1. A market force aware grid management system, comprising: the power grid management system comprises a power grid operation data acquisition module, a power market basic data storage module, a market force measurement module and a power transmission network management module;
the power grid operation data acquisition module is used for acquiring power grid operation data in real time; wherein the grid operating data comprises power flow data;
the electric power market basic data storage module is used for storing electric power market basic data in advance;
the market power measuring and calculating module is used for connecting the power grid operation data acquisition module and the electric power market basic data storage module, inputting the electric power flow data and the electric power market basic data into a pre-established transmission network blocking capability test model for measuring and calculating to obtain a market power test result, and judging whether to execute market power relieving processing according to the market power test result;
and the power transmission network management module is used for being connected with the market force measuring and calculating module so as to manage the power transmission network according to the market force test result.
2. The market force enabled grid management system according to claim 1, wherein the market force estimation module comprises a test model construction module;
the test model building module is connected with the market force measuring and calculating module and used for sequencing the generating capacity of the generating sets from large to small and acquiring the power grid operation data of the generating sets sequenced in the first two positions;
acquiring a unit with section/line sensitivity exceeding a preset sensitivity threshold and effective quotation exceeding a preset quotation threshold, and acquiring the total flow of the unit for effectively relieving the blocked line according to the flow exceeding amount and the control target flow of the unit;
constructing a power transmission network blocking capacity test model according to the power grid operation data of the generator sets sequenced in the first two positions and the total flow of the effective blocking line relieving; the power transmission network blocking condition test model is determined by the following formula, and the specific formula is as follows:

the structural market force test result analysis module is connected with the market force measurement and calculation module and used for judging whether the market force test result exceeds a preset threshold value or not; if so, the generator sets sequenced in the first two positions and the generator set to be tested do not pass the transmission network blocking capability test;
judging whether the unit which does not pass the test meets the operation requirement of a preset unit or not; if yes, executing market force relieving processing; if not, not executing any processing; and the preset unit is an un-started unit and is scheduled to relieve section/line blockage, wherein the unit which does not pass the test is the preset unit operation requirement.
4. The market force enabled grid management system according to claim 3, wherein the system further comprises a behavioral market force estimation module;
the behavioral market power measuring and calculating module is used for connecting the electric power market basic data storage module and the power transmission network management module so as to obtain unit quotations, unit original quotations and unit reference quotations from the electric power market basic data;
clearing the original quoted price of the unit to obtain the electricity price of the affected node;
judging whether the unit quotation exceeds a preset quotation threshold value or not; if so, the unit fails the behavior test, replaces the unit quoted price with the unit reference quoted price, and then clears again to obtain a node electricity price reference value;
and when the affected node electricity price and the node electricity price reference value exceed a preset behavior test threshold value, carrying out market force relieving treatment on the unit which does not pass the behavior test.
5. The market force enabled grid management system according to claim 4, wherein said system further comprises a market force mitigation processing module;
the market relieving processing module is connected with the electric power market basic data storage module, the market measuring and calculating module and the behavioral market measuring and calculating module and is used for acquiring unit quotations, cost quotations and unit market-based quotations of units which do not pass the test from the electric power market basic data;
and adjusting the unit quotation into a preset proportional value of the cost quotation and a small value between the unit quotation based on the market.
6. The market force enabled grid management system according to claim 1, wherein the system further comprises a market concentration estimation module;
and the market concentration measuring and calculating module is connected with the electric power market basic data storage module and the power transmission network management module and is used for inputting the electric power market basic data into a preset market concentration measuring and calculating model for calculation to obtain HHI indexes and entropy indexes EI of the generator set and the electricity selling end.
7. The market force enabled grid management system according to claim 1, wherein the system further comprises a market-gain analysis module;
the market profit analysis module is connected with the electric power market basic data storage module and the power transmission network management module and used for inputting the electric power market basic data into a preset market profit analysis model for calculation to obtain the unit generated energy profit of the generator set.
8. The market force enabled grid management system according to claim 1, wherein the system further comprises an early warning and reference price setting module;
the early warning and reference price setting module is connected with the electric power market basic data storage module and the power transmission network management module and is used for acquiring generator set quotations from the electric power market basic data and setting declaration thresholds;
and carrying out early warning marking on the generator set quotation reaching the declaration threshold.
