed hanging point, that is, a hanging point which is to be used at certain time of hanging, and the other hanging points of the plurality of hanging points 13 are located on the weight part 12 to constitute selectable hanging points, that is, hanging points which may be used at the time of hanging, and the fixed hanging point constituted by the at least one hanging point and the at least one selectable hanging point constituted by the other hanging points constitute an actual hanging point selected at the time of hanging. In the illustrated embodiment, the pan-type lifting assembly 10 comprises six lifting points 13a, 13b, 13c, 13D, 13e, 13f, two of which 13a, 13b, i.e. at least one of the lifting points described above, and the counterweight 12 is located opposite the load carrying portion 11 with respect to the lifting points 13a, 13b in the extension direction D, i.e. the lifting points 13a, 13b are located between the load carrying portion 11 and the counterweight 12. Two of the hanging points 13a, 13b as the at least one hanging point constitute fixed hanging points, and the other hanging points 13c, 13d, 13e, 13f are located on the counterweight portion 12 and constitute selectable hanging points, and for example, as shown in fig. 1 and 2, the hanging points 13c, 13d and the fixed hanging points 13a, 13b are selected as actual hanging points at the time of hanging, and the hanging points 13e, 13f and the fixed hanging points 13a, 13b are selected as actual hanging points at the time of actual selection according to the situation of on-site hanging. In another embodiment the load carrying unit 1 may comprise only one suspension point 13, suspended and supported by the one suspension point.
Referring to fig. 3, the load bearing unit 1 includes two main beams 8a and 8b (two upper and lower main beams in fig. 3, collectively referred to as main beams 8) and a cross beam 9, the two main beams 8 extend along an extending direction D, the cross beam 9 extends perpendicular to the extending direction D, two ends (upper and lower ends in fig. 3) of the cross beam 9 are respectively connected to the two main beams 8, the load bearing unit 1 is divided into two parts in the extending direction D by the cross beam 9, one part (left part in fig. 3) constitutes the load bearing part 11, and the other part (right part in fig. 3) constitutes a counterweight part 12. In the illustrated embodiment, the main beams 8 and the cross beams 9 are assembled by the flange connection structure 98 and are detachable from each other, the length of the cross beam 8 can be selected according to actual needs, and the change of the span of the spreader (i.e., the dimension in the direction perpendicular to the extending direction D) is realized by replacing the cross beam 9. In another embodiment, the main beams 8 and the cross beams 9 can also be connected together by other means, such as welding, and are not detachable from each other.
In the embodiment shown, the load carrying unit 1 further comprises a cross beam 99, which is similar in structure to the cross beam 9 and also extends perpendicularly to the extension direction D, and two main beams 8 are connected to each end. The cross member 99 is provided at the end of the weight portion 12 of the load bearing unit 1 opposite to the cross member 9, and can prevent the weight unit 2, which will be described later, from moving beyond the limit in the extending direction D.
With continued reference to fig. 1 and 2, the counterweight unit 2 is movably disposed in the counterweight portion 12 of the load carrying unit 1 along the extending direction D. The balance of the boom hoist assembly 10 can thus be achieved by moving the counterweight unit 2 back and forth along the extension direction D, so that in the case where there is a beam, floor or other type of obstacle above the in-place position where the hoisted object needs to be hoisted in place and the distance is short, the crane only needs to hoist the boom hoist assembly 10 to the vicinity of the in-place position, then horizontally move the boom hoist assembly 10 toward below the obstacle so that the hoisted object loaded on the carrying section 11 is located below the obstacle, align the hoisted object to the in-place position, and then move the boom hoist assembly 10 downward until the hoisted object reaches the in-place position and stops. In one embodiment, the weight portion 12 may be provided with a guide rail extending in the extending direction D, along which the weight unit 2 is moved by rollers so as to extend in the extending direction D. For example, the main beam 8 is a welded type H-section steel, the inner side of the lower flange of which serves as a guide rail (or running rail) of the counterweight unit 2, and the moving mechanism 21 of the counterweight unit 2, which will be described later, has rollers guided by the guide rail.
In the illustrated embodiment, the load-carrying portion 11 includes a support surface 111 for supporting a suspended object. The support surface 111 is the upper surface of the main beam 8 when the boom hoist assembly 10 hoists the hoisted object. As shown in the illustrated embodiment, the load-carrying portion 11 further includes a limit stopper 112, and the limit stopper 112 is disposed on the support surface 111 and is used for limiting the hung object from sliding along the extending direction D. In this way, when the object to be hung has a space allowing insertion of the load-carrying section 11, for example, in the case of a device having a steel section at the top, the device to be hung can be directly supported on the main beam 8, the pan-type lifting unit 10 is lifted to the side of the device by an operation such as crane hook traveling, and the position of the pan-type lifting unit 10 is adjusted so as to pass through the lower side of the steel section at the top of the device. Further, in the case of having the limit stopper 112, the equipment as the object to be hung can be prevented from slipping during the hoisting by the limit stopper 112. This type of loading of the suspended object is suitable for a case where the suspended object has a space allowing insertion of the load-carrying section 11, and the space between the seating position and the upper obstacle can be very narrow.
In the embodiment shown in fig. 3, the supporting surface 111 is provided with a mounting hole 111a, and the limit stopper 112 may be adjustably mounted to the supporting surface 111 by movably fitting a fastener to the mounting hole 111 a. That is, the position of the limit stopper 112 is adjustable by the movable fit of the fastening member and the mounting hole 111a, so that the position of the limit stopper 112 can be timely adjusted according to the condition of the suspended object when the suspended object is loaded, and the limit effect on the suspended object can be better realized. For example, the mounting hole 111a may be provided with a diameter larger than that of the fastener, or alternatively, the mounting hole 111a may be provided in the form of a waist hole, thereby achieving movable engagement of the mounting hole 111a with the fastener.
In the illustrated embodiment, three limit stoppers 112 are provided on each main beam 8, and the limit stoppers 112 can be detached according to actual conditions. In another embodiment, one, two, or more than four limit stops 112 may be provided on each main beam 8, or only one of the two main beams 8 may be provided with the limit stop 112, which may be selectively arranged according to actual situations.
Referring to fig. 2, the load-carrying portion 11 may include a hanging contact 113 for hanging the object to be hung. In the illustrated embodiment, the suspension point 113 is disposed on the lower surface of the girder 8, for example, a lifting lug is disposed at the suspension point 113, and in the figure, two lifting lugs are disposed corresponding to one girder 8, that is, four lifting lugs are disposed on two girders 8 in total, and the lifting lugs may be detachably disposed, for example, by means of fastening members, for example, a lifting lug with a suitable rated load may be selected according to actual needs, for example, the rated load may be 6 t. In this way, in the case where the suspended object is not suitable for being supported by the support surface 111, the suspended object can be hung from the hanging contact 113 of the boom hoist assembly 10 by a wire rope or a hoisting belt, specifically: the pan-type hoist assembly 10 is hoisted above the hoisted object by the crane lifting and traveling, and the hoisted object is connected to, for example, a lifting lug provided at the hoist attachment point 113 of the pan-type hoist assembly 10 by a wire rope or a shackle. This type of loading the object to be hung is suitable for a case where the object to be hung does not have a space allowing the load-carrying section 11 to be inserted.
The supporting legs which are enough to support the whole weighing-rod type hoisting assembly 10 can be arranged in the bearing unit 1, so that the whole weighing-rod type hoisting assembly 10 can be placed conveniently, particularly, the quick disassembly and assembly of the balancing weight 22 which is corresponding to different hoisted objects and will be described later can be facilitated, and the disassembly and assembly efficiency of the balancing weight 22 can be improved. For example, 3 detachable type legs are provided under each main beam 8 in fig. 1, respectively.
Referring to fig. 1 and 2, the counterweight unit 2 includes a moving mechanism 21 and a plurality of weights 22, each of the plurality of weights 22 is independently provided to be detachably attached to the moving mechanism 21, and the moving mechanism 21 is movably provided to the counterweight portion 12 along the extending direction D. The arrangement of the plurality of counter weights 22 which can be independently assembled and disassembled on the moving mechanism 21 can select the number of the counter weights required for balancing the hoisted object according to the information of the weight, the structure and the like of the hoisted object, and the selection is flexible and the installation is convenient.
Fig. 4 and 5 show example configurations of the moving mechanism 21 and the weight 22, respectively. The moving mechanism 21 includes a receiving opening 211 and a plurality of engaging grooves 212 on both sides of the receiving opening 211, each weight 22 is a T-shaped plate having lateral shoulders 221 formed on both sides and a narrow protrusion 222 formed below, the lateral shoulders 221 of the T-shaped plate as the weight 22 can be engaged with the engaging grooves 212, and the narrow protrusion 222 of the T-shaped plate as the weight 22 can be inserted into the receiving opening 211. This configuration of the moving mechanism 21 and the weight 22 allows the weight 22 to be placed easily and stably, and the engaging groove 212 prevents the weight 22 from sliding.
In the illustrated embodiment, two types of counterweights 22, each having a T-shaped plate but different sizes, are provided, so that the counterweights 22 can be selected appropriately according to actual needs, two lifting bolts 228 are further provided on the top surface of the T-shaped plate serving as the counterweight 22, so as to facilitate the disassembly and assembly of the counterweights 22, and the lifting bolts 228 are provided on the top surface, so that the disassembly and assembly of adjacent counterweights are not affected. The T-shaped plate as the weight 22 can be machined from a steel plate of 100mm thickness, for example.
In the illustrated embodiment, the receiving opening 211 is a rectangular window, and the plurality of slots 212 are disposed on two sides of the receiving opening 211 in the extending direction D, in another embodiment, the plurality of slots 212 may also be disposed on two sides of the receiving opening 211 in a direction perpendicular to the extending direction D (i.e., in the left-right direction in fig. 4), or the receiving opening 211 may be a window with another shape.
The moving mechanism 21 may be provided with two or more accommodating ports 211 including two, three, four, and so on, in a direction perpendicular to the extending direction D (i.e., the up-down direction in fig. 1, or the left-right direction in fig. 4). Referring to fig. 1 and 4, the moving mechanism 21 is provided with two receiving openings 211 in a direction perpendicular to the extending direction D, so that, in the case that the whole of the balance-weight hoisting assembly 10 is unbalanced in the direction perpendicular to the extending direction D after the suspended object is loaded, the balance of the whole of the balance-weight hoisting assembly 10 in the direction can be adjusted by different numbers of the counterweights 22 placed in the two receiving openings 211 or different forms of the counterweights 22 placed (for example, two counterweights 22 with different sizes in fig. 5).
In fig. 4, the moving mechanism 21 may be formed by welding a plate material and a channel steel. The moving mechanism 21 includes two transverse beams 231, 232 and two end beams 241, 242, the two transverse beams 231, 232 and the two end beams 241, 242 form a main frame of the moving mechanism 21, the moving mechanism 21 further includes two middle beams 251, 252, and two receiving openings 211 are respectively formed between the end beam 241 and the middle beam 251 and between the end beam 242 and the middle beam 252. The above-mentioned rollers are provided on both sides of the moving mechanism 21 in the direction perpendicular to the extending direction D. The end beams 241, 242 and the intermediate beams 251, 252 may be connected to the transverse beams 231, 232, for example, by a bolt-on construction. The plurality of pockets 212 may be formed by wave-type rack-type pockets.
Referring to fig. 1, the pan-tilt assembly 10 further comprises a drive unit 3, the drive unit 3 driving the counterweight unit 2 to move along the extension direction D. The driving unit 3 may be a linear driving unit that directly drives the counterweight unit 2 to move along a straight line, for example, a hydraulic system or a cylinder or a linear motor. The driving unit 3 may also be a rotary driving unit outputting a rotary motion, e.g. a rotary motor, as shown in fig. 1, the driving unit 3 driving the counterweight unit 2 to move along the extension direction D through a transmission mechanism. In the embodiment shown in fig. 1, the transmission mechanism is a screw nut that is engaged with each other, that is, the driving unit 3 drives the counterweight unit 2 through the screw nut that is engaged with each other, the driving unit drives the screw 31 therein to rotate, the nut 32 therein is connected with the counterweight unit 2, for example, the nut 32 is connected with the counterweight unit 2 through the plate-type lifting lug 218 of the moving mechanism 21 in fig. 4, and the driving unit 3 is mounted on the cross beam 9. The transmission mode has simple structure and low cost. The driving unit 3 may include a motor and a reducer connected to an output shaft of the motor, and in the embodiment shown in the figure, the motor and the reducer are disposed in the middle of the cross beam 9, a nut 32 is fixed in the middle of the counterweight unit 2, and a lead screw 31 is engaged with the nut 32 and driven by the output shaft of the reducer. For example, the driving unit 3 may adopt a three-in-one speed reduction motor, so as to have the advantages of large transmission torque, compact structure, stable operation, long service life, etc. Fig. 1 also shows an electrical cabinet 5, the electrical cabinet 5 being provided to a weighing-beam-type hoist assembly 10, in particular, to a counterweight 12, supported by a main beam 8, and electrically connected to the electrical cabinet 5 as a reduction motor of the drive unit 3. After the electrical cabinet 5 is powered on, the speed reducing motor serving as the driving unit 3 is powered on, and the speed reducing motor can control the action of the screw 31 according to the control signal of the electrical cabinet 5 so as to drive the counterweight unit 2 to walk back and forth along the extending direction D, so that the balance of the whole weighing-rod type hoisting assembly 10 in the extending direction D during hoisting is realized. The stroke of the screw 31 and the counterweight unit 2 may be determined according to the required maximum stroke, for example, a certain margin may be left according to the required maximum stroke, so as to meet the requirement of configuration and allocation.
The boom hoist assembly 10 may comprise a wireless remote control (not shown) by means of which the drive unit 3 is controlled. For example, the wireless remote controller may send a control signal to the electrical cabinet 5, and then the electrical cabinet 5 sends a control signal to the driving unit 3. Therefore, the stroke of the counterweight unit 2 can be remotely controlled from a long distance, and if an unbalanced state occurs after the counterweight unit is lifted, the position of the counterweight unit 2 can be properly adjusted in the air through the wireless remote controller, and the position of the counterweight unit 2 or the length of a lifting appliance does not need to be adjusted after the whole lifted assembly is dropped to the ground.

(3) Hoisting and adjusting: and slowly hoisting the steelyard type hoisting assembly 10 loaded with the hoisted object, and adjusting the position of the counterweight unit 2 in the extension direction D until the steelyard type hoisting assembly 10 is kept horizontal.
The power supply of the electrical cabinet 5 is switched on, for example, a control signal is sent to the electrical cabinet 5 through a wireless remote controller, so that a motor as the driving unit 3 drives the lead screw 31 to rotate, and under the cooperation effect of the lead screw 31 and the nut 32, the counterweight unit 2 is driven to move to a required counterweight position, so that the whole weighing-beam hoisting assembly 10 reaches balance, and if the weighing-beam hoisting assembly 10 tilts, the position of the counterweight unit 2 can be finely adjusted according to actual conditions, so that the weighing-beam hoisting assembly 10 keeps horizontal, fig. 6 shows a starting position a1 (a position corresponding to a size L1) of the counterweight unit 2, and a counterweight position a2 (a position corresponding to a size L2) that should be reached when the counterweight unit 2 is counterweighted, starting points of the size L1 and the size L2 are positions corresponding to 42 hooks, and an end point is a central position of the counterweight block 22, L1 may be 150mm, and L2 may be 2290mm, for example.
(4) Hoisting in place: the steelyard hoist assembly 10 loaded with the hoisted object is hoisted to the vicinity of the seating position by the crane, and the hoisted object is brought into the seating position from below the obstacle while avoiding the obstacle by operating the crane.
The hoisted object is hoisted to the position near the position, the height is adjusted to avoid the obstacle, and the whole weighing-pole hoisting assembly 10 is hoisted by the crane to move horizontally to the position above the position (below the obstacle) to be positioned.
(5) In-place dismantling: the counterweight unit 2 is controlled to move toward the load-carrying section 11, and the suspended object is removed from the load-carrying section 11.
After the hoisted object is in place, the lead screw 31 can be controlled by the wireless remote controller to drive the counterweight unit 2 to move towards the lower part of the lifting hook 42 of the crane, for example, to the initial starting position a1, the hoisted object is removed from the weighing-bar hoisting assembly 10, and finally, the crane is instructed to hoist the weighing-bar hoisting assembly 10.
In addition, before the step (1), the hoisting method may further include:
calculating configuration: according to the hoisted object, the number of the counter weights required for hoisting and the moving position of the counterweight unit 2 in the extending direction D are configured by performing stress settlement according to the lever principle, and the counterweight unit 2 includes the required number of the counter weights 12.
The counterweight position a2 of the counterweight unit 2 may be marked, the hook may be slowly raised until the parts are connected, and then the hook may be stopped, and the counterweight unit 2 (counterweight 21) may be moved to the marked counterweight position a2 by operating the wireless remote controller.
Between the step 3) and the step (4), the hoisting method can further comprise the following steps:
examination by trial hoisting: the balance bar type hoist assembly 10 is left standing for a predetermined time to check for abnormality.
For example, the operation is allowed to stand for 5 to 10 minutes, and the operation is stopped when the abnormality is detected in the hanger 4, the crane, the object to be hung, or the like. And (4) after the test hoisting is qualified, performing the step.
By adopting the weighing-rod type hoisting assembly 10 and the hoisting method, the hoisting engineering which is limited in vertical space and cannot be smoothly completed by a conventional hoisting method can be solved; hoisting conditions are provided for similar hoisting working conditions, the universality is very strong, and the method can be popularized and applied; the use and operation are simple, the in-place precision is high, and the construction quality can be improved; the hoisting process is greatly simplified, the construction period can be shortened, the working hours (including the labor input and the use of mechanical machine shifts) can be saved, the construction efficiency can be improved, and the cost can be saved; the inclined pulling and hoisting in the hoisting process with limited vertical space is avoided, and the safety of hoisting work is ensured. In general, the use of the above-described symmetrical boom hoist assembly 10 and method of hoisting may facilitate quality, cost, schedule, and safety control.
