Detailed Description
In order to make the objects, technical solutions and advantages of the present application more apparent, the technical solutions of the present application will be described in detail and completely with reference to the following specific embodiments of the present application and the accompanying drawings. It should be apparent that the described embodiments are only some of the embodiments of the present application, and not all of the embodiments. All other embodiments, which can be derived by a person skilled in the art from the embodiments given herein without making any creative effort, shall fall within the protection scope of the present application.
The technical solutions provided by the embodiments of the present application are described in detail below with reference to the accompanying drawings.
Fig. 1 illustrates a scene diagram to which online shopping according to an exemplary embodiment of the present application is applied. As shown in fig. 1, the shopping application performs input of various kinds of commodity information related to commodities, which may indicate information describing the commodities including, but not limited to, text information represented in text and picture information represented in picture, using the terminal device 100, and further, the terminal device 100 refers to a device used by a provider of the shopping application and used for communication with a web server. For example, an operator of a shopping site (e.g., a shopping site such as internet stricter, or a shopping site such as arbiba) or a shop or a merchant selling goods using the shopping site or an application may input information related to the goods, such as brands, prices, and the like of various goods, using the terminal device 100, and then the information may be stored in the related server 200.
Terminal devices according to the present application may include, but are not limited to, any of the following: personal Computers (PCs), mobile devices such as cellular phones, Personal Digital Assistants (PDAs), digital cameras, portable game consoles, MP3 players, portable/Personal Multimedia Players (PMPs), handheld electronic books, tablet PCs, portable laptop PCs, and Global Positioning System (GPS) navigators, smart TVs, and the like.
Further, it should be understood that the display unit of the mobile terminal according to the present application may include a touch screen and a touch screen controller, wherein the touch screen may provide a user with a User Interface (UI) corresponding to various services (e.g., displaying goods, etc.) and transmit an analog signal corresponding to at least one touch on the UI to the touch screen controller. In the description of the present application, "touch" may include contact touch and non-contact touch, wherein contact touch means that the touch screen may receive at least one touch input through a body part of a user (e.g., a finger, etc.) or a touch input tool (e.g., a stylus pen or a stylus pen). The touch screen may also receive touch input signals corresponding to a continuous movement of a touch between one or more touches. For example, a contact touch may include a single click, a double click, a drag and drop, and the like. The touch screen may transmit an analog signal corresponding to the continuous movement of the input touch to the touch screen controller.
Contactless touch is also referred to as hovering touch, and in particular contactless touch need not be limited to contact between a touch screen and a body part of a user or a touch input tool. The intervals at which the touch screen may detect are different according to the performance or configuration of the mobile terminal. In addition, the touch screen may be implemented as a resistive type, a capacitive type, an infrared type, an acoustic wave type, or the like.
The touch screen controller converts analog signals received from the touch screen into digital signals (e.g., X and Y coordinates). The controller may control the touch screen using digital signals received from the touch screen controller. For example, in response to a user clicking a shortcut icon or button displayed on a touch screen, the mobile terminal according to the present application may display a user interface corresponding to the shortcut icon, e.g., the user clicks an icon of a "Taobao" application, and the mobile terminal may display a user interface of the "Taobao" application.
The network is a medium for providing a communication link between the server 200 and the terminal device 100 and between the server 200 and the terminal device 300. The network may include various connection types, such as wired, wireless communication links, or fiber optic cables, among others.
After the product information related to the shopping application is transmitted to the server 200, the server 200 performs various processes according to the user's request, which may be the request of the shopping application itself or the request of the purchaser. For example, the server 200 may generate various promotion pages corresponding to various users according to a promotion activity of a shopping-type application according to the page generation method of the exemplary embodiment of the present application, so that different promotion pages may be presented to different users. In addition, a presentation page may be provided to the user according to a search keyword input by a purchaser, and in this process, a presentation page matching the purchaser may be provided according to the page generation method of the exemplary embodiment of the present application.
It should be noted that although only one terminal device 100 is shown in fig. 1, this is merely exemplary, and various merchant or operator may input various goods information through different terminal devices. Similarly, the number of servers 200 is not limited to that shown in fig. 1, and the user may determine the number of servers according to the requirement.
Subsequently, the user may view the shopping page using the electronic terminal 310 or 320, for example, the user may view the annual-festival activities of the respective applications on an interface of a shopping application (e.g., jingdong, naobao, etc.), and after applying the goods information processing method according to an exemplary embodiment of the present application, the mobile terminal 310 receives the page information from the server and displays pages of various promotional activities.
Further, when a user inputs a search term to search for goods using the electronic terminal 310 or 320, the server 200 may determine page information according to such a user request, the page information may be page information that the server 200 determines according to a page generation method of an exemplary embodiment of the present application using existing user data and goods information, and transmit the page information to the mobile terminal 310 or 320. It should be noted that the electronic terminal is merely exemplary, and all terminal devices capable of providing a shopping page to a user can be applied thereto.
A flowchart of a page generation method according to an exemplary embodiment of the present application will be explained in detail below with reference to fig. 2. It should be noted that the page generation method may be a method performed by the server 200 in fig. 1.
Before the method is executed, a user can input commodity information of all commodities and classify the commodities according to attributes of various commodities in the commodity information, for example, in the case that the commodities are mobile phones, the mobile phones can be classified into 1000 yuan or less, 1000 yuan to 2000 yuan, 2000 yuan to 4000 yuan, 4000 yuan to 6000 yuan and 6000 yuan or more according to prices, and in addition, the mobile phones can be classified into double cameras and three cameras according to the cameras, so that the recommended commodity information can be conveniently determined subsequently. In particular, during the promotion, the items participating in the promotion may be determined first, and then the items may be classified according to different item attributes to generate a plurality of item categories, so that the recommended item information is determined from the plurality of item categories according to the user information.
In step S210, recommendation information corresponding to a user is determined according to user information of the user, where the recommendation information includes recommended commodity information for the user and a recommended user group to which the user belongs. That is, the method requires determining user information, which refers to information related to the user and may include, but is not limited to, user historical behavior information, personal information, and user request information. The user historical behavior information refers to information of behaviors made by the user on the application in the past, and comprises a purchase record of the user and a browsing record of the user. The personal information refers to information (e.g., age, sex, academic calendar, occupation, etc.) corresponding to the user himself, and the user request information may be a search word input by the user.
Then, recommendation information corresponding to the user can be determined according to the user information. In the implementation process, recommendation information matched with the user can be determined by various methods, and specifically, the recommendation commodity information corresponding to the user can be determined according to the existing commodity recommendation method. For example, after it is determined that the price of the recommended item to the user is 1000 to 2000 yuan according to the item recommendation method, then, a candidate item may be further determined from the items of 1000 to 2000 yuan.
It should be noted that the recommendation information may include, in addition to the commodity information corresponding to the user information, a recommended user group to which the user belongs, that is, a user portrait may be determined according to the user information, so as to further determine the recommended user group to which the user belongs, for example, the user belongs to a group that is not sensitive to a brand, or the user belongs to a group that is very interested in a brand, and it should be noted that such information is useful for subsequently changing the page layout. In summary, the recommendation information includes recommended merchandise information for the user and a recommended user group to which the user belongs, for example, the recommendation information may include information that the page may be displayed in red or that the user is not brand sensitive.
Next, in step S220, a page showing the recommended merchandise information in the user page layout corresponding to the recommended user group is generated. Specifically, the user page layouts corresponding to the recommended user groups are determined, and in the implementation process, users (merchants, operators of shopping applications, technicians and the like) can preset page layout templates corresponding to various user groups, so that the user page layouts corresponding to the recommended user groups can be directly called from the page layout templates after the recommended user groups of the users are determined.
In a shopping-like application, the page layout may include a header area (also may be referred to as a header floor), a recommended brand area (also may be referred to as a recommended brand floor), a coupon area (also may be referred to as a coupon floor), a recommended store area (also may be referred to as a recommended store floor), and a recommended goods area (also may be referred to as a recommended goods floor). In the case of an already user page layout, the initial page layout may be modified, that is, the presentation form of the portions in the page layout is modified, so that the modified business layout matches the user layout. That is, several core variables in the page layout are modified to conform to the user's page layout. For example, the presentation of brands in a branded area may be changed from a row of three brands to a row of two brands, noting that the initial page layout may be a default layout initially set by a user (e.g., a page designer or operator).
That is, the user page layout may be matched by adjusting the positions of the commodity display floors, the number of each commodity display floor, and the style of each commodity display floor in the initial page layout, where the commodity display floors refer to a manner of displaying different commodity classifications in layers on a page.
In addition, the above is only exemplary, and in the implementation process, the page layout corresponding to the group may also be directly generated according to the characteristics of the group of the user, for example, after the correspondence between the user group and the page layout is learned through a machine learning model, the page layout corresponding to the user is directly generated after the user group of the user is determined.
In the case of executing a promotion, that is, in the case where the shopping-like application launches a sales promotion of an article, a header area, which is an area positioned at the upper end of the page, may also be determined in advance. The presentation information of the header area may correspond to the promotional program and thus may be preset and consistent, e.g., all users may see the same header area corresponding to a mother's day during the promotional program on a mother's day.
It should be noted that the method is applicable in any scenario where multiple items are recommended to a user. In the case that a user searches for a commodity, after the user sends a user request by inputting a search keyword, recommended commodity information recommended to the user can be determined according to the user information including the user request, and the recommended commodity information is presented to the user according to a page layout corresponding to a recommended user group of the user, for example, the style of each commodity exhibition position on the page can be changed.
Further, according to the page generation method of the exemplary embodiment of the present application, even pages presented at different points in time for the same user may be different because user information of the user at different points in time is different. For example, the user history behavior information in the user information is different on the first day of the promotion and the last day of the promotion after the user purchased a large number of promoted items, and thus, the pages presented for the same user are also different.
Further, according to an exemplary embodiment of the present application, there is provided a page generating method including: determining a recommended user group to which the user belongs according to the user information of the user; and determining the page layout corresponding to the recommended user group.
Optionally, the method further comprises: and displaying the determined commodity information according to the page layout.
Optionally, determining the page layout corresponding to the recommended user group includes: and converting the initial page layout of the user into a page layout corresponding to the user group.
Optionally, converting the initial page layout of the user into a page layout corresponding to the user group includes: and adjusting the positions of the commodity display floors, the number of the commodity display floors and the style of each commodity display floor in the initial page layout to generate the page layout corresponding to the user group.
According to an exemplary embodiment of the present application, there is provided a page presentation method, including: in response to receiving a request for a user to view a page, determining a page layout corresponding to a user group of the user; and displaying the page by utilizing the page layout.
The user can view the pages of interest in various ways, for example, the user can view the pages by touching various shopping applications on the mobile terminal or by mouse clicking on a shopping website. At this time, the electronic terminal may receive a request of the user to view a page, and the electronic terminal may determine a page layout corresponding to a user group of the user after receiving the request of the user to view the page. That is, a user population corresponding to the user is determined, which may be achieved by the user population determination method described above, and then, a page layout corresponding to the user population of the user may be determined. Finally, the page layout is used to display the page, which is irrelevant to the content included in the page, and will not be described herein again.
In summary, the page generation method according to the exemplary embodiment of the present application may generate a page layout corresponding to a user, that is, the page layout may be customized for the user, and further, the page layout may be coupled with recommended goods information to implement the page customization for the user, which may not only reduce the operation cost of a merchant, but also improve the interest level of the user in the page.
In order to describe the present application more clearly, the present application will be further described below in conjunction with examples shown in fig. 3A to 3C.
Fig. 3A to 3C illustrate diagrams of pages generated according to an exemplary embodiment of the present application. In particular, during an item promotion campaign, a certain shopping-type application has determined the items involved for the item promotion campaign and classified them according to their attributes. Subsequently, the item recommendation information and the recommended user group have been determined according to step S210 in fig. 2: the users in fig. 3A belong to a user group sensitive to a few brands, the users in fig. 3B belong to a user group insensitive to brands, and the users in fig. 3C belong to a user group sensitive to brands.
According to the user group corresponding to the user in fig. 3A, the page layout of the user may be that the order of the recommended brand areas is advanced, and the number of brands involved in the brand floors is reduced appropriately, each brand floor adopts a layout in which two brand names of goods are arranged in one layer.
According to the user group corresponding to the user in fig. 3B, the page layout of the user may be that the order of the recommended commodity areas is advanced, and the number of commodities in the recommended commodity area is increased appropriately, and each recommended commodity area adopts a layout in which three commodities are arranged in a layer.
According to the user group corresponding to the user in fig. 3C, the page layout of the user may be that the recommended brand area is at the top, and the number of the goods in the recommended goods area is accurately located at the brand interested by the user, and each recommended goods area adopts a layout in which two goods are arranged in one layer.
It can be seen that the page generation method according to the exemplary embodiment of the present application may have the following situations: while under the same merchandise promotion campaign, the merchandise pages presented by different users may be completely different.
