the seat part (1) comprises: a seat plate (101), an armrest (102), a tension spring (103), a support rod (104) and a bottom rod (105);
the backrest part (3) comprises: a backup plate (301) and a thrust exercising device;
the lower end of the armrest (102) is inserted into a hole on the side surface of the seat plate (101); the upper end of a tension spring (103) is fixedly sleeved on a cross rod at the lower position of the handrail (102), and the lower end of the tension spring (103) is fixedly sleeved on a bottom rod (105); the upper end of the supporting rod (104) is fixedly connected with the lower end surface of the seat plate (101), and the lower end of the supporting rod (104) is fixedly connected with the bottom rod (105);
the sit-up part (2) is arranged on the lower end surface of the seat plate (101); the lower end face of the backup plate (301) is connected with a rotating shaft on the rear end face of the seat plate (101), and the thrust exercising device is fixedly arranged on the rear end face of the backup plate (301); the tension exercising part (4) is arranged on the upper panel of the backup plate (301);

the tension exercising part (4) comprises: the tension device comprises a tension frame (401), a limiting block (402), a pulley D (403), a connecting clamp (404), a tension rope (405) and a tension rod (406);
the rod below the tension frame (401) is rotatably arranged in the tension fixing ring (306); the limiting block (402) is fixedly arranged in the middle of the tension frame (401); the pulley D (403) is fixedly arranged at the upper end of the tension frame (401); the connecting clamp (404) is connected with a clamping block in the middle of the steel wire rope (310); the lower end of the tension rope (405) is fixedly connected with the connecting clamp (404), and the upper end of the tension rope (405) passes through the wheel in the middle of the pulley D (403) to be fixedly connected with the tension rod (406);
when the arm exerciser is used, a user sits on the seat board (101), takes the handrail (102) out of the hole in the side face of the seat board (101) manually, and generates pulling force through the tension spring (103) so as to achieve the aim of exercising arms;

when the user takes exercise of the pulling force, the user sits on the seat plate (101), two ends of the pulling rod (406) are tightly held by two hands, a clamping block in the middle of the steel wire rope (310) is clamped through the connecting clamp (404), the pulling rope (405) generates upward pulling force, the steel wire rope (310) is connected with a counterweight plate in the counterweight device (108) so as to generate downward gravity, and the purpose of taking exercise of the pulling force of the user is further achieved;
when the sit-up needs to be exercised, the backrest blocking rod (107) is taken down, the back plate supporting rod (305) is opened, the back plate (301) is laid flat, the telescopic sleeve (202) is opened forwards, the position of the leg blocking rod (204) is adjusted by rotating the sleeve adjusting button (203), a user lies on the seat plate (101) and the back plate (301), and the legs are placed under the leg blocking rod (204), so that the waist and abdomen strength of the user can be exercised conveniently;
