Detailed Description
The core of the invention is to provide a medical diagnosis system, an image processing device, an encryption protection method and a system thereof, wherein only the medical device with the image processing device use authority can use the image processing device, thereby improving the safety of the image processing device.
In order to make the objects, technical solutions and advantages of the embodiments of the present invention clearer, the technical solutions in the embodiments of the present invention will be clearly and completely described below with reference to the drawings in the embodiments of the present invention, and it is obvious that the described embodiments are some, but not all, embodiments of the present invention. All other embodiments, which can be derived by a person skilled in the art from the embodiments given herein without making any creative effort, shall fall within the protection scope of the present invention.
Referring to fig. 1, fig. 1 is a flowchart illustrating an encryption protection method for an image processing apparatus according to an embodiment of the present invention.
The encryption protection method of the image processing equipment is applied to the image processing equipment accessed to the medical equipment, and comprises the following steps:
step S1: the method includes receiving a pending image transmitted from a medical device and a pairing request including pairing information.
In particular, in view of the low security of the image processing apparatus that can be directly used after accessing the medical apparatus, the present application sets an encryption protection policy for the image processing apparatus. The main principle of the encryption protection strategy is that after the image processing equipment is connected to the medical equipment, the image processing equipment and the medical equipment are firstly paired, and only after the image processing equipment and the medical equipment are successfully matched, the medical equipment is allowed to use the image processing equipment to perform image processing operation. That is, the medical devices accessing the image processing device are divided into two types, one is a medical device authorized to use the image processing device, and the medical device can be successfully matched with the image processing device; another is a medical device that is not authorized to use the image processing device and that does not successfully match the image processing device.
More specifically, the pairing principle between the image processing apparatus and the medical apparatus is: after the image processing device is connected with the medical device, the image processing device and the medical device can realize data transmission. The medical device transmits a pairing request containing pairing information to the image processing device while transmitting the image to be processed to the image processing device. After receiving the pairing request, the image processing device may obtain the pairing information from the pairing request, and perform subsequent pairing operation according to the pairing information to determine whether the currently accessed medical device is authorized to use the image processing device.
Based on this, after the image processing apparatus accesses the medical apparatus, the image processing apparatus waits for the to-be-processed image and the pairing request containing the pairing information transmitted from the medical apparatus to perform the subsequent pairing operation after receiving the to-be-processed image and the pairing request.
Step S2: judging whether the pairing information is matched with pre-stored information to be paired; if yes, go to step S3; if not, step S4 is executed. Step S3: and processing the image to be processed and outputting the processed image to the medical equipment. Step S4: and directly outputting the image to be processed to the medical equipment without processing.
Specifically, the specific pairing principle between the image processing device and the medical device is as follows: the method comprises the steps that information to be paired is stored in the image processing equipment in advance, after a pairing request containing pairing information and transmitted from the medical equipment is received, the pairing information in the pairing request is matched with the information to be paired, and if the pairing information is matched with the information to be paired, the fact that the currently accessed medical equipment is authorized to use the image processing equipment is determined; and if the two can not be matched, determining that the currently accessed medical equipment is not authorized to use the image processing equipment.
It can be understood that the information to be paired stored in advance in the image processing apparatus is: information matching pairing information in a pairing request transmitted by an authorized medical device. As for the matching relationship between the pairing information transmitted by the authorized medical device and the information to be paired stored in the image processing device, the two are negotiated in advance, and when the pairing information is consistent with the information to be paired, the two are considered to be matched; or when the relationship between the pairing information and the information to be paired meets a preset matching condition, the pairing information and the information to be paired are considered to be matched, and the application is not particularly limited herein and is determined according to the actual situation.
More specifically, when the image processing device determines that the currently accessed medical device has the use right, the image processing device processes the image to be processed transmitted by the medical device, and then outputs the processed image to the medical device for a doctor to view. When the image processing device determines that the currently accessed medical device has no use right, the image processing device does not perform any processing on the image to be processed transmitted by the medical device, and directly outputs the received original image to the medical device.
For example, the medical device is specifically an ultrasonic diagnostic device, and the image processing device is specifically a device that can automatically identify a lesion on an ultrasonic image, automatically mark the lesion on the ultrasonic image, and automatically measure tissue or the lesion on the ultrasonic image, such as size measurement. After the image processing equipment is accessed to the ultrasonic diagnosis equipment, the ultrasonic diagnosis equipment transmits an ultrasonic image and a pairing request containing pairing information to the image processing equipment, the image processing equipment is matched with the ultrasonic diagnosis equipment based on the pairing request, if the pairing request is matched with the ultrasonic diagnosis equipment, the image processing equipment can automatically identify a lesion part on the ultrasonic image transmitted by the ultrasonic diagnosis equipment, can automatically mark the lesion part on the ultrasonic image, can automatically measure tissues or the lesion part on the ultrasonic image and the like, and then outputs the processed ultrasonic image to the ultrasonic diagnosis equipment for a doctor to check so as to analyze and obtain a more accurate diagnosis conclusion; if the two can not be matched, the image processing equipment directly outputs the received original ultrasonic image to the ultrasonic diagnosis equipment.
Therefore, only the medical equipment with the use authority of the image processing equipment can use the image processing equipment, and the safety of the image processing equipment is improved.
On the basis of the above-described embodiment:
as an alternative embodiment, the encryption protection method further includes:
and starting timing when the to-be-processed image is received, and when the timing time reaches a preset request time threshold value, if the pairing request is not received, directly outputting the to-be-processed image to the medical equipment without processing.
It should be noted that the preset of the present application is set in advance, and only needs to be set once, and the reset is not needed unless the modification is needed according to the actual situation.
Further, considering that there are two cases of medical devices which are not authorized to use the image processing device, one of which is the same as the medical device authorized to use the image processing device, a pairing request containing pairing information is transmitted to the image processing device while the image to be processed is transmitted to the image processing device, except that the transmitted pairing information cannot be matched with the information to be paired stored in advance in the image processing device; the other is that when the image to be processed is transmitted to the image processing apparatus, a pairing request containing pairing information is not generated and transmitted to the image processing apparatus.
In the first case, the medical device is divided into: and if the pairing information transmitted by the medical equipment cannot be matched with the information to be paired stored in the image processing equipment in advance, determining that the currently accessed medical equipment is not authorized to use the image processing equipment. However, the classification principle of the first case is not applicable to the medical device of the second case, and the present application sets the classification principle applicable to the medical device of the second case: the method comprises the steps that a request time threshold is set in advance, the image processing device starts timing when receiving images to be processed transmitted by the medical device, and when the timing time reaches the set request time threshold, if the image processing device does not receive pairing requests transmitted by the medical device, the currently accessed medical device is determined not to be authorized to use the image processing device.
Similarly, for the medical device in the second case, when determining that the currently accessed medical device does not have the right to use, the image processing device does not perform any processing on the to-be-processed image transmitted by the medical device, and directly outputs the received original image to the medical device.
As an optional embodiment, the information to be paired is specifically data to be paired, which corresponds to the serial number of the authorized target medical device one to one;
correspondingly, the pairing information is specifically pairing data corresponding to the serial number of the medical equipment;
the process of determining whether the pairing information is matched with pre-stored information to be paired includes:
judging whether the pairing data is contained in the data to be paired;
if so, determining that the pairing information is matched with the information to be paired;
and if not, determining that the pairing information is not matched with the information to be paired.
Specifically, different medical devices have respective exclusive device SN numbers, that is, device serial numbers, and based on the uniqueness of the serial numbers of the medical devices, pairing data corresponding to the serial numbers of the medical devices can be selected as pairing information of any medical device, that is, different medical devices correspond to different pairing data, and the pairing data of each medical device has a certain correlation with the own device serial number.
Based on this, the specific pairing principle between the image processing device and the medical device is: pairing data corresponding to authorized medical devices (called target medical devices) in a one-to-one mode is stored in the image processing device in advance and used as data to be paired. After the image processing device accesses the medical device, the medical device transmits the image to be processed and a pairing request containing pairing data to the image processing device. After receiving the pairing request, the image processing equipment compares the pairing data in the pairing request with the to-be-paired data stored in advance, and if the to-be-paired data contains the pairing data in the pairing request, the currently accessed medical equipment is determined to be authorized to use the image processing equipment; and if the data to be paired does not contain the pairing data in the pairing request, determining that the currently accessed medical equipment is not authorized to use the image processing equipment.
As an optional embodiment, the setting process of the correspondence between the serial number of the target medical device and the data to be paired includes:
dividing the serial number of the target medical equipment according to a preset dividing rule to obtain n sections of sub-serial numbers; wherein n is a positive integer;
substituting n segments of sub-sequence numbers into a preset encryption polynomial
Figure BDA0002429119270000081
Calculating to obtain data to be paired corresponding to the target medical equipment; wherein, XnIs the nth segment of sub-sequence number, An、anAre all preset parameter values.
Specifically, the setting process of the corresponding relationship between the serial number of the target medical device and the data to be paired is as follows: 1) setting an encryption polynomial in advance
Figure BDA0002429119270000082
In the encryption polynomial, A1-An、a1-anAre all known parameters, X1-XnAre all unknown parameters. 2) The serial number of the target medical equipment is divided according to a preset dividing rule (for example, the serial number is divided into one segment from the first digit, which serial number is specifically stated) to obtain n segments of sub-serial numbers. 3) Based on X1Is segment 1 sub-sequence number … … XnSubstituting n segments of sub-sequence numbers into a preset encryption polynomial
Figure BDA0002429119270000083
In the operation, the operation result is ANDAnd the data to be paired corresponds to the serial number of the target medical equipment.
For example, n is 3, an encryption trinomial is set in advance

Dividing the serial number of the target medical equipment according to a preset dividing rule to obtain 3 segments of sub-serial numbers, and sequentially taking the 3 segments of sub-serial numbers as X1、X2、X3Substituting into a predetermined encryption polynomial

And calculating to obtain the data to be paired corresponding to the serial number of the target medical equipment.
As an alternative embodiment, the encryption protection method further includes:
when the image to be processed is directly output to the medical equipment without processing, unauthorized prompt information of the equipment is output to the medical equipment.
Further, the image processing device directly outputs the image to be processed to the medical device without processing, and simultaneously outputs unauthorized prompt information of the device to the medical device for a doctor to check, so that the doctor can know that the medical device is not authorized to use the image processing device.
As an alternative embodiment, the encryption protection method further includes:
and adding the information to be paired required by the matching of the unauthorized medical equipment to the stored information to be paired according to the image processing requirement of the unauthorized medical equipment.
Further, if the unauthorized medical device has a need of processing images by using the image processing device, the method and the device can add the information to be paired, which is needed by the unauthorized medical device to match, to the information to be paired, which is stored in the image processing device, according to the image processing need of the unauthorized medical device, so as to authorize the medical devices to use the image processing device.
As an alternative embodiment, after the image to be processed is directly output to the medical device without processing, the encryption protection method further includes:
outputting an authorization ID to the medical device after receiving an authorization permission instruction of the medical device so that the medical device transmits the authorization ID while transmitting the image to be processed next time;
and after receiving the authorization ID transmitted from the medical equipment, processing the current image to be processed and outputting the processed image to the medical equipment.
Further, when the image processing device determines that the currently accessed medical device is not authorized to use the image processing device, the present application may issue an authorization permission instruction of the medical device to the image processing device. The image processing apparatus outputs an authorization ID (Identity document) to the medical apparatus after receiving the authorization permission instruction. The medical device, after receiving the authorization ID, transmits the authorization ID to the image processing device while transmitting the image to be processed to the image processing device next time. After receiving the authorized ID, the image processing device processes the current image to be processed transmitted by the medical device and outputs the processed image to the medical device, so that the image processing device is provided for the medical device which acquires the authorized ID to be used in an open mode.
