Symptom management system and method used before and after lung cancer operation
Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of medical services, in particular to a symptom management system and method used before and after lung cancer surgery.
Background
With the improvement of living standard of people, the demand of people for high-quality medical resources is more and more urgent. However, at present, a large number of people in China have a lot of difficulties and inconveniences when patients seek medical treatment due to a series of reasons such as a large number of people in China, serious imbalance of medical resource distribution, and tension of doctor-patient relations.
However, in the traditional communication services, such as telephone consultation and hotline service, it is often difficult for doctors to obtain relevant information data of patients timely and accurately, so that the service efficiency, the service quality and the patient satisfaction are difficult to improve.
For example, in some typical scenarios, after a patient dials a health service hotline and the hotline is connected to a relevant doctor, the patient and the doctor can have a real-time conversation, but the basic information, the genetic medical history, the health record, the examination data and the like of the patient directly affect the service quality of the doctor due to the lack of the part of information, and the doctor cannot even provide accurate service; in the traditional mode, the doctor is dictated by the patient or reads the stored materials, which brings inconvenience and delays time and influences quality.
In the field of mobile medical and health communication and information service, doctors and patients often affect the efficiency and quality of service because the doctors and patients cannot share related information timely, accurately and in real time.
In summary, the conventional information service method has inconvenience and disadvantages in practical use, so it is necessary to improve the method.
