Referring to fig. 12 and 13, the outer side surface of a peripheral side wall 61 of the filter element base 60 has a taper direction in which the taper direction gradually decreases from the air inlet end to the air outlet end, that is, the outer side surface of the peripheral side wall 61 of the filter element base 60 is in a form of a pyramid-like frustum.
Thus, in addition to the filtering performance of the filter element itself, the side wall 61 of the filter element base body 60 is provided with a taper corresponding to the side wall of the filter unit installation area 521, so that the effect of wedging and ventilation prevention is achieved (see fig. 8), the matching and ventilation prevention of the filter element and the filter unit installation area 521 can be ensured, and a better using effect is achieved.
Wherein, the edge of the air inlet end of the peripheral side wall 61 of the filter element base body 60 is connected with two flexible pull tabs 8, and the two flexible pull tabs 8 are symmetrically arranged so as to conveniently take out the filter element from the filter unit installation area 521 when replacing the filter element.
The filter cloth 7 is arranged in the air passage 62 in a corrugated shape, so that the filtering and ventilating area can be increased, and the filtering effect and the ventilating efficiency can be ensured at the same time. When the filter is implemented, the filter can achieve the effect of increasing the filtering and ventilating area by enabling the folds in any direction.
Referring to fig. 12, in the present embodiment, the filter cloth 7 is disposed in the air passage 62 in a plurality of continuous V-shaped folds to increase the filtering and ventilating area to a greater extent, and the continuous V-shaped folds also make the filter cloth 7 more regular in the filter element base 60, so that the filter cloth has a better form retention degree during use, and can ensure a filtering posture within a service life.
The distance from the filter cloth 7 to the edge of the air outlet end of the side wall 61 is a certain distance, the inner space of the side wall of the distance section is formed into a lateral channel 65, an air vent 66 is formed on the edge of the air outlet end of the side wall 61, the air vent 66 is communicated with the lateral channel 65, so that after the filter element is placed in the filter unit installation area 521 (the original air outlet end is attached to the bottom of the filter unit installation area 521 and is closed), a lateral air outlet can be formed through the air vent 66, and the lateral air outlet is communicated with the air vent 571.
Therefore, the human-computer efficacy can be better met; referring to fig. 8, in combination with the use of the respiratory support device, the filter element in the form of a lateral air outlet is installed in the filter unit installation area 521, and the cover plate 1 with a plurality of air holes is covered, so that the respiratory support device has a smaller thickness and is in a flat and long shape, can be bound to the waist of a human body under the condition that the actions of users are not limited basically, and has good actual use effect and strong actual significance; after the filter element is installed, the original air outlet end of the filter element is abutted to the bottom of the filter unit installation area 521, the in-place feeling is strong, the installation position of the filter element is fixed, and the air inlet end of the filter element can be better (stably and cannot move downwards due to pressure) attached to the cover plate 1 so as to ensure a good sealing effect.
Correspondingly, the extending direction of the V-shaped folds of the filter cloth 7 is consistent with the length direction of the filter element base body 60 so as to continuously arrange more V-shaped folds; the vent hole 66 is formed in the end surface of the filter element base 60 along the length direction, so that a lateral air outlet formed by the vent hole 66 is communicated with the air passing hole 571.
In this way, a larger filter aeration area may be provided; flexible pull tabs 8 are also provided at both ends of the cartridge base 60 in the lengthwise direction for pulling.
Wherein, the filter cloth 7 adopts non-woven fabrics, spun-bonded non-woven fabrics, melt-blown non-woven fabrics or abrasive cloth. The filtering protection grade according to the actual requirement is selected and used according to the requirement; in order to save materials, the flexible pull piece 8 can also be made of the same material as the filter cloth 7.

In implementation, the side panels 611 and the end panels 612 may be in the form of an inclined plane on the outer side and a plane on the inner side in this embodiment, that is, the cross section is in the form of a right trapezoid, or in the form of a common flat plate, and the taper of the outer side is realized by a profile during the sealing, bonding and connecting process.

the filter element comprises filter cloth, the filter cloth is arranged in a filter element base body with an air passage, and the edge of the filter cloth is hermetically connected with the air passage of the filter element base body so as to ensure that the air passing through the air passage is filtered by the filter cloth; the filter element base body comprises a side wall surrounding a circle to be used as strength support so as to be convenient for putting in a filter unit installation area, the inner space of the side wall surrounding the filter element base body forms the air passing channel, the outer side surface of the side wall surrounding the filter element base body forms the outer side surface of the filter element, and two ends of the side wall surrounding the filter element base body are open and respectively form an air inlet and an air outlet; the air inlet faces the opening, and the air outlet is communicated with the air passing port;
the convex part of the cover plate is a circle of convex edge corresponding to the side wall of the periphery of the filter element base body, and the circle of convex edge is correspondingly pressed on the outer end surface of the side wall of the periphery of the filter element base body;
the main box body is a rectangular box body with a horizontal long edge, the battery installation space is transversely arranged at the lower part of the rectangular box body along the long edge direction, the fresh air circulation space is transversely arranged at the upper part of the rectangular box body along the long edge direction, the air outlet is formed in the upper surface of the rectangular box body, the battery installation space is provided with a corresponding battery cover for facilitating the assembly and disassembly of the battery, the battery cover is arranged on any end surface of the rectangular box body, and the opening of the filter unit installation area is formed in the side surface of the rectangular box body;
a partition plate is arranged between the filter unit mounting area and the power fan mounting area so as to form the filter element mounting section with the diameter gradually reduced, the filter unit mounting area is inwards formed into a quadrangular frustum-shaped cavity structure with an inwards small end along an opening, and the air passing opening is formed in the partition plate and is positioned on one side of the partition plate, which is far away from the opening;
the inner end face of the side wall of the periphery of the filter element base body is abutted to the corresponding inner wall of the filter unit mounting area, a distance is reserved between the filter cloth and the inner end face of the side wall, the inner space of the side wall of the distance section is formed into a lateral channel, the inner end face of the side wall is provided with a vent hole, the vent hole is communicated with the lateral channel and formed into a lateral air outlet, and the lateral air outlet is communicated with the air passing hole.
