The sterilizing purification apparatus of claim 1, wherein: degerming electrode group is including parallel arrangement's first base plate and second base plate, the first base plate epirelief is equipped with a plurality ofly degerming positive electrode, seted up a plurality ofly on the second base plate and supplied degerming positive electrode male mating holes, the inner wall of mating holes is degerming negative electrode.
3. The sterilizing purification apparatus of claim 2, wherein: the sterilization anode electrode is a needle electrode, and the sterilization cathode electrode is a porous electrode.

The sterilizing purification apparatus of claim 2, wherein: the number of the second base plates is two, the two second base plates are respectively arranged on the front side and the back side of the first base plate, and a plurality of degerming positive electrodes are arranged on the two sides of the first base plate.
5. The sterilizing purification apparatus of claim 2, wherein: the distance between the first substrate and the second substrate is equal to the length of the degerming anode electrode.

The sterilizing purification apparatus of claim 2, wherein: the sterilization anode electrode is one of a platinum electrode, a titanium electrode, a carbon fiber electrode and a stainless steel electrode, and the sterilization anode electrode is one of a copper electrode, a copper nickel-plated electrode and a silver electrode.
7. The sterilizing purification apparatus of claim 1, wherein: the adsorption plate is provided with a plurality of adsorption holes.
8. The sterilizing purification apparatus of claim 7, wherein: the anode plate is provided with a first convection hole which is opposite to the adsorption hole, and the cathode plate is provided with a second convection hole which is opposite to the adsorption hole.
9. The sterilizing purification apparatus of any one of claims 1-8, wherein: the adsorption plate is a ceramic plate or an activated carbon plate.
10. The sterilizing purification apparatus of any one of claims 1-8, wherein: the negative plate and the positive plate are stainless steel plates, carbon fiber plates, titanium metal plates or platinum metal plates.
11. The sterilizing purification apparatus of any one of claims 1-8, wherein: the number of the degerming electrode groups is one, the number of the purification electrode groups is two, and the two purification electrode groups are arranged on two opposite sides of the degerming electrode groups.

The sterilizing purification apparatus of any one of claims 1-8, wherein: the degerming purifier still includes the shell, degerming electrode group with it all locates to purify electrode group in the shell, the ventilation hole has all been seted up to the relative both sides of shell, the shell has been seted up the side in ventilation hole with adsorption plate parallel arrangement.

The sterilizing purification apparatus of any one of claims 1-8, wherein: the sterilization purification device further comprises a power supply, the anode of the power supply is connected with the sterilization anode electrode and the anode plate, and the cathode of the power supply is connected with the sterilization cathode electrode and the cathode plate.
