The embodiment of the invention also provides the electronic equipment. Fig. 3 is a schematic diagram of a hardware structure of an electronic device according to an embodiment of the present invention. As shown in fig. 3, the electronic device 300 includes: an instruction receiver 304, a memory 301, a processor 302, and a computer program stored on the memory 301 and executable on the processor 302, the various components in the system may be coupled together by a bus 303. It will be appreciated that bus 303 is used to enable communications among these components. The bus 303 includes a power supply bus, a control bus, a status signal bus, and the like, in addition to the data bus. But for clarity of illustration the various busses are shown in figure 3 as bus 303.
It is understood that the Memory 301 may be a volatile or non-volatile Memory, and may include both volatile and non-volatile memories, wherein the non-volatile Memory may be Read-Only Memory (ROM), Programmable Read-Only Memory (PROM), Erasable Programmable Read-Only Memory (EPROM), Electrically Erasable Programmable Read-Only Memory (EEPROM), magnetic Random Access Memory (FRAM), magnetic Random Access Memory (flash EPROM), magnetic surface Memory, optical Disc, or Compact Disc Read-Only Memory (CD-ROM), flash EPROM, magnetic surface Memory, magnetic Disc, or optical Disc Read-Only Memory (CD-ROM), or magnetic Disc Read-Only Memory (DRAM), and the magnetic surface Memory may be a volatile or magnetic tape Memory, which may be a Random Access Memory (SDRAM), or may be a Dynamic Random Access Memory (SDRAM), or may be any other Random Access Memory (SDRAM), such as Random Access Memory (SDRAM), or SDRAM, which may be used as an external RAM, or may be referred to, but is not limited by any other examples of the invention.
The processor 302 may be an integrated circuit chip having signal processing capabilities. In implementation, the steps of the above method may be performed by integrated logic circuits of hardware of the processor 302 or instructions in the form of software. The processor 302 described above may be a general purpose processor, a DSP, or other programmable logic device, discrete gate or transistor logic device, discrete hardware components, or the like. Processor 302 may implement or perform the methods, steps, and logic blocks disclosed in embodiments of the present invention. A general purpose processor may be a microprocessor or any conventional processor or the like. The steps of the method disclosed by the embodiment of the invention can be directly implemented by a hardware decoding processor, or can be implemented by combining hardware and software modules in the decoding processor. The software modules may be located in a storage medium located in the memory 301 and the processor reads the information in the memory 301 and performs the steps of the method described above in conjunction with its hardware.
In this embodiment, when the processor 302 executes the program, it implements: the mobile terminal uploads basic data information of the mobile terminal, basic data information of the welding and cutting equipment and real-time operation parameter data of the welding and cutting equipment to the server; the server feeds back a receipt to the mobile terminal; the mobile terminal issues the receipt to the welding and cutting equipment; and if the receipt carries the instruction, the welding and cutting equipment executes corresponding operation according to the instruction.
As an embodiment, the processor 302, when executing the program, further implements:
the starting process comprises the following steps: the mobile terminal is connected with the welding and cutting equipment in a handshaking mode, the welding and cutting equipment acquires basic data information of the mobile terminal, and the mobile terminal acquires the basic data information of the welding and cutting equipment;
shutdown process: and the welding and cutting equipment sends the real-time operation parameter data acquired in the operation process to the mobile terminal in a preset periodic format.
As an embodiment, the processor 302, when executing the program, further implements:

if the mobile terminal is a mobile phone, an active handshake mobile phone number is recorded in the welding and cutting equipment, the welding and cutting equipment actively handshakes the mobile terminal after starting, and after handshaking connection, the mobile terminal automatically sends an authorization instruction according to preset, and the welding and cutting equipment receives the instruction to complete automatic authorization;
if the mobile terminal is a control center computer or a mobile centralized control device, an automatic authorization network address is recorded in the welding and cutting device, the welding and cutting device actively shakes hands the mobile terminal after starting up and sends out an instruction with a receipt, and after the shaking hands are connected, the control center computer or the mobile centralized control device automatically sends back an authorization instruction according to the receipt to complete automatic authorization;
if the mobile terminal is a control center computer or a mobile centralized control device, an automatic authorization network address is recorded in the welding and cutting device, the welding and cutting device actively shakes hands the mobile terminal after starting, after shaking is connected, the control center computer or the mobile centralized control device automatically sends an authorization instruction according to the preset, and the welding and cutting device receives the instruction to complete automatic authorization;

An embodiment of the present invention further provides a computer storage medium, on which a computer program is stored, where the computer program, when executed by a processor, implements: the mobile terminal uploads basic data information of the mobile terminal, basic data information of the welding and cutting equipment and real-time operation parameter data of the welding and cutting equipment to the server; the server feeds back a receipt to the mobile terminal; the mobile terminal issues the receipt to the welding and cutting equipment; and if the receipt carries the instruction, the welding and cutting equipment executes corresponding operation according to the instruction.

Claims (10)

1. A method for controlling welding and cutting equipment is suitable for data interaction among a mobile terminal, the welding and cutting equipment and a server, and is characterized by comprising the following steps:
the mobile terminal uploads basic data information of the mobile terminal, basic data information of the welding and cutting equipment and real-time operation parameter data of the welding and cutting equipment to the server;
the server feeds back a receipt to the mobile terminal;
the mobile terminal issues the receipt to the welding and cutting equipment;
and if the receipt carries the instruction, the welding and cutting equipment executes corresponding operation according to the instruction.
2. The method of claim 1, wherein the instructions include updating welding process data and controlling a welding equipment application.
3. The method of claim 1, wherein the step of data interaction between the mobile terminal and the welding and cutting equipment comprises:
the starting process comprises the following steps: the mobile terminal is connected with the welding and cutting equipment in a handshaking mode, the welding and cutting equipment acquires basic data information of the mobile terminal, and the mobile terminal acquires the basic data information of the welding and cutting equipment;
shutdown process: and the welding and cutting equipment sends the real-time operation parameter data acquired in the operation process to the mobile terminal in a preset periodic format.
4. The method according to claim 1 or 3, wherein the mobile terminal is a mobile phone or a control center computer or a mobile centralized control device.
5. The method of claim 1 or 3, wherein the basic data information of the welding and cutting equipment comprises owner contact information, first-time enabling information, full code information, brief code information and product category code information;
the real-time operating parameter data comprises: the method comprises the following steps of (1) lowest input voltage data, highest input voltage data, set output current value data, environment highest temperature data, highest humidity data, highest capacitance temperature data, standby voltage operation time data, three-phase operation time data, highest IGBT temperature data, accumulated operation time data, fault data and code scanning-free starting time data;
if the mobile terminal is a mobile phone, the basic data information comprises: mobile phone traffic data, mobile phone number data, geographical location information data and time and date information data;
if the mobile terminal is a control center computer or a mobile centralized control device, the basic data information comprises: network address or network geographical information.
6. The method of claim 3, wherein the predetermined period format is a transmission period of 1 on/off or 24 hours of continuous operation or a transmission period of custom duration.
7. The method of claim 1, wherein the step of the mobile terminal handshaking with the welding and cutting equipment comprises:
the mobile terminal obtains click authorization by scanning an identification code on the welding and cutting equipment, or automatically displays the obtained click authorization, or automatically authorizes the obtained click authorization; wherein
