Abstract
The invention provides a clamp for fixing a filtering unit, which comprises a clamp main body, a first end block and a second end block, wherein the first end block and the second end block are respectively provided with an interface communicated with a fluid source and a filtrate container and a socket matched with the inlet and the outlet of the filtering unit in structure, and the socket comprises a U-shaped opening positioned on the outer side and a clamping groove positioned on the inner side. When the filter unit is installed, the inlet and the outlet of the filter unit are respectively aligned with the two insertion holes on the first end block and the second end block, and the inlet and the outlet are pressed downwards into the two insertion holes in parallel; when the filter unit is disassembled, the filter unit is pulled out in parallel. The clamp can realize quick installation and disassembly of the filtering unit, and is convenient to replace and operate.
Description
Technical Field
The invention belongs to the technical field of filtration, and particularly relates to a clamp for fixing a filtration unit and an operation method thereof.
Background
The filter is used as a separation device and is widely applied to controlling impurities in fluids in the industries of pharmacy, food, semiconductors, beverages and the like. Generally, a filter is disposed in a fluid pipeline, and after fluid passes through the filter, impurities are trapped by a filter element inside the filter to flow out clean fluid. The filter is usually arranged between the liquid inlet pipeline and the liquid outlet pipeline, when the filter element in the filter reaches the maximum service life, the old filter needs to be disassembled, and the new filter needs to be replaced, namely, the disassembly and assembly operations are needed at intervals in the filtering process. Such filters generally consist of a filtering unit, which is the actual component that performs the filtering and cleaning functions, and a clamp for fixing the filtering unit, which, in addition to fixing the filtering unit, also provides an interface for connecting the filtering unit to a fluid source and to a filtrate container. In the use process, the filter unit needs to be frequently disassembled and replaced, so that the realization of the quick replacement of the filter unit is the requirement of industrial application, and simultaneously, the problem to be solved by technical personnel in the field is urgent.
Disclosure of Invention
For the purpose of rapid replacement of the filter unit, the invention provides a clamp for fixing the filter unit, which together form a filter, is fixed to the clamp.
The filtration unit includes: the filter comprises a shell, a filter element positioned in the shell, and an inlet and an outlet at two ends.
The inlet and the outlet have the same structure, and the main body parts of the inlet and the outlet are cylindrical.
The tail ends of the inlet and the outlet are respectively provided with a flange, the radial inner sides of the flanges at the tail ends of the inlet and the outlet are respectively provided with a groove, and a sealing ring is arranged in each groove.
The clamp includes: the clamp comprises a clamp main body, a first end block and a second end block, wherein the first end block and the second end block are fixed.
The first end block and the second end block are respectively provided with interfaces communicated with a fluid source and a filtrate container and jacks matched with the inlet and the outlet of the filtering unit in structure, and the interfaces on the first end block and the second end block are respectively communicated with the inlet and the outlet of the filtering unit in a fluid mode.
The socket comprises a U-shaped opening at the outer side and clamping grooves at the inner side, and the distance between the tail ends of the two clamping grooves is equal to the distance between the tail end surfaces of the inlet and the outlet.
The U-shaped opening is used for supporting the cylindrical main body parts of the inlet and the outlet of the filtering unit, and the clamping groove is used for accommodating the flanges and the sealing rings at the tail ends of the inlet and the outlet.
The first end block and the second end block are also provided with a first end cover and a second end cover, and the first end cover and the second end cover can rotate. When the first end cover and the second end cover are rotated to be in an open state, the inlet and the outlet of the filter unit can be inserted into or taken out of the socket; when the first end cover and the second end cover are rotated to be in a closed state, the inlet and the outlet of the filter unit can be locked, and the function of assisting in fixing the inlet and the outlet of the filter unit can be achieved.
When the filter unit is installed, the clamp is fixed, the first end cover and the second end cover are rotated to be in an open state, the inlet and the outlet of the filter unit are aligned to the insertion holes in the first end block and the second end block on the clamp respectively, the filter unit is pressed downwards in parallel to enable the inlet and the outlet to be inserted into the insertion holes in the first end block and the second end block respectively, and then the first end cover and the second end cover are rotated to lock the inlet and the outlet; when the filter is disassembled, the first end cover and the second end cover are opened, and then the old filter unit is pulled out in parallel. The clamp can realize quick installation and disassembly of the filtering unit, and is convenient to replace and operate.
Preferably, the fixture further comprises a slide rail and a rotary bayonet lock, the first end block is fixed, the slide rail penetrates through the bottom of the second end block, the second end block can slide along the slide rail, and the rotary bayonet lock is used for pressing the second end block towards the first end block so as to ensure the tightness between the inlet and the outlet and the insertion openings on the first end block and the second end block.
When the end block I and the end block II are installed, the clamp is firstly fixed, the end block II slides to the position closest to the end block I along the slide rail, the end cover I and the end cover II are rotated to be in an open state, the inlet and the outlet of the filter unit are respectively aligned to the two insertion holes on the end block I and the end block II on the clamp, the filter unit is pressed downwards in parallel to enable the inlet and the outlet to be respectively inserted into the two insertion holes on the end block I and the end block II, the end cover I and the end cover II are rotated to lock the inlet and the outlet, and finally, the rotary clamping pin is rotated and fixed to enable the end block II to be extruded towards the end block I to complete installation; when the filter is disassembled, the fixing of the rotating bayonet lock is loosened, the first end cover and the second end cover are opened, and the old filter unit is pulled out in parallel. The fixture can realize quick installation and disassembly of the filter unit, is convenient and fast to replace and can ensure good sealing property between the filter unit and the fixture.

Detailed Description
In order to make those skilled in the art better understand the technical solution of the present invention, the structure of the filter provided by the present invention is further described in detail below with reference to the accompanying drawings.
Embodiment a filter 1 comprises a filter unit 2 and a clamp 3.
As shown in fig. 1, the filter unit 2 includes: a housing 21, a filter element 24 located inside the housing 21, and an inlet 22 and an outlet 23 at both ends.
The inlet 22 and the outlet 23 are identical in structure, and the first main body part 220 of the inlet 22 and the second main body part 230 of the outlet 23 are both cylindrical.
The tail ends of the inlet 22 and the outlet 23 are respectively provided with a first flange 221 and a second flange 231, the radial inner sides of the first flange 221 and the second flange 231 are provided with a first groove 222 and a second groove 232, and a first sealing ring 223 and a second sealing ring 233 are respectively arranged in the first groove 222 and the second groove 232.
As shown in fig. 2, the jig 3 includes: the fixture comprises a fixture main body 31, a first end block 32 and a second end block 33, wherein the first end block 32 and the second end block 33 are fixed.
The first end block 32 and the second end block 33 are respectively provided with a first interface 320 and a second interface 330 which are communicated with a fluid source and a filtrate container, a first socket 321 and a second socket 331 which are matched with the structures of the inlet 22 and the outlet 23 of the filtering unit 2, and a first end cover 322 and a second end cover 332.
The first port 320 and the second port 330 are in fluid communication with the inlet 22 and the outlet 23, respectively, of the filter unit 2.
The first end cover 322 and the second end cover 332 can rotate, and when the first end cover and the second end cover are in an opening state, the first inserting opening 321 and the second inserting opening 331 are opened; when both are in the off state, socket one 321 and socket two 331 are locked.
The first socket 321 comprises an outer U-shaped opening 3210 and an inner slot 3211, the U-shaped opening 3210 is used for supporting the main body part 220 of the inlet 22 of the filter unit 2, and the slot 3211 is used for accommodating the flange 221 and the sealing ring 223 at the end of the inlet 22.
The second socket 331 includes a second outside U-shaped opening 3310 and a second inside locking slot 3311, the second U-shaped opening 3310 is used for supporting the second main body 230 of the outlet 23 of the filter unit 2, and the second locking slot 3311 is used for accommodating the second flange 231 and the second sealing ring 233 at the end of the outlet 23.
The distance between the ends of card slot one 3211 and card slot two 3311 is the same as the distance between the end faces of inlet 22 and outlet 23 to ensure good sealing between inlet 22 and outlet 23 and socket one 320 and socket two 330.
As shown in fig. 3, during installation, the fixture 3 is firstly fixed, the first end cover 322 and the second end cover 332 are rotated to be in an open state, the inlet 22 and the outlet 23 of the filter unit 2 are respectively aligned with the first socket 321 of the first end block 32 on the fixture 3 and the second socket 331 on the second end block 33, the filter unit 2 is pressed downwards in parallel to enable the inlet 22 and the outlet 23 to be respectively clamped into the first socket 321 of the first end block 32 and the second socket 331 on the second end block 33, and the first end cover 322 and the second end cover 332 are rotated to lock the inlet 22 and the outlet 23; when disassembling, the first end cap 322 and the second end cap 332 are opened, and the old filter unit 2 is pulled out in parallel. This anchor clamps 3 can realize the quick installation and the dismantlement of filter unit 2, and change the simple operation.
The filter 1 of the second embodiment includes a filter unit 2 and a jig 3, and the structure of the filter unit 2 is the same as that of the filter unit 2 of the first embodiment.
As shown in fig. 4 and 5, the clamp 3 includes a slide rail 34 and a rotary latch 35 in addition to the components of the first embodiment; the first end block 32 is fixed, the sliding rail 34 penetrates through the bottom of the second end block 33, the second end block 33 can slide along the sliding rail 34, the rotating bayonet lock 35 is used for pressing the second end block 33 towards the first end block 32, the second end block 33 presses the outlet 23 of the filter unit 2, and further the inlet 22 and the outlet 23 are respectively pressed with the first socket 321 on the first end block 32 and the second socket 331 on the second end block 33, so that good sealing effect between the inlet 22 and the outlet 23 of the filter unit 2 and between the first socket 321 and the second socket 331 is achieved.
When the filter unit is installed, the clamp 3 is firstly fixed, the second end block 33 slides to the position closest to the first end block 32 along the slide rail 34, the first end cover 322 and the second end cover 332 are rotated to be in an open state, the inlet 22 and the outlet 23 of the filter unit 2 are respectively aligned with the first insertion opening 321 on the first end block 32 and the second insertion opening 331 on the second end block 33 on the clamp 3, the filter unit 2 is pressed downwards in parallel to enable the inlet 22 and the outlet 23 to be respectively inserted into the first insertion opening 321 on the first end block 32 and the second insertion opening 331 on the second end block 33, the first end cover 322 and the second end cover 332 are rotated to lock the inlet 22 and the outlet 23, and finally the rotary clamping pin 35 is rotated and fixed to enable the second end block 33 to be pressed towards the first end block 32 to complete installation; during disassembly, the fixing of the rotary bayonet 35 is released, the first end cover 322 and the second end cover 332 are opened, and the old filter unit 2 is pulled out in parallel. This anchor clamps 2 can realize the quick installation and the dismantlement of filter unit 3, and change the simple operation to can ensure the good leakproofness between filter unit 2 and anchor clamps 3.

1. A clamp for securing a filter unit, comprising: the clamp comprises a clamp main body, a first end block and a second end block, wherein interfaces communicated with a fluid source and a filtrate container and inserting ports matched with the inlet and the outlet of the filtering unit in structure are respectively arranged on the first end block and the second end block, the interfaces on the first end block and the second end block are respectively communicated with the inlet and the outlet of the filtering unit in fluid, and the inserting ports have the same structure and respectively comprise a U-shaped opening positioned on the outer side and a clamping groove positioned on the inner side;
the fixture also comprises a slide rail and a rotating bayonet lock, the first end block is fixed, the slide rail penetrates through the bottom of the second end block, the second end block can slide along the slide rail, and the rotating bayonet lock is used for pressing the second end block towards the first end block;
the first end block and the second end block are also provided with a first end cover and a second end cover, and the first end cover and the second end cover can rotate.
