Referring to fig. 2, the insulating housing 20 is connected to the pole housing 3 provided with the pole copper rod 2 by the insulating locking sleeve 30. The outer side wall of the bottom of the insulating shell 20 is provided with a flange 22, and the inside of the insulating locking sleeve 30 is provided with a step surface 31 correspondingly supported on the flange 22. The outer side wall of the pole shell 3 is provided with an external thread, and the lower part of the insulating locking sleeve 30 is provided with an internal thread 32 correspondingly connected with the external thread. And a locking silica gel 40 is arranged between the bottom of the insulating shell 30 and the top end of the pole housing 3.
Referring to fig. 2, an annular sealing groove 23 is formed in an outer side wall of the insulating housing 20 corresponding to the top end of the insulating locking sleeve 30, and an annular sealing ring 24 is installed on the annular sealing groove 23 to ensure the sealing property between the insulating fastening sleeve 30 and the insulating housing 20.

(6) and finally, screwing the insulating locking sleeve to enable the insulating locking sleeve to be tightly connected with the pole shell.
The bottom surface of the cable head 1 in the step (1) can be abutted to the bottom wall of the cable head fixing groove 11, and the top surface of the post copper rod 2 in the step (5) is abutted to the top wall of the post copper rod connecting groove 12, so that the contact area between the cable head 1 and the post copper rod 2 and the conductor connecting piece 10 is increased.
Before the step (5), the method further comprises sleeving a piece of anti-loose silica gel on the pole copper rod.
The cable head refers to a bare conductive metal part of a cable after peeling.
