Detailed Description
It should be noted that the embodiments and features of the embodiments in the present application may be combined with each other without conflict. The present invention will be described in detail below with reference to the embodiments with reference to the attached drawings.
It is noted that, unless otherwise indicated, all technical and scientific terms used herein have the same meaning as commonly understood by one of ordinary skill in the art to which this application belongs.
The invention provides a device and a method for cleaning and drying a pipeline and a dosing machine, and aims to solve the problem that the pipeline is inconvenient to clean in the prior art.
Wherein, the proportioning machine comprises the following pipeline cleaning and drying device. The pipeline cleaning and drying device adopts the pipeline cleaning and drying method.
As shown in fig. 1, the pipe cleaning and drying apparatus includes a water inlet pipe 10, an air inlet pipe 20, and a heating structure 30. The water inlet pipe 10 is fed with cleaning water for cleaning the pipeline 50. The air inlet pipe 20 is filled with air to clean the pipeline 50 and blow-dry the cleaned pipeline 50, or blow-dry the pipeline 50 separately. The heating structure 30 can heat the washing water and the gas at the same time, or can heat the washing water or the gas alone.
The pipeline cleaning and drying device can be applied to all pipelines needing cleaning or drying, and for convenience of description, the embodiment takes a commercial dosing machine as an example, and the specific use condition of the pipeline cleaning and drying device in the commercial dosing machine is described in detail.
In this embodiment, the conduit 50 is a solid seasoning conduit. A lot of solid seasonings can be remained in the solid seasoning pipeline in the long-term use of the dispensing machine, after the dispensing machine is used for a long time, the solid seasonings are accumulated more and more, so that the pipeline is blocked and mildewed, parts are corroded, the service life of the machine is influenced, and the user experience is influenced. Therefore, the solid seasoning pipeline needs to be cleaned and dried by the pipeline cleaning and drying device in the embodiment.
In this embodiment, the gas introduced into the inlet pipe 20 is air. Air is readily available at little cost. The cleaning water and the air are heated by the heating structure 30, the cleaning water and the air having a certain temperature have a better cleaning effect, and the remaining seasoning powder in the duct 50 can be more easily taken away by the mixture of the cleaning water and the air, so that the duct 50 is more thoroughly cleaned.
Of course, it is also possible to consider introducing an inert gas or the like in addition to air, and the kind of the introduced gas may be adjusted as required. The type of gas to be introduced is selected depending on the washing requirements or may be changed depending on the type of washing water. In this embodiment, the washing water is tap water. Tap water is convenient to obtain, and the cost is low. Of course, the type of the washing water may be various, and the washing water is not necessarily tap water, and may be washing water mixed with a certain detergent or other components. Therefore, the gas can be properly changed according to the type of the cleaning water, thereby achieving better cleaning effect. The condition that the cleaning cannot be carried out due to the fact that the gas and the cleaning water cannot be well matched is avoided.
In this embodiment, the heating structure 30 has a medium channel, the water outlet of the water inlet pipe 10 and the air outlet of the air inlet pipe 20 are both communicated with the medium channel, the cleaning water and the air are heated in the medium channel after being merged, and the outlet end of the medium channel is connected to the pipeline 50. By adopting the heating structure 30, no extra pipeline is needed to connect the water outlet of the water inlet pipe 10, the air outlet of the air inlet pipe 20 and the pipeline 50, so that the number of components and the arrangement space are saved. And the heating part of the heating structure 30 is jointed with the medium channel, so that the heating efficiency is high.
In the above structure, if the cleaning water and the air are introduced simultaneously, the cleaning water and the air are converged at the medium passage of the heating structure 30, and then the heating structure 30 heats the cleaning water and the air simultaneously, thereby improving the heating efficiency. The higher temperature mixture of cleaning water and air more readily entrains the seasoning powder remaining in the tube 50 so that the tube 50 is more thoroughly cleaned.
Of course, in an alternative embodiment not shown, the water inlet pipe 10 and the air inlet pipe 20 may be arranged side by side so that the washing water and the air are independently introduced into the duct 50 without crossing each other. In this way, the air and wash water do not merge in advance and only meet in the conduit 50. At this time, the heating structure 30 needs to heat the water inlet pipe 10 and the air inlet pipe 20, respectively. In this case, the heating structure 30 has a better adjusting performance, for example, when only air is introduced, that is, only the air inlet pipe 20 is put into use, the heating structure 30 can only heat the air inlet pipe 20, but not heat the water inlet pipe 10, that is, heat the water inlet pipe in a targeted manner, thereby avoiding energy waste.
Specifically, the heating structure 30 in this embodiment is a PTC heater. The PTC heater has high heating efficiency and an anti-dry heating function, and prevents the heating structure 30 from being opened by mistake and then being dried, thereby ensuring the use safety.
Of course, the heating structure 30 may also be a heating coil or the like wound or wrapped around the outside of the water inlet pipe 10 and the air inlet pipe 20. Of course, the thermocouple may have an alternative configuration. Mainly can realize the heating of the cleaning water and the gas.
In addition, considering the problems of heating effect, etc., a heat insulating layer may be further provided at the outer side of the heating structure 30, thereby avoiding energy dissipation and improving the accuracy of heating efficiency and heating effect.
The heating structure 30 in this embodiment is a heating tube having a length. In fig. 1, the heating pipe is arranged in an S-shape. Of course, the C-shaped or V-shaped structure can be arranged according to specific field arrangement conditions so as to avoid other structural members.
Specifically, washing water and air are heated in the heating pipe, and the heating pipe has certain length and is the setting of S-shaped and makes washing water and air can obtain the heating of longer time, and washing water and air are heated more evenly, have improved heating structure 30 'S heating efficiency, can sparingly arrange the space moreover, improve pipeline cleaning drying device' S in this embodiment suitability.
As shown in fig. 1, the pipe cleaning and drying apparatus further includes a three-way valve 40, and three ports of the three-way valve 40 are respectively communicated with the water outlet of the water inlet pipe 10, the air outlet of the air inlet pipe 20, and the inlet end of the medium passage.
In this embodiment, the cleaning water and the air are merged and then enter the heating structure 30, so a three-way valve 40 for communicating the three is required.
Specifically, the port of the three-way valve 40 communicated with the water outlet of the water inlet pipe 10 and the port of the three-way valve 40 communicated with the inlet end of the medium channel are positioned on the same straight line and are horizontally arranged; the port of the three-way valve 40 communicating with the air outlet of the intake pipe 20 faces upward.
This is of course the case shown in figure 1. In practical use, as long as it can be ensured that both the washing water and the air flow to the heating structure 30, the relationship among the water inlet pipe 10, the air inlet pipe 20 and the heating structure 30 can be reasonably arranged according to practical situations, and is not limited to the situation shown in fig. 1.
In this embodiment, the pipe cleaning and drying apparatus has a cleaning mode and a drying mode, the three-way valve 40 has a switch for switching between the cleaning mode and the drying mode, the switch controls only the water outlet of the water inlet pipe 10, and when the pipe cleaning and drying apparatus is in the cleaning mode, the switch is opened to inject the cleaning water of the water inlet pipe 10 and the air of the air inlet pipe 20 into the medium passage; when the pipeline cleaning and drying device is in the drying mode, the switch is turned off, and only the air in the air inlet pipe 20 is injected into the medium channel.
Alternatively, the three-way valve 40 may be a bypass valve.
In the cleaning mode, the cleaning water and the air are mixed and heated by the heating structure 30, and then flow into the duct 50 to clean the duct 50. In the drying mode, air is heated by the heating structure 30 and flows into the duct 50 to dry the duct 50.
The two modes can conveniently and quickly clean the residual solid seasoning powder in the pipeline 50, and can also dry the residual moisture in the pipeline 50, so that the pipeline 50 is prevented from being corroded, and the service life is greatly prolonged.
Of course, it is also possible to only feed the cleaning water in the cleaning mode, i.e. only the water inlet pipe 10 is put into use, and not to put the air inlet pipe 20 into use in the cleaning mode.
Specifically, in the present embodiment, the intake pipe 20 and the duct 50 are in a normally open state. When the pipeline 50 needs to be cleaned, negative pressure gas is introduced into the pipeline 50, and under the action of atmospheric pressure, air flows into the three-way valve 40 from the air inlet pipe 20, is heated by the heating structure 30 and then enters the pipeline 50, so that the pipeline 50 is cleaned or dried. In addition, the different types of pipes 50 require different air quantities when cleaning or drying is performed, and the negative pressure value of the negative pressure gas can be adjusted according to actual requirements, so that the air quantity can be adjusted.
As shown in fig. 1, the inlet pipe 10 is provided with a regulating valve 11 to regulate the flow rate of the washing water. The water quantity of the cleaning water required by the pipelines 50 of different types during cleaning is different, the regulating valve 11 is arranged on the water inlet pipe 10, and the opening degree of the regulating valve 11 is regulated according to actual requirements, so that the water quantity requirement of the pipelines 50 during cleaning is met, water can be saved, and waste is prevented.
In addition, if the introduced gas is not air, an external gas source is required to supply the gas into the gas inlet pipe 20. At this time, a flow regulating valve is required to be arranged at the connection part of the gas source and the gas inlet pipe 20, or the gas inlet pipe 20 is provided with a flow regulating valve, so that the pressure of the gas is regulated according to the required gas amount of the pipelines 50 of different types when cleaning or drying is carried out, and the waste of the gas is avoided.
As shown in fig. 1, the air inlet duct 20 includes an air inlet at which a filter structure 21 is provided.
In particular, the filter structure 21 is a filter screen. The one end that the intake pipe 20 kept away from three-way valve 40 is airtight, and the circumference interval of the pipe wall of intake pipe 20 is provided with a plurality of air inlets, and the filter screen sets up around the circumference of intake pipe 20. Set up a plurality of air inlets like this, and the bore of air inlet is all less, when guaranteeing to admit air unobstructed, itself can block great granule and get into intake pipe 20, in addition intake pipe 20's circumference still is provided with the filter screen for the filter effect is more showing.
Of course, the number and type of the filter screen can be adjusted reasonably according to the condition of the gas to be introduced, so as to directionally filter out certain components in the gas. In addition, the mesh number of the filter screen can be reasonably adjusted according to the actual use environment of the pipeline cleaning and drying device in the embodiment so as to ensure the filtering effect of the filter screen.
The invention also provides a pipeline cleaning and drying method. Specifically, in this embodiment, the method for cleaning and drying the pipeline includes: opening the heating structure 30, adjusting the pipeline cleaning and drying device to a cleaning mode, and cleaning the pipeline 50 by cleaning water and air at the same time; the duct cleaning and drying apparatus is adjusted to the drying mode, the heating structure 30 is kept open, and the air performs the drying operation on the duct 50.
In the cleaning mode, the pipeline cleaning and drying method further comprises the following steps: after the heating structure 30 is turned on, negative pressure gas is introduced into the duct 50. The intake pipe 20 and the pipeline 50 in this embodiment are in a normally open state, and negative pressure gas needs to be introduced into the pipeline 50 so that air flows into the three-way valve 40 from the intake pipe 20 under the action of the atmospheric pressure, and then flows into the pipeline 50 after being heated by the heating structure 30, so that the pipeline 50 is cleaned.
In the cleaning mode, the pipeline cleaning and drying method further comprises a preheating step, wherein the preheating step comprises the following steps: after the heating structure 30 is turned on for more than 10 seconds, negative pressure gas is introduced into the duct 50. Through the preheating step, the heating structure 30 already has a certain temperature before the washing water and air enter the heating structure 30, so that the washing water and air can be raised to a higher temperature within the limited length of the heating structure 30, satisfying the washing requirements.
In the drying mode, the pipeline cleaning and drying method further comprises the following steps: after the cleaning operation is completed, negative pressure gas is introduced into the pipe 50. The air inlet pipe 20 and the pipeline 50 in this embodiment are in a normally open state, and negative pressure gas needs to be introduced into the pipeline 50 so that air flows into the three-way valve 40 from the air inlet pipe 20 under the action of the atmospheric pressure, and then flows into the pipeline 50 after being heated by the heating structure 30, so that the pipeline 50 is dried.
From the above description, it can be seen that the above-described embodiments of the present invention achieve the following technical effects:
