The gas film storage yard system surrounding the coal storage yard comprises a coal blocking wall, a gas film, a monitoring unit, a blowing system, spraying dust suppression equipment and an automatic control system, wherein the coal blocking wall is provided with an outer air outlet, the gas film is arranged on the coal blocking wall and used for sealing the coal storage yard, the monitoring unit is arranged inside the gas film and used for monitoring dangerous gas and operation condition parameters, the monitoring unit is in communication connection with the automatic control system, and the automatic control system is connected with the blowing system and the spraying dust suppression equipment;
The weighing coal feeder is arranged in a storage pit of the air film storage yard system, the spraying dust suppression equipment is arranged at a material transferring position of the coal blending weighing, screening and crushing system, and the screening and crushing integrated machine is arranged outside the air film storage yard system;
the gas film coal yard further comprises fire equipment, the monitoring unit comprises a carbon monoxide sensor, a dust concentration sensor, a gas sensor, a temperature sensor and an infrared scanner, and the carbon monoxide sensor, the dust concentration sensor, the gas sensor and the infrared scanner are further connected with an alarm;
the outer exhaust port is connected with a dust remover, and the in-field air outlet is filtered by the dust remover and then discharged after reaching the qualified standard;
The monitoring unit also comprises a pressure sensor, the automatic control system automatically controls the air pressure in the air film according to the pressure sensor and automatically ventilates and ventilates at fixed time, and the air outlet is opened or closed by a valve according to the parameters of the pressure sensor;
A plurality of gas locking channel doors are arranged on a coal blocking wall in the gas film coal yard, and the gas locking channel doors are double-layer doors;
The air blowing system and the outer air outlet are respectively arranged at the opposite sides of the air film storage yard system;
The belt conveyor passes through the air film and is provided with an outlet which only allows the belt conveyor to pass through, the air blowing system is arranged at the outer side of the air film and is close to the outlet which the belt conveyor passes through, and in the operation process of the belt conveyor, the air blowing system continuously operates to supplement air.
2. The system of claim 1, wherein the coal baffle wall of the gas film coal yard is further provided with a plurality of air vents.
3. The coal blending, weighing, screening and crushing system in a gas film coal yard of claim 1, wherein said spray dust suppression apparatus further comprises a mobile remote mist sprayer.
4. The coal blending, weighing, screening and crushing system in a gas film coal yard of claim 1, wherein the monitoring unit further comprises a panoramic camera.
