Description

Mask with nose cover with ventilation structure
Technical Field
The present invention relates to a mask, and more particularly, to a mask having a nostril cover with an air-permeable structure, which is configured to wrap around the nose, mouth, chin and neck of a face and make a wearer easily breathe, and filter haze in the air during breathing.
Background
When amateur activities or leisure sports activities are performed outdoors for a long time, the skin is easily exposed to the sun or aged due to strong ultraviolet rays of sunlight or dry cool wind.
Furthermore, haze in the air, which frequently causes respiratory diseases and the like, is also one of environmental factors that hinder leisure activities and leisure sports activities.
In order to block the sun and prevent respiratory diseases caused by haze, a hat and a mask are mainly worn, but depending on the angle of irradiation of the sun, the hat exposes a part of the face to the sun or the face to outdoor dry wind and winter cool wind, and thus the hat is insufficient to completely protect the face.
Masks have trouble, for example: when the mask is worn for a long time, it is necessary to correct the wearing position and the like at any time due to physical activity or facial movement and the like.
To solve these problems, a mask has been proposed. The mask can protect the nose and mouth while wrapping around the chin and neck, thereby protecting the face and the like from the sun or cold wind in winter.
However, since the mask does not have a separate ventilation port, it is inconvenient to breathe when worn for a long time, and especially when the wearer wears glasses, breathing may cause a bad breath on the glasses.
In addition, since the mask is generally made of a fabric, it is worn so as to hang on the face of the wearer, and thus it is difficult to naturally come into close contact with the outer nose protruding from the face.
In order to solve the problems described above, the applicant has proposed, through a utility model granted application (granted No. 20-0476397), a mask provided with an air-permeable assembly.
However, the conventional mask proposed by the present applicant is complicated to manufacture due to the number of constituent parts of the ventilation assembly, and although the ventilation assembly has the recessed portion and the cut groove so that the ventilation assembly is adapted to the external nose shape of the wearer to be easily attached, it is difficult to completely wrap the nostrils due to non-ergonomics, and it is also impossible to effectively filter dust or haze.

Fig. 1 is an isolated perspective view of a mask according to a first embodiment of the present invention, fig. 2 is a perspective view of a nasal orifice cover according to a first embodiment of the present invention, fig. 3 is a front view of a nasal orifice cover according to a first embodiment of the present invention, and fig. 4 is a rear view of a nasal orifice cover according to a first embodiment of the present invention.
The mask according to the first embodiment of the present invention mainly comprises a face mask 10, a nostril cover 20, a mask filter 30.
The face mask 10 has ventilation holes 11 formed in a portion corresponding to the nose of a wearer, is made of a material having wind resistance, cold resistance (for winter) or excellent ultraviolet shielding properties (for summer), and is fixed to the rear portion of the head by fastening means such as hook and loop fasteners 14 formed at the left and right ends.
The nose hole cover 20 is closely attached to the periphery of the nostril of the wearer, has more than one air hole 21 communicated with the nostril of the wearer, and is fastened on the inner side surface of the face mask 10 so that the air hole 21 is communicated with the air hole 11 of the face mask 10.
In order to improve the adaptability of the distance between the upper lip and the different nose tips of each wearer, the vent structure nose cap 20 has a lateral groove 22, the lateral groove 22 horizontally crossing the central portion of the vent hole 21 and being formed across the left and right side portions 29 of the front surface of the body to easily fold the body of the nose cap 20 in the up-down direction.
Also, in order to improve the adaptability of the lateral width of the different nasal ala (the expanded portion from the tip of the nose to the left and right sides) of each wearer, the nostril cover 20 of the ventilation structure has a central vertical groove 23 and left and right vertical grooves 23', which are formed to cross the lateral groove 22 in the vertical direction at the center and left and right sides of the front surface of the body, respectively, to easily fold the nostril cover 20 in the left and right directions. In addition, the left and right side portions 29 of the nostril cover 20 of the air permeable structure have left and right vertical sectional portions 28 extending upward in the vertical direction at the boundary portions with the left and right vertical grooves 23'.
The nostril cover 20 of the ventilation structure has a bilaterally symmetrical arc portion 24 on the front surface of the upper end portion of the main body to be closely fastened to the face mask 10, and has a wing nose close-fitting portion 25 in which a concave portion 25a and a convex portion 25b are formed to be connected in the left and right end directions from the ventilation hole 21 on the rear surface of the main body to fill the periphery of the wing nose of the wearer to be closely fitted to the wing nose. In addition, the nostril cover 20 of the ventilation structure has a three-dimensional shape in which the left and right side portions 29 of the main body including the wing nose contact portion 25 have a relatively larger volume than the central portion of the main body with reference to the left and right vertical grooves 23'.
As described above, the nostril cover 20 is closely fastened to the face mask 10 and closely attached to the nasal wings of the wearer, thereby suppressing the entrance and exit of the breathing air through the fastening portion with the face mask 10 and the surroundings of the nasal wings (the entrance and exit of the breathing air can be realized only through the ventilation holes 21).
