Optionally, referring to fig. 1 to 3, in one embodiment, an infrared thermometer 140 is further disposed on the board body 10 for detecting the body temperature of the driver and the passenger, and a sixth switch 150 electrically connected to the infrared thermometer 140 is further disposed on the board body 10. The infrared thermometer 140 is integrated on the board body, so that the body temperature of a driver and a passenger can be measured conveniently and rapidly, particularly, the body temperature measurement is a means for rapidly acquiring the body state during an epidemic situation or during an influenza, the infrared thermometer 140 is arranged on the board body 10, and the structure of the board body 10 and the used space position thereof are utilized reasonably.
Further, in one embodiment, the board body 10 is further provided with a controller and a second camera 160, the controller is electrically connected to the second camera 160, the second camera 160 is used for collecting status data of a driver, and the controller controls the light emitting element 20 to start and stop and/or controls brightness adjustment of the light emitting element 20 according to the status data of the driver collected by the second camera 160. Through the second camera 160, the status data of the driver is collected in real time and transmitted to the controller, and the controller can be loaded with technologies such as AI facial detection and tracking software, so as to judge whether to automatically turn on and turn off the illuminating member 20 or automatically adjust the brightness of the illuminating member 20 according to the requirements by collecting the data of the facial expression of the fatigue degree of the driver and combining with an algorithm. The controller in this embodiment may be separately disposed on the board body 10, or may be a control module integrated with the functions of the controller in the above embodiments, and the control module has a control module, a storage module, and modules for instruction output and data upload, similar to a CPU or GPU functional module, and is used as a part of a data processing center for intelligent driving of a vehicle, so as to implement intelligent information interaction. In some embodiments, even the control module can be combined with a HUD (head up display) and a central control display screen of the vehicle to realize a visual information intelligent management system.
Optionally, the controller controls the vehicle to enter an automatic driving mode according to the status data of the driver collected by the second camera 160. Through the second camera 160, the state data of the driver is collected in real time and transmitted to the controller, the controller can be loaded with technologies such as AI facial detection and tracking software, the fatigue degree of the driver is acquired through data of facial expressions, and an algorithm is combined to judge whether the driver is suitable for continuously driving at present, if not, the vehicle can be controlled to enter an automatic driving mode, the driving safety of the vehicle is improved, and traffic accidents caused by fatigue driving are reduced. The multifunctional sun visor in this embodiment is used in a vehicle having an automatic driving function.
In other embodiments, the second camera 160 or the controller is further configured to electrically connect with a central control computer of the vehicle, so that the central control computer automatically controls one or more of a rearview mirror angle, a seat position, a steering wheel height, and an entertainment system of the vehicle according to the data information. Different drivers can be identified by taking the driver's status data and adjusting the rearview mirror, seat position, steering wheel height and infotainment system according to personal preferences.
Further, in one embodiment, the plate body 10 is further provided with a third camera 170 and a fourth camera 180, and the third camera 170 is used for collecting data information of a vehicle running state or a road condition outside the vehicle; the fourth camera 180 is used for collecting data information inside the vehicle. Traditional driving record generally sets up on front windshield, and it is great to occupy the space, sets up third camera 170 in this example on the board body 10, need not occupy extra space in the car, realizes the collection to vehicle running state or outer road conditions data information of car. The data information collection inside the vehicle is realized through the fourth camera 180. Alternatively, the fourth camera 180 may be separately arranged to collect data information inside the vehicle, or the first camera 90 in the above embodiment may be used to collect data information inside the vehicle. The third camera 170 and the fourth camera 180 are electrically connected to the controller in the above embodiments, and data information acquired by the third camera 170 and the fourth camera 180 may be stored in a storage module of the controller.
Further, the controller can also process and analyze the received data information inside and outside the vehicle, and then send out an early warning, which can be sent out through the speaker 120 or an early warning part such as a warning lamp. For example, when the acquired data information is analyzed to obtain that the driver is in microsleep, the early warning part can automatically sound an alarm or send out warning light. Or when the passenger in the vehicle is collected to be in the position or posture which can provide the best protection by the safety air bag and/or the safety belt pretensioner, an early warning is sent out to remind the passenger to keep the safe sitting posture and position. Or, gather data in the car through fourth camera 180, for example when leaving behind child on the car, can pass through the cell-phone that the controller uploaded data to be connected with it, remind the car owner. Or when the articles in the automobile are stolen, the data can be recorded through the controller or uploaded to a mobile phone connected with the controller, so that the owner of the automobile is reminded.
An embodiment of the present application provides a control method for a multifunctional sun visor, which adopts the multifunctional sun visor in one of the above embodiments, and the control method includes the following steps:
acquiring the state of a driver in the current state, and judging whether the driver is in a fatigue state;
if yes, controlling the light emitting part 20 to start and/or controlling the light emitting part 20 to be at different brightness; alternatively, the vehicle is controlled to enter an autonomous driving mode.
According to the control method of the multifunctional sun visor, the light emitting piece 20 on the multifunctional sun visor is controlled according to the fatigue state of a driver, the plate body 10 is positioned above a driving seat or other seats of a vehicle, when the light emitting piece 20 emits light for adjusting the physiological rhythm of a human body, the driver or passengers can see the light, and then the light is sensed through ganglion cells of retina to inhibit the secretion of melatonin of the human body, so that the non-visual effect influence is generated on the biological clock, the sleep quality, the alertness, the emotion and the like of the human body, the alertness of the driver is improved, the attention is more concentrated, and the driving safety is more facilitated. Or the vehicle is controlled to enter an automatic driving mode according to the fatigue state of the driver, so that the driving safety is improved.
Another embodiment of the present application provides a vehicle including a vehicle body and the multifunctional sun visor installed above a driver's seat or other seats of the vehicle.
According to the multifunctional sun visor configured on the vehicle, the light emitting piece 20 is arranged on the front side and/or the back side of the plate body 10, the plate body 10 is located above a driving seat or other seats of the vehicle, when the light emitting piece 20 emits light for adjusting physiological rhythm of a human body, the light can be seen by a driver or passengers, and then the light is perceived through ganglion cells of retina to inhibit secretion of melatonin of the human body, so that non-visual effect influence is generated on biological clock, sleep quality, alertness, emotion and the like of the human body, the alertness of the driver is improved, the attention is more concentrated, and the multifunctional sun visor is more beneficial to driving safety. The luminous piece 20 which can adjust the light of the human body physiological rhythm is combined with the sun shield, so that the position is close to a driver and a passenger, and the safe interaction is convenient to generate; and make full use of sunshading board is close to the roof, and the coverage is big and can not influence safe sight, effectively improves the probability that light is perceived by driver and crew.
The multifunctional sun visor of the embodiment has the advantages that according to the characteristics of the traditional sun visor and the special position conditions of the sun visor, on the premise that the original sun blocking and cooling functions of the sun visor are guaranteed, the light emitting piece 20 capable of emitting and adjusting the physiological rhythm of the human body is creatively arranged, the function of improving alertness is added, the driving safety is favorably improved, and in addition, information collection, data processing and control execution module integration are provided for part of intelligent driving. The sun shield with higher idle rate is integrated through new functions to form the sun shield for safe driving, protection and navigation, and an important information interaction entrance is provided for intelligent driving.
The technical features of the embodiments described above may be arbitrarily combined, and for the sake of brevity, all possible combinations of the technical features in the embodiments described above are not described, but should be considered as being within the scope of the present specification as long as there is no contradiction between the combinations of the technical features.
The above-mentioned embodiments only express several embodiments of the present invention, and the description thereof is more specific and detailed, but not construed as limiting the scope of the invention. It should be noted that, for a person skilled in the art, several variations and modifications can be made without departing from the inventive concept, which falls within the scope of the present invention. Claims (14)

1. The multifunctional sun shield is characterized by comprising a plate body and a luminous piece, wherein the plate body is used for being installed above a driving seat or other seats of a vehicle, the luminous piece is arranged on the front surface and/or the back surface of the plate body, and the luminous piece is used for emitting light capable of adjusting the physiological rhythm of a human body.
2. The multi-functional sun visor of claim 1, wherein the light is blue light having a wavelength of 450nm to 525 nm; and/or the light ray is red light with the wavelength of 600nm-675 nm.
3. The multifunctional sun visor of claim 2, further comprising a light guide plate, wherein the front and/or the back of the visor body is provided with a light emitting area, the light emitting member is arranged in the light emitting area, and the light guide plate cover is arranged in the light emitting area.
4. The multifunctional sun visor of claim 3, wherein an infrared lamp is further disposed in the light emitting area, and the infrared lamp is configured to emit infrared light having a wavelength of 700nm to 1300 nm.
5. The multifunctional sun visor of claim 4 wherein the visor body is further provided with a controller, a first switch, a second switch and a third switch, the first switch, the second switch and the third switch are respectively electrically connected to the controller, and the first switch is used for controlling the on/off or brightness adjustment of the light emitting member emitting blue light; the second switch is used for controlling the on-off or brightness adjustment of the light-emitting piece emitting red light; and the third switch is used for controlling the infrared lamp to be turned on or turned off or regulating the brightness.

The multifunctional sun visor of any one of claims 1 to 4, further comprising an ultraviolet lamp, a wind-in motor, a controller, a first camera and a fourth switch, wherein the ultraviolet lamp, the wind-in motor, the first camera and the fourth switch are all electrically connected to the controller, the ultraviolet lamp, the controller, the first camera and the fourth switch are all disposed on the plate body, the wind-in motor is disposed on a ceiling or the plate body in the vehicle, and when the first camera detects that no person is in the vehicle, the controller drives the plate body to rotate and controls the ultraviolet lamp to be turned on.
7. The multifunctional sun visor of any one of claims 1 to 4, wherein the visor body is further provided with an infrared night vision device and a speaker, the infrared night vision device is used for sensing road condition information ahead and broadcasting the road condition information through the speaker after the visor body is opened, and the visor body is further provided with a fifth switch electrically connected to the speaker.

The multifunctional sun visor according to any one of claims 1 to 4, wherein an infrared thermometer is further provided on the visor body for detecting the body temperature of the driver and the crew, and a sixth switch electrically connected to the infrared thermometer is further provided on the visor body.
9. The multifunctional sun visor according to any one of claims 1 to 4, wherein an air detector and a speaker are further provided on the visor body, and the air detector is used for detecting the quality of air in the vehicle and giving an early warning through the speaker.
10. The multifunctional sun visor according to any one of claims 1 to 4, wherein a controller and a second camera are further disposed on the visor body, the controller is electrically connected to the second camera, the second camera is used for collecting status data of a driver, and the controller controls the light emitting member to start and stop and/or controls brightness adjustment of the light emitting member according to the status data of the driver collected by the second camera; or the controller controls the vehicle to enter an automatic driving mode according to the state data of the driver acquired by the second camera.
11. The multi-function visor of claim 10, wherein the second camera or the controller is further configured to electrically connect to a central control computer of the vehicle, such that the central control computer automatically controls one or more of a rear view mirror angle, a seat position, a steering wheel height and an entertainment system of the vehicle according to the data information.
12. The multifunctional sun visor according to any one of claims 1 to 4, wherein a third camera and a fourth camera are further provided on the visor body, and the third camera is used for collecting data information of a vehicle running state or a road condition outside the vehicle; the fourth camera is used for collecting data information in the vehicle.
13. A control method of the multifunctional sun visor of claim 10, comprising the steps of:
acquiring the state of a driver in the current state, and judging whether the driver is in a fatigue state;
if so, controlling the light-emitting piece to start and/or controlling the light-emitting piece to be at different brightness; alternatively, the vehicle is controlled to enter an autonomous driving mode.
14. A vehicle characterized by comprising a vehicle body and the multifunctional sun visor of any one of claims 1 to 12, which is installed above a driver's seat or other seat of the vehicle.
