In one embodiment of the present invention, as shown in fig. 2, 4 to 7, the passbook pressure applying apparatus includes: the upper end of the scissor type connecting rod pressing component 3 is connected with the top plate of the passbook storage box 2; and the pressure applying plate 35 is connected to the lower end of the scissor type connecting rod pressure applying assembly 3, and the pressure applying plate 35 is connected to the lower end of the scissor type connecting rod pressure applying assembly 3. In this embodiment, scissor type connecting rod pressing component 3 is connected with the top plate of passbook storage box 2 through connecting top plate 34, scissor type connecting rod pressing component 3 is connected between connecting top plate 34 and pressing plate 35, pressing plate 35 is pressed through scissor type connecting rod pressing component 3, pressing plate 35 is pressed in a pressure balanced manner, pressing plate 35 connected to the lower end of scissor type connecting rod pressing component 3 is convenient to press passbook 4 in a balanced manner, and passbook 4 is stably sent out under the driving of driving device.
In the present embodiment, as shown in fig. 3 and 8, the scissor type link pressing assembly 3 includes a plurality of scissor plates 30 rotatably connected to each other, a connecting bolt 31, an upper link 32, a lower link 33, and a tension spring, the connecting bolt 31 is connected to the end of each two scissor plates 30 rotatably connected to each other, and the middle of each two crossed scissor plates 30 is also connected by the connecting bolt 31. Correspondingly, the lower end of the scissor type link pressing assembly 3 is connected with the pressing plate 35 through two lower links 33 horizontally arranged, the rear ends of the first connecting portion 354 and the second connecting portion 355 on the pressing plate 35 are fixedly connected with the lower links 33 correspondingly to the upper links 32 fixedly connected to the connecting top plate 34, the front ends of the first connecting portion 354 and the second connecting portion 355 are respectively provided with a second sliding slot 356 for slidably mounting the other upper link 32 correspondingly to the first sliding slot 341 of the two side plates on the connecting top plate 34, and two tension springs are connected between the two lower links 33.

In one embodiment of the present invention, as shown in fig. 3 to 5, the passbook ejecting mechanism includes a friction wheel set and a driving device, the friction wheel set is provided with a plurality of friction wheels 6, the friction wheels 6 are rotatably installed below a bottom plate of the passbook storage box 2, a bottom plate of the passbook storage box 2 is provided with a friction wheel through hole passing through a wheel surface of the friction wheel 6, the wheel surface of the friction wheel 6 can extend into the passbook storage cavity 20 through the friction wheel through hole, the wheel surface of the friction wheel 6 extending into the passbook storage cavity 20 is stopped against the lowest passbook 4 in the passbook storage cavity 20, and the friction wheel 6 is in transmission connection with the driving device.
In the present embodiment, as shown in fig. 3 to 5, the passbook ejecting mechanism includes a friction wheel set, a plurality of friction wheels 6 are provided on the friction wheel set, a wheel surface of the friction wheel 6 abuts against the passbook 4 located at the lowest position in the passbook storage cavity 20, and the single passbook 4 is ejected from the passbook through slot by the friction wheel 6. The passbook outlet 25 in this embodiment is opened on the front side plate of the passbook storage box 2, and the passbook outlet 25 extends downward to the bottom wall of the passbook storage box 2.
In this embodiment, in order to facilitate observation of the condition of the passbook 4 stored in the passbook storage cavity 20, the first observation window is provided on the left side plate of the passbook storage box 2, and the second observation window is provided on the right side plate of the passbook storage box 2, so that the condition of the passbook 4 stored in the passbook storage cavity 20 can be observed through the first observation window and the second observation window, and the passbook 4 can be supplemented into the passbook storage cavity 20 immediately according to the condition of the passbook 4 in the passbook storage cavity 20.
In an embodiment of the present invention, as shown in fig. 3 to 5, a plurality of sets of friction wheel sets are provided, the plurality of sets of friction wheel sets are arranged at intervals, and the plurality of sets of friction wheel sets are connected through a synchronous belt. In this embodiment, by providing a plurality of friction wheel sets, it is convenient to generate a balanced friction force between the passbook 4 and the friction wheel 6 to send out the passbook 4. In the embodiment, two sets of friction wheel sets are provided, one set of friction wheel set is installed right below the passbook pressing portion 351, the other set of friction wheel set is installed right below the passbook blocking portion 353, each set of friction wheel set is provided with two friction wheels 6, and the friction wheels 6 correspondingly arranged on the bottom plate of the passbook storage box 2 are provided with through grooves for passing through the wheel surfaces of the friction wheels 6; in the embodiment, two friction wheels 6 on the same friction wheel set are fixed through a rotating shaft, belt wheels are arranged on the rotating shaft, and a synchronous belt II 63 is connected between the belt wheels on the two friction wheel sets; the middle end of the side face of the friction wheel 6 is provided with a connecting shaft sleeve 60, one end of the connecting shaft sleeve 60 is fixedly connected to the side face of the friction wheel 6, and the other end of the connecting shaft sleeve 60 is fixedly connected to the rotating shaft. Furthermore, the driving device in this embodiment is a driving motor 5, a driving pulley 51 is disposed at an output end of the driving motor 5, a driven pulley is disposed on a rotating shaft, which is close to one side of the driving pulley 51 and connected between the two friction wheels 6, corresponding to the driving pulley 51, and the driving pulley 51 and the driven pulley are in transmission connection through a synchronous belt-50.
In one embodiment of the present invention, as shown in fig. 11, the tread of the friction wheel 6 includes a plurality of plane sections 61 and circular arc sections 62 connected to each other, and the plurality of plane sections 61 and circular arc sections 62 are alternately arranged. In the embodiment, the wheel surface of the friction wheel 6 comprises a plurality of plane sections 61 and circular arc sections 62 which are connected, the plane sections 61 and the circular arc sections 62 are alternately arranged, in the process that the friction wheel 6 rotates and sends out the passbook 4, the plane sections 61 and the circular arc sections 62 on the friction wheel 6 are alternately contacted with the passbook 4, the height at which the passbook 4 is lifted when the flat section 61 on the friction wheel 6 comes into contact with the passbook 4 is relatively low, the height of the passbook 4 that is lifted up when the friction wheel 6 continues to rotate until the circular arc section 62 on the friction wheel 6 comes into contact with the passbook 4 is higher than the height of the plane section 61, so that at the instant of transition from the contact of the flat section 61 on the friction wheel 6 with the passbook 4 to the contact of the circular section 62 on the friction wheel 6 with the passbook 4, under the squeezing action of the passbook pressing device and the friction wheel 6, the friction force between the passbook 4 and the friction wheel 6 is increased suddenly, so that the success rate of the release of the passbook 4 is greatly improved; in addition, the wheel surface of the friction wheel 6 comprises a plurality of plane sections 61 and circular arc sections 62 which are connected, so that the application to the passbook 4 with larger deformation is good, and the application of the passbook 4 issuing device can be improved.
In this embodiment, as shown in fig. 11, the wheel surface of each friction wheel 6 includes three connected plane sections 61 and arc sections 62, and the number of the plane sections 61 and the arc sections 62 is suitable, so that the success rate of issuing the passbook 4 can be improved; in addition, four or another number of the flat sections 61 and the circular sections 62 may be provided as necessary.
In one embodiment of the present invention, as shown in fig. 3, 10 and 12, the passbook 4 includes a passbook front 40, a passbook front page 42, and a passbook spine 41 connected between the passbook front 40 and the passbook front page 42; the lower extreme of bankbook pressure device is connected with and applies the clamp plate 35, and it includes to apply the clamp plate 35: a passbook positive pressure section 351 for applying pressure to the passbook positive 40, one end of which is horizontally arranged corresponding to the passbook positive 40 and the other end of which horizontally extends along the width direction of the passbook positive 40 to form an extension end; a passbook spine avoiding portion 352, one end of which is connected to the extending end of the passbook positive pressing portion 351 and the other end of which deviates from the passbook positive pressing portion 351 and extends upwards in an inclined manner to form an extending end; the bankbook stopper portion 353 has one end horizontally connected to the extending end of the bankbook spine avoiding portion 352, and the other end horizontally extends away from the bankbook spine avoiding portion 352 to form an extending end, and a height difference is formed between the bankbook stopper portion 353 and the bankbook positive pressing portion 351 in the vertical direction.
In the present embodiment, as shown in fig. 10, there is a height difference in the vertical direction between the passbook stopper 353 and the passbook master pressing portion 351, and the passbook stopper 353 is higher than the passbook master pressing portion 351; when the passbook front page 42 and the passbook main body 40 are opened and the passbook cover is downward to unfold the passbook 4, the passbook main body 40 is pressed by the pressing device to be placed in a horizontal state, the passbook main body 40 is abutted against the passbook cover by a plurality of driving wheels and the passbook 4 is driven to move by the plurality of driving wheels, the passbook spine 41 which is positioned between the passbook front page 42 and the passbook main body 40 and protrudes out of the passbook cover is on a wheel surface passing through the driving wheel positioned below the passbook stopping portion 353, the height difference between the passbook stopping portion 353 and the passbook main body pressing portion 351 in the vertical direction provides an upward lifting space for the passbook spine 41 slightly higher than the passbook cover, the passbook spine 41 is lifted upward when the passbook spine 41 passes through the wheel surface of the driving wheel positioned below the passbook stopping portion 353, the passbook main body pressing portion 351 can be ensured to always hold the passbook 4, and the passbook spine 41 and the wheel surface positioned below the passbook stopping portion 353 generate an excessive friction force, facilitating the unobstructed issuance of the passbook 4. Thus, the pressing plate 35 can reduce the friction force between the passbook 4 and the pressing plate 35, and the passbook 4 can be smoothly fed out.
In the present embodiment, the pressing plate 35 further includes: the connecting portion is connected to the passbook hold-up pressing portion 351 and the passbook stopper 353. In the present embodiment, the attachment of the pressing plate 35 to the pressing device is facilitated by providing the connecting portion to connect the passbook positive pressing portion 351 and the passbook stopper 353. In the present embodiment, as shown in fig. 10, the connection portion includes: a first connecting portion 354, a lower end of which is connected to the passbook positive pressing portion 351 and an upper end of which extends vertically upward to form an extending end; the second connecting portion 355 is disposed parallel to the first connecting portion 354, and has a lower end connected to the extending end of the passbook stopper 353 and an upper end extending vertically upward to form an extending end. In the present embodiment, the connection portion is provided with the first connection portion 354 and the second connection portion 355, which is advantageous for reliably mounting the pressing plate 35 on the pressing device. The first connecting portion 354 in this embodiment is connected to the left end of the passbook positive pressing portion 351, and the second connecting portion 355 is connected to the right end of the passbook stopper 353.
In an embodiment of the present invention, as shown in fig. 5 and 7, the passbook issuance and subsidy integration apparatus further includes: and the self-locking mechanism is arranged on a side plate, provided with a passbook outlet 25, of the shell 1 corresponding to the passbook limiting mechanism and used for locking the passbook limiting mechanism. In this embodiment, as shown in fig. 7, the limiting plate 8 is installed on the inner side of the front side plate of the passbook storage box 2, the middle part of the lower end of the limiting plate 8 is provided with two stopping hooks 82 protruding downwards, the limiting stopper 85 is connected to the limiting plate 8 and located on two sides of the stopping hooks 82, and the lower end surface of the limiting stopper 85 is flush with the lower end of the stopping hooks 82 on the limiting plate 8.
In the present embodiment, as shown in fig. 7, in order to facilitate the adjustment of the height of the restriction plate 8 in the vertical direction with respect to the restriction plate 8, the present embodiment is further provided with a positioning hole 81 and a plurality of vertical adjustment holes 80 on the restriction plate 8, the restriction plate 8 is detachable inside the front side plate of the passbook storage box 2 by a plurality of locking members, and the locking members pass through the positioning hole 81 and the vertical adjustment holes 80 and are connected at the middle of the inside of the front side plate of the passbook storage box 2, respectively. In the embodiment, four vertical adjusting holes 80 are uniformly distributed on the limiting plate 8, the positioning hole 81 is arranged between the four vertical adjusting holes 80, the positioning hole 81 comprises a longitudinal section hole and a transverse section hole which are communicated, the positioning hole 81 and the vertical adjusting hole 80 in the embodiment are fixedly connected to the inner side of the front side plate of the passbook storage box 2 through a locking member, the locking member is a locking bolt, by loosening the locking bolt and adjusting the locking bolt passing through the positioning hole 81 to the longitudinal segment hole, the height of the limiting plate 8 can be adjusted in the vertical direction, after the height of the limiting plate 8 is adjusted, by tightening the locking bolt passing through the vertical adjustment hole 80 and then adjusting the locking bolt passing through the positioning hole 81 to the transverse segment hole, thereby fixing the limit plate 8, preventing the limit plate 8 from moving upwards without manual adjustment so as to change the height of the limit plate, so that the limit plate 8 cannot limit the passbook 4 and influence the limit effect of the limit on the passbook 4.

In the present embodiment, as shown in fig. 7, the limit plate 8 is installed in the middle of one side plate of the passbook storage box 2 provided with the passbook outlet 25, two limit stoppers 85 are provided, and the two limit stoppers 85 are respectively horizontally installed on both sides of the limit plate 8. In this embodiment, as shown in fig. 3 to 5, the passbook discharge passage 11 is defined by an upper baffle 12 and a lower baffle 13 which are horizontally and fixedly connected to the rack, the upper baffle 12 and the lower baffle 13 are defined at one end extending out of the housing 1 to form trumpet-shaped outlets respectively, and one end of the upper baffle 12 close to the passbook outlet 25 extends obliquely upward so as to facilitate the passbook 4 to enter the passbook discharge passage 11.

In an embodiment of the present invention, as shown in fig. 3 and 5, the passbook issuance and subsidy integration apparatus further includes: a passbook detection sensor 7 installed at an upper side or a lower side of the passbook discharge passage 11; the main control board, the passbook detection sensor 7 and the driving device are connected with the main control board. a frame;
the bankbook storage box is arranged on the rack, a bankbook storage cavity used for storing the bankbook in an unfolded state is arranged in the bankbook storage box, and a bankbook outlet communicated with the storage cavity and used for passing through the bankbook is arranged on the bankbook storage box;
the bankbook pressing device is arranged on the rack and extends into the bankbook storage cavity, and the bankbook pressing device is positioned on the upper side of the bankbook stored in the storage cavity and is used for pressing the bankbook to tightly press the bankbook in the bankbook storage cavity;
the bankbook limiting mechanism is arranged on the bankbook storage box close to the bankbook outlet, the lower end of the bankbook limiting mechanism extends towards the bankbook outlet to form an extending end, and a bankbook passing groove passing through a single bankbook is limited between the extending end of the bankbook limiting mechanism and the bottom of the bankbook storage cavity;
the bankbook pull-out mechanism is arranged on the rack and extends into the bankbook storage box, and the bankbook pull-out mechanism is matched with the bankbook pressing device to pull the bankbook out of the bankbook storage box from the bankbook outlet;
the passbook supplementing device is connected to one side of the passbook outlet, the passbook supplementing device is provided with a passbook transferring inlet used for sending the passbook sent out from the passbook outlet into the passbook supplementing device and a passbook transferring outlet used for sending the passbook out of the passbook supplementing device, a passbook supplementing module used for supplementing the passbook and a transferring mechanism used for transferring the passbook sent out from the passbook outlet in the passbook supplementing device are arranged in the passbook supplementing device, and the transferring mechanism is arranged between the passbook transferring inlet and the passbook transferring outlet; the bankbook is delivered from the bankbook outlet and then is transferred to the lower part of the login supplementing module through the transfer mechanism, the login supplementing module performs login supplementing on the bankbook, and the bankbook is delivered from the bankbook transfer outlet through the transfer mechanism after the completion of the login supplementing.

The passbook issuance and registration integrated device according to claim 1, wherein the registration module includes a printing module for printing the passbook and a magnetic stripe reading and writing module for reading and writing the passbook, the printing module and the magnetic stripe reading and writing module being installed in the registration device;
the entry supplementing device is characterized in that an image identification module used for identifying the bankbook is further arranged in the entry supplementing device, the image identification module is installed between the bankbook transmission inlet and the bankbook transmission outlet, and the image identification module identifies the bankbook and obtains bankbook number information.
