Illustratively, the computer program may be partitioned into one or more modules/units that are stored in the memory and executed by the processor to implement the invention. The one or more modules/units may be a series of computer program instruction segments capable of performing specific functions, which are used to describe the execution process of the computer program in the intellectual property flow management visualization apparatus. For example, the computer program may be partitioned into a node mapping module 101, a model generation module 102, an acquisition module 103, and a presentation module 104.
The electronic device may include, but is not limited to, a processor, a memory. Those skilled in the art will appreciate that the electronic device in this embodiment may include more or fewer components, or combine certain components, or different components, for example, the electronic device may also include an input-output device, a network access device, a bus, etc.
The Processor may be a Central Processing Unit (CPU), other general purpose Processor, a Digital Signal Processor (DSP), an Application Specific Integrated Circuit (ASIC), an off-the-shelf Programmable Gate Array (FPGA) or other Programmable logic device, discrete Gate or transistor logic device, discrete hardware component, etc. A general purpose processor may be a microprocessor or the processor may be any conventional processor or the like that is the control center for the electronic device and that connects the various parts of the overall electronic device using various interfaces and wires.
The memory may be used to store the computer programs and/or modules, and the processor may implement various functions of the electronic device by running or executing the computer programs and/or modules stored in the memory and calling data stored in the memory. The memory may mainly include a storage program area and a storage data area, wherein the storage program area may store an operating system, an application program required by at least one function (such as a sound playing function, an image playing function, etc.), and the like; the storage data area may store data (such as audio data, a phonebook, etc.) created according to the use of the cellular phone, and the like. In addition, the memory may include high speed random access memory, and may also include non-volatile memory, such as a hard disk, a memory, a plug-in hard disk, a Smart Media Card (SMC), a Secure Digital (SD) Card, a Flash memory Card (Flash Card), at least one magnetic disk storage device, a Flash memory device, or other volatile solid state storage device.

Claims (13)

1. An intellectual property flow management visualization method, comprising:
mapping the flow state into flow nodes corresponding to each flow state according to the flow state related to the intellectual property case;
carrying out topological connection on the process nodes corresponding to the process states according to the logical relationship among the process states to generate a visual process model;
acquiring the current flow state of an intellectual property case to be managed;
classifying and counting the current flow state of the intellectual property case to be managed;
and respectively mapping the numbers obtained by classifying and counting the current flow state of the intellectual property case to flow nodes corresponding to the current flow state in a visual flow model, and visually displaying the current flow state of the intellectual property case to be managed through the visual flow model.
2. An intellectual property flow management visualization method, comprising:
mapping the flow state into flow nodes corresponding to each flow state according to the flow state related to the intellectual property case;
carrying out topological connection on the process nodes corresponding to the process states according to the logical relationship among the process states to generate a visual process model;
acquiring the current flow state of a target intellectual property case to be managed;
and mapping the intellectual property case to a corresponding flow node in a visual flow model, and visually displaying the current flow state of the target intellectual property case through the visual flow model.
3. The method for visualizing intellectual property flow management as claimed in claim 1 or 2, wherein said obtaining the current flow state of intellectual property case to be managed comprises:
and acquiring the current flow state of the target intellectual property case, case information related to the current flow state and a flow file through a preset third party local side system.
4. The method for visualizing flow management of intellectual property rights as in claim 3, wherein after acquiring the current flow status of the target intellectual property case to be managed, the method further comprises:
storing the case information and the process files of the intellectual property case into a node database which has an incidence relation with the process nodes corresponding to the process state of the target intellectual property case, wherein the method comprises the following steps:
matching a corresponding identification code for the current process state, wherein the identification code is used for identifying a process node corresponding to the current process state;
searching a node database having an association relation with the process node corresponding to the current process state according to the identification code;
and storing case information and process files related to the current process state into the node database.
5. The intellectual property process management visualization method according to claim 1 or 2, wherein the generating a visualization process model by topologically connecting process nodes corresponding to the process states according to the logical relationship between the process states comprises:
and connecting the process nodes corresponding to the process states by using directed line segments according to the logical relationship among the process states to create the process relationship among the process nodes and generate the visual process model.
6. An intellectual property flow management visualization apparatus, the apparatus comprising:
the node mapping module is used for mapping the flow states into flow nodes corresponding to the flow states according to the flow states related to the intellectual property cases and the management tasks;
the model generation module is used for topologically connecting the process nodes corresponding to the process states according to the logical relationship among the process states to generate a visual process model;
the acquisition module is used for acquiring the current process state of the intellectual property case to be managed;
and the data processing module is used for classifying and counting the flow state of the intellectual property case to be managed after the acquisition module acquires the current flow state of the intellectual property case to be managed.
And the display module is used for respectively mapping the numbers obtained by classifying and counting the current flow state of the intellectual property case to flow nodes corresponding to the current flow state in a visual flow model, and visually displaying the current flow state of the intellectual property case to be managed.
7. The intellectual property process management visualization apparatus as claimed in claim 6, wherein the apparatus further comprises:
and the storage module is used for storing the case information and the process file of the target intellectual property case, which are related to the current process state, into a node database which has an incidence relation with the process node corresponding to the current process state after the acquisition module acquires the current process state of the target intellectual property case to be managed.
8. The intellectual property process management visualization device according to claim 7, wherein the storage module comprises:
the configuration unit is used for matching a corresponding identification code for the current process state, and the identification code is used for identifying a process node corresponding to the current process state;
the index unit is used for searching a node database which has an association relation with the process node corresponding to the current process state according to the identification code;
and the storage unit is used for storing the case information and the process files related to the current process state into the node database.

The intellectual property process management visualization device according to claim 8, wherein the display module is specifically configured to obtain a historical process state of the target intellectual property case; visually displaying the historical process state of the target intellectual property case through the visual process model; and visually displaying the current flow state on a visual flow model which displays the historical flow state of the target intellectual property case.

The intellectual property process management visualization apparatus of claim 9, wherein the model generation module is specifically configured to connect process nodes corresponding to the process states by using directed line segments according to the logical relationship between the process states to create the process relationship between the process nodes, so as to generate the visualized process model.
11. The intellectual property flow management visualization device according to claim 10, wherein the model generation module is further configured to distinguish different logical connection relationships in different visual forms when performing topological connection on flow nodes according to historical flow state statistical data of each intellectual property case in a preset intellectual property case set, so as to optimize the visualization flow model.
12. A computer-readable storage medium, on which a computer program is stored which, when being executed by a processor, carries out the steps of the method according to any one of claims 1 to 5.
13. An electronic device comprising a memory, a processor and a computer program stored on the memory and executable on the processor, characterized in that the steps of the method according to any of claims 1-5 are implemented when the processor executes the program.
