The embodiment discloses an emergency firewall construction method, which is based on the use of an emergency firewall;
specifically, as shown in fig. 12, the method includes the following steps:
step a, placing a base: before the firewall is unfolded, the base 1 is placed in the middle of a corridor where the firewall needs to be built, the distance from the base 1 to the wall surfaces on two sides is equal, and the base 1 is unfolded;
step b, lifting the expansion cylinder: the expansion cylinder 3 is lifted by extending the telescopic column 2 on the base 1, and the expansion cylinder 3 drives the expansion arm 4 and the fireproof cloth box 5 to move upwards;
step c, overturning the expansion cylinder: the center of gravity of the whole of the expansion cylinder 3, the expansion arm 4 and the fireproof cloth box 5 is arranged at the front upper position of a rotating shaft between the expansion cylinder 3 and the telescopic column 2, the whole of the expansion cylinder 3, the expansion arm 4 and the fireproof cloth box 5 is turned forwards under the action of gravity, and the axis of the expansion cylinder 3 is turned from being parallel to the telescopic column 2 to being perpendicular to the telescopic column 2;
step d, unfolding the fireproof cloth: the outer side of the extension cylinder 3 extends out towards four extension arms 4 of four corners of the corridor respectively, a box body 5-1 connected with the front ends of the outer sides of the extension arms 4 is pushed by the extension arms 4 and moves to the corners, a fireproof cloth box 5 formed by splicing the four box bodies 5-1 is opened, and each box body 5-1 drives one corner of fireproof cloth 6 to move to the corner respectively so as to unfold the fireproof cloth 6;
step e, inflating the fireproof cloth: air is introduced into the fireproof cloth 6 through the air pump 7 at the front end of the extension tube 3, the fireproof cloth 6 with the introduced air expands, and a gap between the edge of the fireproof cloth 6 and a wall body is sealed.
Specifically, when the base 1 is unfolded, the extension bar 1-2 connected to the inside of the base 1 is rotated, so that the extension bar 1-2 extends out from the front and rear openings of the base 1, and the span of the base 1 in the front and rear direction is increased.

specifically, as shown in fig. 8, when the fireproof cloth is unfolded, the inner slide screw 8-5 is rotated by the inner slide screw motor 8-6, the rotated inner slide screw 8-5 pushes the adaptive inner slide 8-3 to move, the adaptive inner slide 8-3 is driven by the inner slide spring 8-4 to move the adaptive slide 8-2, the rack outside the adaptive slide 8-2 moves to rotate the engaged adaptive gear 8-1, the adaptive gear 8-1 drives the extension arm 4 to rotate, and further the extension direction of the extension arm 4 is changed, when the two upper extension arms 4 and the two lower extension arms 4 rotate outwards, the width of the unfolded fireproof cloth 6 is increased, when both the upper two extension arms 4 and the lower two extension arms 4 are turned inward, the width of the fire-proof cloth 6 after being unfolded is reduced.

The embodiment discloses an adjusting method for an emergency firewall building method, which can adjust the shape of a fire-proof cloth 6 after being unfolded;
referring to fig. 9, when the fire-proof cloth is unfolded, when the first proximity switch 9-1 contacts the wall surface, the adjusting motor 9-8 drives the adjusting screw 9-6 to rotate, the adjusting screw 9-6 drives the two adjusting sliders 9-5 to move away from each other, so that the end of the connecting rod 9-3 slides towards the middle of the connecting rod chute 9-4, meanwhile, the connecting rod 9-3 rotates to drive the expansion arm 4 to rotate, so that the two expansion arms 4 above and the two expansion arms 4 below both rotate outwards, the width of the unfolded fire-proof cloth 6 is increased until the second proximity switch 9-2 contacts the wall surface, when the second proximity switch 9-2 contacts the wall surface, the adjusting motor 9-8 drives the adjusting screw 9-6 to rotate, and the adjusting screw 9-6 drives the two adjusting sliders 9-5 to approach each other, the end part of the connecting rod 9-3 slides to the outer side of the connecting rod sliding groove 9-4, meanwhile, the connecting rod 9-3 rotates to drive the extension arms 4 to rotate, the two extension arms 4 at the upper part and the two extension arms 4 at the lower part both rotate inwards, and the width of the unfolded fireproof cloth 6 is reduced until the first proximity switch 9-1 is in contact with the wall surface.
Example fourteen
The embodiment discloses a base unfolding method for an emergency firewall building method, which can unfold a base before a firewall is unfolded, so that the area of the base is increased, and the firewall is unfolded more stably;
specifically, as shown in fig. 10 and 11, when the base 1 is unfolded, the reel 1-14 pulls the lock pin 1-11 to move through the lock pin pull rope 1-13, the first pin 1-15 of the lock pin 1-11 is separated from the first pin hole on the inner side of the extension rod 1-10, so that the extension rod 1-10 can rotate around the rotating shaft with the lower end rotatably connected with the base main body 1-8, the reel 1-14 continues to pull the lock pin 1-11 to move through the lock pin pull rope 1-13, the pushing surface 1-17 on the lock pin 1-11 pushes the inner side of the extension rod 1-10, so that the extension rod 1-10 rotates around the rotating shaft with the lower end rotatably connected with the base main body 1-8 until the upper end of the extension rod 1-10 contacts with the ground, and the reel 1-14 continues to pull the lock pin 1-11 to move through the lock pin pull rope 1-13, the second pin columns 1-16 on the lock pins 1-11 are inserted into the second pin holes on the inner sides of the stretching rods 1-10, so that the stretching rods 1-10 are fixed with the base main body 1-8.

An emergency firewall according to claim 2, characterised in that said fire-protection cloth box (5) further comprises: the extension rod (5-2) and the side baffle (5-3), one end fixed connection of extension rod (5-2) is on box (5-1), and the other end of extension rod (5-2) is provided with two side baffle (5-3), and two side baffle (5-3) set up perpendicularly, extension rod (5-2) and side baffle (5-3) set up go up the extension arm case (4-6) outside.

The emergency firewall according to any one of claims 1, 2 or 3, wherein the fireproof cloth (6) is of a double-layer structure, the middle of the fireproof cloth (6) is fixedly connected to the front end of the expansion cylinder (3), a gap is formed in the middle of one side of the fireproof cloth box (5), an air pump (7) is arranged inside the front end of the expansion cylinder (3), and the air pump (7) is communicated with the inside of the fireproof cloth (6) through a pipeline.

Emergency firewall according to any one of claims 1, 2, 3 or 5, characterized in that the base (1) comprises: the base comprises a base body (1-1), extension rods (1-2), inner sliding rods (1-3), push rods (1-4), push rod sliding blocks (1-5), base screw rods (1-6) and base screw rod motors (1-7), wherein the base body (1-1) is hollow, an extension rod opening is formed in each of the front side and the rear side of the base body, two extension rods (1-2) are arranged in each extension rod opening, one end of each extension rod (1-2) is rotatably connected inside the base body (1), the inner sliding rods (1-3) are arranged in the extension rods (1-2) in a sliding mode, the inner sliding rods (1-3) are exposed out of the other ends of the extension rods (1-2), inner sliding rod openings are formed in the side faces of the extension rods (1-2), one ends of the push rods (1-4) are inserted from the inner sliding rod openings and then rotatably connected to the inner sliding rods (1-3) The other end of the push rod (1-4) is rotatably connected to a push rod sliding block (1-5), the push rod sliding block (1-5) is sleeved on a base screw rod (1-6), the base screw rod (1-6) is a positive and negative screw rod, the middle of the base screw rod (1-6) is connected with a base screw rod motor (1-7), a sliding rod head in contact with the ground is arranged at the upper end of the inner sliding rod (1-3), and a sliding rod head accommodating groove is formed in the base body (1-1).

A base for an emergency firewall, comprising: the base comprises a base body (1-1), extension rods (1-2), inner sliding rods (1-3), push rods (1-4), push rod sliding blocks (1-5), base screw rods (1-6) and base screw rod motors (1-7), wherein the base body (1-1) is hollow, an extension rod opening is formed in each of the front side and the rear side of the base body, two extension rods (1-2) are arranged in each extension rod opening, one end of each extension rod (1-2) is rotatably connected inside the base body (1), the inner sliding rods (1-3) are arranged in the extension rods (1-2) in a sliding mode, the inner sliding rod openings are formed in the side faces of the extension rods (1-2), one end of each push rod (1-4) is inserted from the inner sliding rod openings and then is rotatably connected to the inner sliding rods (1-3), the other end of the push rod (1-4) is rotatably connected to a push rod sliding block (1-5), the push rod sliding block (1-5) is sleeved on a base screw rod (1-6), the base screw rod (1-6) is a positive and negative screw rod, the middle of the base screw rod (1-6) is connected with a base screw rod motor (1-7), a sliding rod head in contact with the ground is arranged at the upper end of the inner sliding rod (1-3), and a sliding rod head accommodating groove is formed in the base body (1-1).
