Detailed Description
The invention is described in further detail below with reference to the figures and specific examples. It should be understood that the specific embodiments described herein are merely illustrative of the invention and are not intended to limit the invention.
A deposit port for a financial service terminal comprises a rear guide plate 1, a front guide plate 2, a lower channel plate 3, a gate 4, a partition plate 5 and a pressing plate 6, wherein the rear guide plate 1, the front guide plate 2 and the pressing plate 6 can independently move back and forth, a to-be-stored paper money placing space 7 is formed between the pressing plate and the front guide plate, a rejected paper money placing space 8 is formed between the pressing plate and the rear guide plate, the capacities of the to-be-stored paper money placing space and the rejected paper money placing space are changed along with the back and forth movement of the rear guide plate, the front guide plate and the pressing plate, and an inverted horn mouth shape is formed between the upper parts of the front guide plate and; a banknote outlet channel 9 and a banknote inlet channel 10 are arranged at two ends of the lower channel plate, and a plurality of speed-reducing extending ends 11 are arranged at one side of the banknote outlet channel 9; when the rear guide plate moves to the maximum distance from the front guide plate, the rear guide plate, the partition plate 5 and the speed-reducing extension end 11 are inserted and arranged, and paper money is prevented from entering the rear side of the rear guide plate. The paper money outlet channel is arranged close to the rear guide plate, and the paper money inlet channel is arranged close to the front guide plate.
The money digging wheel 19 on the money inlet channel extends out of the front guide plate through an opening on the front guide plate to enter a to-be-stored paper money placing space.
The rear guide plate, the front guide plate and the pressing plate are arranged in parallel, and the pressing plate is located between the rear guide plate and the front guide plate. The motion control mechanisms of the rear guide plate, the front guide plate and the pressing plate are mutually independent, so that the motions of the rear guide plate, the front guide plate and the pressing plate are not interfered with each other. The pressing plate only moves back and forth above the lower channel plate, and the rear guide plate can move below the partition plate and above the deceleration extension end, so that the rejected paper money placing space is maximized; the front guide plate can be moved to a position exposing the banknote digging wheel 19, which is exposed for about 5mm, so that the banknote digging wheel can be in sufficient contact friction with the banknotes to be stored.
All be equipped with kink 12 on preceding baffle and the back baffle, the kink of preceding baffle and back baffle forms the form of falling horn mouth. The inverted bell mouth shape is more convenient for a customer to take out and put in paper money, and the bending part can form better lap joint with the frame plate 21, so that the paper money is prevented from being drilled into the gaps between the front guide plate, the rear guide plate and the frame plate.
The bending part of the front guide plate is provided with a groove 13, and the section of the groove is of a triangular structure. The groove is located in the center of the front guide plate, when a customer operates the device, the groove is located on one side of the rear guide plate and faces the front guide plate, and the arranged groove facilitates the hand of the customer to extend into the deposit port.
When the rear guide plate moves to the position where the distance between the rear guide plate and the front guide plate is the largest, the rear guide plate is hidden below the partition plate, the upper surface of the partition plate is arranged in a downward inclined mode, and the height of the rear guide plate is lower than the lower surface of the partition plate.
The platform formed on the upper surface of the speed reducing extension end is higher than the lower channel plate, the rear guide plate can move above the platform, the side surface of the speed reducing extension end is provided with an inclined surface 14, and the inclined surface extends out of the banknote outlet channel.
The lower end of the rear guide plate is provided with a plurality of inserting ends 15, and when the rear guide plate moves above the platform, the inserting ends and the speed reducing extending ends are inserted and arranged. When the rear guide plate moves to the platform formed by the speed reducing extension end, the inserting end and the speed reducing extension end are inserted and arranged, so that no gap is generated between the lower part of the rear guide plate and the platform, paper money is prevented from being drilled between the rear guide plate and the fixed frame from the position, and the sealing performance of a rejected paper money placing space is ensured.
The upper end of the rear guide plate is provided with a plurality of blocking extension ends 16, and the blocking extension ends are higher than the lower surface of the partition plate and lower than the highest point of the partition plate.
The section of the partition board is similar to a right triangle, a plurality of notches 18 are arranged on the partition board, and the notches and the blocking extending end are correspondingly arranged in an inserted manner.
After the paper money counting is started, the rear guide plate moves leftwards to the fixed frame 20 to stop moving, the blocking extending end extends into the gap of the partition plate, the rear guide plate and the partition plate form intersection, rejected paper money is prevented from being drilled between the rear guide plate and the fixed frame, and the sealing performance of a rejected paper money placing space is guaranteed.
The deceleration extension end is provided with a plurality of deceleration extension ends, 3 of the deceleration extension ends and the two sets of banknote-rubbing wheels 17 are arranged at intervals, under the action of the deceleration extension end and the banknote-rubbing wheels, the banknotes on the banknote outlet channel form a micro-deformation state, friction force is increased, and banknote outlet speed is reduced.
As shown in fig. 1, the height of the pressing plate is substantially consistent with the positions of the rear guide plate and the front guide plate when the front guide plate and the rear guide plate start to bend, when depositing is to be performed, the pressing plate and the rear guide plate are in a close state, so that the paper money storage space formed between the pressing plate and the front guide plate is ensured to be in a maximum state, and the height of the pressing plate is substantially consistent with the position of the rear guide plate when the rear guide plate starts to bend, so that when a customer places paper money, the pressing plate does not generate a barrier to the paper money, and the smooth operation of paper money.
When the rejected paper money is to be taken out, the pressing plate and the front guide plate are in a close state, the rejected paper money placing space formed between the pressing plate and the rear guide plate is in the maximum state, and the height of the pressing plate is basically consistent with the position of the front guide plate when the front guide plate begins to bend, so that the pressing plate does not produce a barrier to the hand of a customer when the customer takes the paper money, and the smooth operation of the paper money taking action is ensured.
The technical scheme has the following working procedures:
as shown in FIG. 1, the paper money is prepared for deposit, and the pressing plate and the rear guide plate are in close contact with each other, and the paper money is placed in a paper money placing space formed by the pressing plate and the front guide plate.
After the customer puts the paper money, the next step of counting the paper money is carried out, the pressing plate pushes the paper money to move rightwards, meanwhile, the front guide plate moves rightwards to be in place, and the rear guide plate moves leftwards to be in place, as shown in figure 2.
After the currency counting is started, the pressing plate continuously moves rightwards to push the paper currency to enter the paper currency inlet channel through the paper currency digging wheel, meanwhile, the rejected paper currency also enters the rejected paper currency placing space through the paper currency outlet channel, and the rejected paper currency placing space is continuously enlarged due to the fact that the pressing plate continuously moves rightwards.
After the banknote counting is finished, the customer clicks to confirm the deposit, the detected qualified banknotes enter the temporary storage area, and the unqualified banknotes are in the rejected banknote placing space. The rear guide moves to the right while the pressure plate and front guide move to the left as shown in fig. 3. The gate is opened to remove the rejected banknotes.
The foregoing is only a preferred embodiment of the present invention, and it should be noted that, for those skilled in the art, various modifications and decorations can be made without departing from the principle of the present invention, and these modifications and decorations should also be regarded as the protection scope of the present invention.
