Abstract

Technical Field
The invention relates to a respirator system and a method for removing viruses, belonging to the technical field of medical treatment.
Background
The breathing machine is a device which can replace, control or change the normal physiological respiration of a human, enhance the ventilation capacity of the lung, improve the respiratory function, reduce the consumption of the respiratory function and save the heart reserve capacity, and plays an important role in the aspect of giving respiratory support to a patient. However, when the ventilator is used for ventilation treatment, particularly intubation ventilation, some droplets or mucus with germs are directly discharged from the intubation without being treated by the upper airway of a human body, and people in a local range are easily infected.
In the prior art, when a respirator is used, the main measures are that air entering the respirator is filtered only by simply adopting materials such as filter sponge at an air inlet of the respirator, and special virus killing treatment is lacked.

The invention has the beneficial effects that: the first high-temperature device is arranged between the external air source and the respirator, and can heat the airflow conveyed to the respirator so that viruses in the airflow are killed at high temperature, and the safety is improved; meanwhile, a cooling device is arranged between the respirator and the air duct and is used for cooling the air flow conveyed to the mouth of the human body so as to prevent the human body from being injured by overhigh temperature of the air flow, and the cooling device is quick and convenient;

Referring to fig. 1, a ventilator system for removing viruses in a preferred embodiment of the present invention is used to kill airflow delivered to the mouth of a human body and airflow delivered to the outside, so as to prevent viruses from being delivered into the human body from the outside or from being delivered into the outside to cause pollution or spread, which is fast and convenient. The virus may be a novel coronavirus, etc., and is not particularly limited herein, depending on the actual situation.

In the present embodiment, the first high temperature device 2 and the second high temperature device 7 are peltier devices having heating surfaces for heating the air flow to the first temperature value. The cooling device 4 is a peltier element having a cooling surface for cooling the air flow to a second temperature value. Specifically, the first high temperature device 2 and the temperature reduction device 4 may be disposed inside the ventilator 3. Indeed, in other embodiments, the first high temperature device 2 and the cooling device 4 may be of independent structures as long as they are connected with the ventilator 3 to achieve the above-mentioned effects, and are not specifically limited herein, depending on the actual situation.
The invention also provides a method for removing viruses, which adopts the respirator system for removing the viruses, and comprises the following steps:
starting an external gas source 1 to generate a gas flow;
the airflow is heated to a first temperature value through the first high-temperature device 2 to be sterilized and disinfected and then is conveyed to the breathing machine 3;
and the air flow in the breathing machine 3 is cooled by the cooling device 4 to a second temperature value and then is conveyed to the air duct 5, and is conveyed to the mouth of the human body by the air duct 5.
The method further comprises the following steps:
the air flow flows to the outside through the mouth of the human body and is heated to a first temperature value through the second high-temperature device 7 so as to carry out sterilization and disinfection treatment.
In summary, the following steps: the first high-temperature device 2 is arranged between the external air source 1 and the respirator 3, and can heat the airflow conveyed to the respirator 3 so that viruses in the airflow can be killed at high temperature, and the safety is improved; meanwhile, a cooling device 4 is arranged between the breathing machine 3 and the air duct 5, and the cooling device 4 is used for cooling the air flow conveyed to the mouth of the human body so as to prevent the human body from being injured by overhigh temperature of the air flow, thus being fast and convenient;

the air guide pipe is butted with the breathing machine body;
and the cooling device is used for connecting the breathing machine body and the air duct so as to cool the air flow to a second temperature value.
2. The ventilator system for viral clearance of claim 1 further comprising a mouthpiece in communication with said airway tube, said mouthpiece adapted to interface with an oral region of a person.
3. The ventilator system for removing viruses according to claim 1, further comprising a second high temperature device connected to the airway tube, wherein the second high temperature device is used for heating the air flow delivered from the airway tube to the outside to a first temperature value for sterilization.
4. The ventilator system for viral clearance of claim 3 wherein said first and second high temperature devices are Peltier having heating surfaces for heating the air flow to a first temperature value.
5. The ventilator system for viral clearance of claim 4 wherein said first temperature value is in a range of no less than 56 ℃.
6. The ventilator system for viral clearance of claim 1 wherein said cooling device is a peltier having a cooling surface for cooling the air flow to a second temperature value.
7. The ventilator system for clearance of viruses of claim 1 wherein said second temperature value ranges from no more than 40 ℃.
8. A ventilator system for removing viruses according to claim 1 wherein the internal airway of said ventilator has a thermal isolation mechanism to prevent damage to components.
9. A method for removing viruses, using the ventilator system for removing viruses of claim 1, the method comprising:
activating an external gas source to generate a gas flow;
the airflow is heated to a first temperature value through a first high-temperature device to be sterilized and disinfected and then is conveyed to a breathing machine;
and the air flow in the respirator is cooled by the cooling device to a second temperature value and then is conveyed to the air duct, and is conveyed to the mouth of the human body by the air duct.
10. The method of claim 9, wherein the method further comprises:
the airflow flows to the outside through the mouth of the human body and is heated to a first temperature value through a second high-temperature device so as to carry out sterilization and disinfection treatment.
