Background
The home decoration industry is rapidly digitalized and informationized, the design and production are thoroughly completed, and after the design of a merchant designer is completed, data can be directly imported into factory equipment to carry out production installation. This requires accurate calculation information to be provided to the factory equipment, and errors of a few millimeters can cause failure of factory production, which brings serious losses to manufacturers.
However, as an important component in home decoration design, there is no platform currently available that can directly use design data to obtain accurate table production dimensions. When the size of the table top is output, the existing design platform can only output the size of the upper area of the table top and does not contain the water retaining width; nor can the entire mesa be cut to a size suitable for production. Therefore, a material calculating method capable of directly outputting the accurate size of the table top is needed.
The existing problems are as follows:
(1) When a merchant calculates materials on the table top, the calculated materials are required to contain the water retaining width so as to obtain more accurate quotation data and size information for production;
