if the verification fails, returning verification failure information, marking the receiving record state as verification failure, and returning a verification failure identifier by the third-party accessory platform interface;
and if the verification is passed, updating the state of the received record information of the picture uploaded by the high-speed shooting instrument under the document into a waste state according to the document information, and indicating that the process of uploading the picture to the third-party accessory platform by the high-speed shooting instrument is completely finished.
