Abstract
The invention relates to a filter screen support type catheter which comprises a drainage tube, wherein the front end of the drainage tube is provided with a drainage hole, the tail end of the drainage tube is provided with a sealing connecting piece, and the sealing connecting piece is provided with a drainage tube interface and a first accessory interface; the filter screen support is arranged inside the drainage tube below the drainage hole and comprises an outer support and an inner support, the inner support is fixed in the outer support in a sliding mode, a first net piece is arranged at the upper end of the inner support, a pull rod is arranged in the middle of the first net piece, a second net piece is arranged at the lower end of the outer support, a support sleeve is arranged in the middle of the second net piece, the lower end of the support sleeve is fixed on a first accessory connector of the sealing connecting piece, the pull rod penetrates through the support sleeve and extends out of the first accessory connector and is connected with the sealing cover, and the sealing cover and the first accessory connector are mutually covered.

Technical Field
The invention relates to a catheter, and particularly discloses a filter screen bracket type catheter.
Background
No matter the size front end of the traditional ordinary rubber catheter has only two through holes for draining urine, once a patient who keeps the catheter for a long time has particle precipitation or large blocks of tissue sample substances to block, the catheter is easily blocked, and the main method for solving the blockage problem is to replace the catheter again. The patient can be painful, the risk of urinary tract infection is increased, and the workload of medical care is increased.

The invention aims to overcome the defects in the prior art and provide a filter screen bracket type catheter for preventing a drainage tube from deforming and blocking.
The invention is realized by the following steps: a filter screen support type catheter comprises a drainage tube, wherein a drainage hole is formed in the front end of the drainage tube, a sealing connecting piece is arranged at the tail end of the drainage tube, and a drainage tube interface and a first accessory interface are arranged on the sealing connecting piece; the filter screen support is arranged inside the drainage tube below the drainage hole and comprises an outer support and an inner support, the inner support is fixed in the outer support in a sliding mode, a first net piece is arranged at the upper end of the inner support, a pull rod is arranged in the middle of the first net piece, a second net piece is arranged at the lower end of the outer support, a support sleeve is arranged in the middle of the second net piece, the lower end of the support sleeve is fixed on a first accessory connector of the sealing connecting piece, the pull rod penetrates through the support sleeve and extends out of the first accessory connector and is connected with the sealing cover, and the sealing cover and the first accessory connector are mutually covered.
The outer support comprises an upper support outer ring and a lower support outer ring, a plurality of first fixing rods are arranged between the upper support outer ring and the lower support outer ring, the second net piece is fixed in the lower support outer ring, and the upper end of the inner support is limited between the upper support outer ring and the lower support outer ring.
The inner support comprises an upper inner ring, a second fixing rod and a lower fixing piece, the first net piece is fixed in the upper inner ring, the upper end of the second fixing rod is connected with the upper inner ring, the lower end of the second fixing rod penetrates through the lower end of the outer support and is in sliding connection with the lower end of the outer support, and the lower end of the second fixing rod is connected with the lower fixing piece and is limited below the lower end of the outer support through the lower fixing piece.
The lower fixing piece is selected from one of a fixing piece, a fixing ring or a fixing block.
A balloon fixed on the drainage tube is arranged below the drainage hole, an inflation channel communicated with the inside of the balloon is arranged on the side wall of the drainage tube, a second accessory connector is arranged on the sealing connecting piece, and the second accessory connector is connected with the inflation channel; and an inflatable air bag is arranged on the second accessory interface.
A one-way flap valve is arranged in the drainage tube connector.
The support sleeve is a flexible metal sleeve, the pull rod is a flexible metal pull rod, and the filter screen support is a medical metal support.
The number of the drainage holes is 3-5.
The invention has the beneficial effects that: the outer support and the support sleeve of the filter screen support are used for supporting the drainage tube, so that the drainage tube is prevented from deforming and the drainage smoothness is kept; the inner support is pulled by the pull rod, so that the large particle sediment or blood clots and other obstructions deposited in the drainage tube cavity can pass through the movement of the inner support and the matching between the first mesh and the second mesh, the obstructions are extruded and moved to be reduced and crushed, the obstructions are easy to discharge out of the drainage tube, and the smooth drainage in the drainage tube cavity is further kept; the support sleeve provides support so that the pull rod prevents the outer bracket of the filter screen bracket from moving up and down when pulled. 3-5 drainage holes are formed in the front end of the drainage tube, so that the blockage of the tube caused by the blockage of the through holes is greatly reduced; a one-way valve is arranged in the drainage tube interface, so that urine backflow is effectively prevented, and the probability of urinary tract infection is reduced.

Detailed Description
According to the figures 1-5, the filter screen bracket type catheter comprises a drainage tube 1, wherein the front end of the drainage tube 1 is provided with 3-5 drainage holes 2. The tail end of the drainage tube 1 is provided with a sealing connecting piece 3, and the sealing connecting piece 3 is provided with a drainage tube connector 4, a first accessory connector 5 and a second accessory connector 6; the filter screen bracket 7 is arranged in the drainage tube 1 below the drainage hole 2. A one-way flap valve 25 is arranged in the drainage tube connector 4; the drainage tube interface 4 is used for connecting a urine collection bag 24.
The filter screen support 7 comprises an outer support 8 and an inner support 9, the inner support 9 is fixed in the outer support 8 in a sliding manner, a first net piece 10 is arranged at the upper end of the inner support 9, a pull rod 11 is arranged in the middle of the first net piece 10, a second net piece 12 is arranged at the lower end of the outer support 8, a support sleeve 13 is arranged in the middle of the second net piece 12, the lower end of the support sleeve 13 is fixed on the first accessory connector 5 of the sealing connector 3, the pull rod 11 penetrates through the support sleeve 13 and extends out of the first accessory connector 5 and is connected with a sealing cover 14, and the sealing cover 14 and the first accessory connector 5 are mutually covered. The support sleeve 13 is a flexible metal sleeve, the pull rod 11 is a flexible metal pull rod, and the filter screen support 7 is a medical metal support. The tie rod 11 forms a sliding friction with the support sleeve 13.
The external support 8 comprises an upper support outer ring 15 and a lower support outer ring 16, a plurality of first fixing rods 17 are arranged between the upper support outer ring 15 and the lower support outer ring 16, the number of the first fixing rods 17 is preferably 3-8, and 4 are shown in the figure. The lower fixing member 20 is any one of a fixing piece, a fixing ring and a fixing block, and preferably the fixing ring. The outer diameter of the upper inner ring 18 is smaller than the inner diameter of the upper support outer ring 15.
A balloon 21 fixed on the drainage tube 1 is arranged below the drainage hole 2, an inflation channel 22 communicated with the inside of the balloon 21 is arranged on the side wall of the drainage tube 1, a second accessory connector 6 is arranged on the sealing connecting piece 3, and the second accessory connector 6 is connected with the inflation channel 22; the second accessory interface 6 is provided with an inflatable air bag 23.
The upper end of the first accessory connector 5 is positioned in the center of the sealing connector 3, and the upper end of the drainage tube connector 4 and the upper end of the second accessory connector 6 are positioned on one side or two sides of the first accessory connector 5; the central lines of the first accessory connector 6, the drainage tube connector 4 and the second accessory connector 6 are straight lines or curved lines.
When the drainage tube is used, the sealing cover 14 is opened, the sealing cover 14 is pulled to drive the pull rod 11 to move downwards, the inner support 9 is pulled by the pull rod 11, so that the blockage such as large particle sediment or blood clots deposited in the tube cavity of the drainage tube 1 can pass through the up-and-down movement of the inner support 9 and the cooperation between the first mesh sheet 10 and the second mesh sheet 12, the blockage is extruded and moved to be reduced and crushed, the blockage is easily discharged out of the drainage tube 1, and the smooth drainage in the tube cavity of the drainage tube 1 is further kept; the support sleeve 13 provides support so that the pull rod 11, when pulled, prevents the outer support 8 of the screen support 1 from moving up and down.
