Description

Method and system for converting transaction code structure into payment information
Technical Field
The present invention relates to a method and system for converting a transaction code structure into payment information, and more particularly, to a method and system for transferring a discount rate, a discount money, and an amount of a specific commodity or a specific service corresponding to a coupon to an account of a merchant when the coupon displayed on various electronic devices or a physical plane is consumed by the consumer.
Background
For the party who issues the coupons, when issuing the traditional paper coupons, the money corresponding to all the paper coupons is paid to the seller first. Then, when the consumer uses the coupon, the merchant responsible for the sale sends the used coupon back to the merchant who issued the coupon for confirmation. This requires the merchants on both sides (the party issuing the coupon and the seller) to check for a long time whether the coupon is actually redeemed, whether the discount amount is correct, whether the coupon is out of date, etc. On the other hand, for the party who issues the coupons, if the issuing amount of the coupons is large, the method is equivalent to paying a large cost in advance and determining whether the risk of real repudiation exists; even if the seller is settled according to the month, when the types of the different goods corresponding to the coupon are too many or the number of the coupon in the month is suddenly increased, the cost of labor and time consumed by the two parties is hard to imagine and no error is guaranteed. Further, if the coupon is limited by specific conditions such as a usage period, a specific member, and a special condition that the coupon can be used after a certain number of purchased products, the time and labor costs for the seller are much compared. On the other hand, in the conventional electronic coupon, the user can only grasp the record of consumer's repudiation by using the serial number, and the details of the consumer who obtains the coupon from that channel and induces the consumer to purchase the product and service using the coupon, such as which online advertisement, message or introduction is needed to decide to use the coupon, are completely unknown.
Furthermore, in the aspect of marketing, a marketing company spends a great cost to shoot advertisements and issue various products related to brands and trademarks of the advertisements, but for a public-concerned advertiser who produces various advertisements on various planes such as paper books, posters, advertisement films and pictures of community websites, when the sales of various products are increased, reduced or leveled, it is impossible to know which advertisement, which advertisement on a platform or which kind of line of advertisement causes marketing advantages; consumers can obtain the coupons from which channel (which advertisement, which platform or flat media, etc.), and where to deal with the coupons, and the marketing information itself such as the existing advertisement can not be associated with the coupons, resulting in much unnecessary expenditure and waste for the public customs, marketing and advertising industries for a long time. In addition, because the use of the coupon and the viewing of marketing information such as advertisements do not directly correspond to each other, the click rate of the advertisement such as a movie or a picture played on the social network site or the social movie site cannot effectively reflect the actual purchasing behavior of the consumer, and even the click rate can be artificially increased, which cannot effectively reflect the actual behavior of the consumer.
In addition, as various community sites continue to evolve today, the role of marketers is shifting from traditional advertising producers to real-time participants regarding marketing information. Marketing personnel need to track customers by using data analysis, draw up a reasonable marketing strategy and locate marketing information such as advertisements in real time, and the traditional paper books and electronic coupons obviously cannot keep up with the trend.
Therefore, to overcome the above problems, the present invention has been made.

Detailed Description
Referring to fig. 6, the present invention discloses a system for converting a transaction code structure into payment information, which includes an intermediary device 1, a first reading device 2, a card issuer 3, and a second reading device 4, wherein the card issuer 3 includes an issuer 31, an acquirer 32, and an authenticator 33. The intermediary apparatus 1 is used for receiving the coupon (or various objects in the form of chips, tapes, etc.) read by the first reading apparatus 2 corresponding to a merchant party to obtain a transaction code structure (e.g., a coupon identifier in the following embodiments) to obtain information. The intermediary apparatus 1 is used for converting, mapping or corresponding the coupon identifier to the information (e.g., in the following embodiments, a coupon redemption information), wherein the coupon redemption information includes a verification information and a transaction information. The intermediary device 1 is configured for storing an authorization message comprising a plurality of authorization accounts (authorization accounts) associated with the transaction code structure; the intermediary device 1 is configured to verify the information with an authorized account, and the intermediary device 1 obtains the payment information corresponding to the transaction code structure through the authorized account. The intermediary device 1 verifies whether the verification information is valid or not through the authorized account, if the intermediary device 1 verifies that the verification information is valid, the intermediary device 1 converts the transaction information into payment information and transmits the payment information to the card issuing party 3 for verification, and if the card issuing party 3 verifies successfully, the money corresponding to the coupon is dialed to the merchant party.
Referring to fig. 3, the present invention further discloses a method for transferring money corresponding to a coupon to a merchant, which includes:
step A: reading the transaction code structure by the first reading device 2 to obtain the information;
and B: verifying the information by the authorization information;
and C: obtaining the payment information corresponding to the transaction code structure by the authorization information.
The method and system of the present invention will be described in detail below, first, before step a, the Issuer 31 provides an original credit Card Number (Real Card Number/RCN) and credit line (credit Card) registered with the Issuer 31 to the mediator device 1, after the transaction is completed by a platform (platform) or server (server), the Issuer 31(Issuer) is a financial institution such as a bank, the authenticator is a credit Card authentication center (instate for Computer payment) such as VISA, Master Card, etc., the invention provides a credit Card Number (Acquirer) to a receiving institution such as a general bank, the merchant, the Virtual Card Number, the Virtual Card reader, the Virtual Card reader, the Virtual Card reader Card, the Virtual Card reader, the Virtual Card reader, the Virtual Card reader, the Virtual Card reader, the Virtual Card.
Next, referring to fig. 1, before step a, a step Z is further included, in which a consumer reads a bar code of a video, an advertisement or an advertisement included in the video, etc. on or distributed in an electronic or non-electronic marketing channel such as a display device 5, a paper poster or an electronic billboard, a flat billboard or a platform 6, a social network site (e.g. a facebook, IG, microblog, YouTube), etc. by using the second reading device 4, for example: such as QR code, to a coupon platform (see fig. 4A) or the coupon itself to obtain a coupon (see fig. 2A and 4B). The display device 5 includes a marketing message which may be a textual description, a picture, a movie or a sound, etc. associated with the barcode(s). For example, in an embodiment, the display device 5 includes marketing information of a large chain of restaurants, such as a new meal color, a text description of a promotion scheme, a picture, a movie or a sound, and the display device 5 also includes a QR code of a coupon related to the promotion scheme, such as a special meal coupon, a double meal coupon, and the like, so that the consumer can obtain such a Public coupon through the QR code reading program of the second reading device 4, such as a smart phone, a tablet computer, and the like, and the Public coupon is a type of coupon that anyone can obtain. In another embodiment, the marketing message may be a coupon that is not directly related to the network connection(s). For example, the marketing information is the latest insurance policy introduction of an insurance company, and the coupons corresponding to the QR codes and the like listed in the display device 5, the paper poster, the electronic billboard, the flat billboard 6 and the like are Personal (Personal) coupons that are not directly related to the marketing information (such as free health check, dining coupon, discount of shopping mall, discount of air ticket) and the like, and the Personal coupons are coupons that can be used by specific users, for example: user ID (user ID, E-mail, mobile phone, etc.) is used as the standard for distinguishing. In another embodiment, as shown in FIG. 1, a network connection (QR code) to the coupon of the present invention may also be provided to the consumer by the marketer via email, cell phone, especially with respect to personal coupons for some high value products such as cell phone, pen phone, airline ticket, etc. Referring to fig. 2A and 2B, the coupon of the present invention includes a QR code, a shop owner/product picture, a name of a sales promotion event, a discount type, a discount rate or discount amount, a use date, a remark bar, a keyword field, etc. The QR code includes a coupon identifier (information). If the coupon has been redeemed, the QR code is covered with a redeemed label. In another embodiment, the present invention can generate a Referral (refer) coupon, i.e., the coupon of the present invention can be referred to by one user to another user, thereby increasing the flexibility of the circulation of the coupon of the present invention among multiple users; or, the user may recommend the coupon to the new user in a manner similar to a brand introduction (e.g., a netbook, a way in which a web celebrity recommends a certain coupon, etc.).
In addition, referring to fig. 5A and 5B, for the sake of security, when the consumer wants to use the above-mentioned coupon for high-value products, such as the coupon for high-value products, e.g., mobile phone, pen phone, air ticket, etc., the present invention sets the way that the consumer needs to obtain the activation code transmitted to the personal mobile phone or the e-mail box to activate multiple authentications of the coupon, thereby increasing the security of the coupon for high-value products.
In step a, the first reading device 2 located at a physical store or an online store reads the QR code on the coupon corresponding to the merchant to obtain the coupon identifier, and transmits the coupon identifier to the intermediary device 1. The coupon identifier is a unique set of several digits of a numeric, textual combination. Then, the intermediary device 1 maps or converts the coupon identifier to a coupon redemption message, which may be converted in advance of setting the corresponding data in the intermediary device 1 or in real time online. The coupon redemption information includes a verification information, a transaction information or a coupon source information, the verification information includes: promotional campaign identifier (promotional campaign ID), promotional campaign name, coupon identifier, coupon use/update date, coupon activation status, consumer identifier (user ID, E-mail, cell phone number), key value pairing, discount content, merchant party identifier (MID), past store identifier (store ID), goods/services identifier, and highest/lowest number of passes, etc., where the consumer obtained the coupon and the coupon source information corresponding to the display device 5, the paper poster or electronic billboard, the flat billboard or platform 6, thereby enabling the system of the present invention to obtain information such as from which channel the coupon was obtained (e.g., which coupon barcode in the advertisement), who was used, who recommended the coupon from, etc, All details from marketing, trading to withdrawal are used on which store to deal with what product. The transaction information includes the amount of money to be paid to the merchant side, i.e., the actual money corresponding to the coupon, converted according to the discount rate or amount, the daily rate, and the like. In other words, the present invention allows for security issues, the coupon itself including only the coupon identifier. Of course, in other embodiments, the present invention may also re-adjust the verification information, the transaction information, or the coupon source information to be distributed in the coupon according to the system performance, and the like, all falling within the scope of the present invention. Then, the intermediary device 1 verifies whether the verification information is valid, including verifying whether the aforementioned information, such as valid date, activation or repudiation, is completely consistent with the aforementioned set one, which is not described herein again. In another embodiment, it is also possible to simply verify whether the aforementioned coupon identifier is consistent with the one set by the mediation device 1, thereby improving the system performance. In step B, if the intermediary device 1 verifies that the verification information is valid by the authorization information, that is, all the verification information mentioned above are in accordance with the preset information, conditions, etc., for example, the consumer withstands the coupon at the discount store corresponding to the coupon, etc., indicating that the coupon can be normally used, in step C, the intermediary device 1 converts the transaction information into a payment information, which includes the specific virtual credit card number corresponding to the merchant and the money corresponding to the coupon, and transmits the payment information to the card issuer 3 for verification. Therefore, as can be seen from the foregoing, since the coupon identifier corresponds to each piece of the coupon redemption information, it is possible to know, through the coupon of the present invention, which promotional campaign was obtained from which channel (including which type of marketing information, connection of community sites, advertisement in marketing movies, etc.) the consumer came from, and then to which specific storefront (restaurant, makeup store, department store, etc.) in which storefront (physical storefront, online storefront) the consumer withstands, and the present invention can effectively grasp all details in the process from marketing medium (coupon obtaining) to consumer withstands the coupon, and connect marketing and consumption in series. In step C, if the card issuing party 3 is verified successfully, that is, the transaction (transaction) is established, the money corresponding to the coupon is allocated to the merchant party after several working days, so as to achieve the technical effect of allocating the money corresponding to the coupon to the merchant party (B2B). In another embodiment, when consumer a shares the recommended coupon to consumer B, the verification information includes information of the user Identifier (ID) of the sharee, so as to track which consumer is recommended to which consumer, and the coupon identifier of the shared coupon is updated synchronously. In another embodiment, when consumer a shares the recommended coupon to consumer B, in addition to the synchronous update of the coupon identifier, the content of the coupon redemption information, such as the verification information, is also updated, thereby increasing the overall security of the coupon of the present invention.
In another embodiment, referring to fig. 6, the step a further includes a step a 1. In the step a1, the mediation device 1 converts, maps or corresponds the coupon identifier to the coupon redemption information as described above. In the step C, if the intermediary device 1 verifies that the verification information is valid, the intermediary device 1 converts the transaction information into the payment information including the virtual credit card number, and transmits the payment information to the acquirer 32. The acquirer 32 transmits the virtual credit card number and the money to the authenticator 33, and the authenticator 33 transmits the virtual credit card number to the issuer 31 for verification, verifying the corresponding original credit card number (RCN), thereby confirming whether the virtual credit card number is correct. And the step C further comprises a step C1, wherein in the step C1, if the issuer 31 is verified successfully, a payment confirmation message is sent to the acquirer 32, so that the acquirer 32 dials the money to the merchant according to the merchant identifier, thereby completing the step of the whole coupon dialing.
In addition, the method and the system of the invention are planned by a framework which accords with an application programming interface (RESTful application programming interface/API), thereby being effectively compatible with various interfaces of most current payment/cash flow systems. In other words, the present invention can omit the erection, maintenance and management of the server required in the current program development, and can be effectively incorporated into the server of the existing system (such as the APP of the IOS or Android system) of each manufacturer.
Referring to fig. 7, firstly, the method and system of the present invention can effectively select a suitable partner merchant to initiate a sales promotion in real time according to the budget size and the consumption habits of the target consumer in real time, including setting items of the sales promotion and setting coupons of the sales promotion items, and then, by using an automatic coupon allocation process (API architecture) based on cloud storage, the coupon is generated, distributed, activated and consumed to obtain consumption habit data of the consumer, such as tracking the response of the consumer to an advertisement, the coupon obtaining path and the related data of the consumption, finally, the marketing data is analyzed to draw up a new marketing strategy, obtain the overall view of the consumer, promote the life Value (L ifetime Value) and improve deeper marketing insight.
In addition, data obtained via the system of the present invention can be analyzed as descriptive, i.e., looking at all occurrences in marketing campaigns and coupon repudiation businesses, e.g., how advertising frequency and different channels affect the number of transactions (transactions) per user per ad line, diagnostic analysis, i.e., understanding why certain events occur, such as the impact of advertising activity on sales volume, in the customer survey aspect, the present invention applies existing market surveys to the analysis of the data produced by the method and system of the present invention, enabling marketers to track not only customer intent, but also actual purchasing behavior.
Therefore, the invention has the following advantages:
1. starting from setting up the promotion activity of the coupon, the invention can effectively set up reasonable budget and target consumers to initiate the promotion activity in real time for different merchant parties so as to provide coupons with different types and contents, and by corresponding a plurality of virtual credit card numbers to different merchant parties, money corresponding to the coupon is effectively allocated to different merchant parties (B2B), and the merchant parties do not need to fill money in advance.
2. The VCN payment of the present invention can reduce the complexity of financial law compliance and other related transactions and help achieve zero waste. The party issuing the coupon no longer needs to pay in advance, and the merchant party can obtain payment authorization through the virtual credit card (VCN) set by the invention immediately when the consumer redeems the coupon and obtain money after several days. The VCN payment solution not only simplifies risk management, reduces overall operating costs, but also enhances management of the entire coupon repudiation process.
3. The system is constructed by API programming language, in other words, the system can be effectively and directly integrated in most of the existing electronic payment architectures without resetting an exclusive APP server.
4. The invention can connect to marketing information of advertisement series performance and even consumer behavior in real time through a mixed cloud and Web API. Marketers, via the method and system of the present invention, can track all details (whether by bar codes through online advertising, facebooks, physical magazines, or other channels) that users obtain coupons until when, how, and where the coupons are redeemed.
5. The invention can provide the recommended coupons, so that consumers recommend, publicize and share the coupons on behalf of certain brands, the invention not only can track which consumer recommends, publicizes and shares to which consumer, but also can accurately measure the CPT (cost per transaction) and set the optimal issuing strategy for certain coupons, such as personal type, open type or recommended type.
6. The method and the system can effectively track the exchange behavior of the consumer after watching the marketing information and obtaining the coupon integrally, and the marketing personnel can effectively track the reaction of the consumer to the marketing information, such as the data of the channel and the repudiation condition obtained by the coupon, and obtain the consumption habit data of the consumer to carry out big data analysis, thereby achieving the unexpected technical effects of drawing up a new marketing strategy, obtaining the integral vision of the consumer, promoting the lifelong value and promoting deeper marketing insights.
While the invention has been described in connection with specific embodiments and implementations, many modifications and variations are possible in light of the above teaching or may be acquired from the teaching herein and equivalents thereof, which are to be regarded as within the scope of the invention and the spirit and scope of the following description and drawings.
