The breathable film can prevent liquid and bacteria from permeating and prevent the wound from being polluted by the outside; the mesh design of the porous foam pad enables the wound position and the skin around the wound position to be directly checked without changing the dressing; the surface of the dressing in contact with the wound and skin is coated with an adhesive. For acute wounds with low to moderate levels of exudate such as: application of postoperative wound, small incision, abrasion, laceration or laceration, puncture wound, laceration wound, first degree or shallow second degree burn and scald.

Description

Transparent waterproof dressing
Technical Field
The invention belongs to the technical field of passive medical instruments, and particularly relates to a transparent waterproof dressing.
Background
Since the 20 th 60 s, clothes made of polyvinyl chloride, chloroprene rubber and various synthetic rubber coated fabrics, which are used in severe environment, are widely popular due to the advantages of water resistance, wind resistance and the like. However, they have a great disadvantage that sweat generated by the metabolism of the human body cannot be discharged out of the body in time, so that the human body feels uncomfortable with stuffiness, coldness, wetness and the like. Meanwhile, the accumulated sweat provides living environment for bacteria or fungal spores and the like, so that stains are generated on the surface of the material, and the material is seriously degraded, which is mainly caused by the lack of 'breathability' of the polymer film and the coating. To solve this problem, researchers in various countries have begun to focus on the study of novel waterproof breathable films and coatings. Waterproof breathability (also called waterproof moisture permeability) refers to that polymer films and coatings do not allow liquid such as water drops to permeate through, but ensure free permeation of water vapor, and breathability is characterized by water vapor permeability.
In this field, Gore-Tex produced by Gore corporation in the 70 th century is the most representative of this fieldTMA Polytetrafluoroethylene (PTFE) film laminated composite fabric. However, PTFE is difficult to process by a conventional method, and needs a special process for preparation: the method comprises the steps of firstly preparing a primary membrane by adopting a technology of combining cold pressing and sintering, and then forming a spider-web-shaped microporous membrane by a biaxial stretching process at a high temperature. The membrane has a plurality of nodes, which are connected by a plurality of fine fibrils, and the size of the nodes can vary from 400 microns to less than 1 micron depending on the stretching process. The material has excellent waterproofness and breathability, but the product is expensive due to high processing difficulty and high cost, and is difficult to popularize in application. Therefore, it is necessary to select new substitute materials and simplify the processing process.
To date, PTFE microporous membranes are still the most advanced waterproof breathable film recognized worldwide, and no product has been able to completely replace it. Its commercial and technical success has stimulated a booming search for this class of waterproof breathable functional materials. Scientific researchers in various countries make a great deal of research aiming at the aspects of materials and processing technology, and develop films and coatings which can achieve the excellent waterproof and breathable performance of PTFE microporous films and have low cost.
A widely used material in this field is a multiblock copolymer of the AB type. Such as block copolyether ester (PEE), block copolyether amine (PEBA) and Thermoplastic Polyurethane (TPU). The products meeting different requirements can be designed by adjusting the components and the proportion of the soft segments and the soft segments. Among them, the polyurethane is more excellent.
The Polyurethane (PU) can change the elasticity, hardness, hydrophilicity and the like by adjusting the components and the proportion of the soft segment and the soft segment, and products with different properties can be designed according to the needs. The product has incomparable characteristics, such as unique cohesiveness, elasticity, wettability, flexibility, wear resistance, glossiness and the like, and becomes one of main chemical raw materials for preparing waterproof breathable films and coatings. In the research of polyurethane films and coated articles, the development is rapid in the united states and japan.
In addition, because the polyurethane material also has good biocompatibility, the waterproof breathable polyurethane film and the coating have wider and wider application in the aspect of medical treatment, can be used as wound dressings, medical gloves, medical coverings, surgical gowns, protective clothes and the like, and form a challenging research field.
Disclosure of Invention
In view of the above, the technical problem to be solved by the present invention is to provide a transparent waterproof dressing.
The technical scheme adopted by the invention is as follows: a transparent waterproof dressing comprising: a wound contact layer 1, a porous foam pad 2 and a breathable film 3, wherein the porous foam pad 2 has honeycomb-shaped mesh openings for timely viewing of the wound site and the surface of its surrounding skin without changing dressings; the contact surface of the dressing with the wound and skin is coated with an acrylic adhesive and contains an active substance at the contact surface that promotes wound healing.
Further, the reticular open pores of the porous foam pad 2 are hexagonal and square and have a circular shape.
The active substance has a bactericidal and/or bacteriostatic effect.
The waterproof dressing is elastically deformable as a whole.
The breathable film 3 is made of a hydrophilic polyurethane material which is transparent, malleable, waterproof, antibacterial and permeable to water vapor, and a layer of acrylic adhesive is coated on the polyurethane film. The porous foam pad 2 is made of polyurethane foam and is positioned in the center of the breathable film 3.
The transparent waterproof dressing disclosed by the invention is soft in texture, can be tightly attached to the uneven wound surface of the skin, and can effectively absorb seepage. The reticular design of the porous foam pad has capillary action and can actively suck out wound exudate. The honeycomb water absorption layer enables the skin and the PU dressing to have a water-vapor exchange space, and is beneficial to the emission of water vapor. The surface layer contacting with the wound is an anti-adhesion film to prevent the wound from adhering to the dressing.
