In some embodiments, the method further comprises: and if the user browses to the first document record positioned at the last in the second search result, then presenting the third search result. For example, patent documents (i.e., second search results) satisfying the first intervention item are presented in the user equipment, and when the user browses to the patent documents in the second search results that are ranked and displayed last, the patent documents not satisfying the first intervention item are displayed after the patent documents.
In some embodiments, the method further comprises: and if the user browses to the first document record positioned at the last in the second search result, presenting second intervention prompt information, and then presenting the third search result, wherein the second intervention prompt information comprises a second intervention content input box. The second intervention prompt information is the same as or similar to the first intervention prompt information, and the second intervention content input box is the same as or similar to the first intervention content input box, which is not repeated herein. For example, the user device first presents patent documents (i.e. second search results) satisfying the first intervention item, and when the user browses to the patent documents in the second search results which are ranked and displayed last, second intervention prompt information is presented after the patent documents to prompt the user to intervene again, and the patent documents not satisfying the first intervention item are displayed after the second intervention prompt information. In some embodiments, the subsequent intervention is performed on the basis of the previous intervention result, for example, the first intervention result obtains a second search result and a third search result, where the second search result satisfies the first intervention term, and then the second intervention is performed on the second search result, that is, the second search result is interfered with, to obtain a fourth search result satisfying the intervention term specified by the user of the current intervention, and a fifth search result not satisfying the intervention term performed by the user of the current intervention. In some embodiments, the latter intervention is performed on the basis of search results that have not been browsed by the user in the first search result, i.e. on the basis of search results that have not been browsed by the user in the first search result.
In some embodiments, the second intervention prompt message further includes one or more second recommended intervention items corresponding to the second search result; wherein the method further comprises: and the user equipment receives the one or more second recommended intervention items sent by the server. In some embodiments, the second recommended intervention item is partially the same as or completely different from the first recommended intervention item. The implementation manner of obtaining the one or more second recommended intervention items by the user equipment is the same as or similar to the implementation manner of obtaining the one or more first recommended intervention items, and is not described herein again.
In some embodiments, the method further comprises: the user equipment sends real-time browsing behavior information of the user to the server; receiving intervention instruction information which is sent by the server and generated according to the real-time browsing behavior information of the user, wherein the intervention instruction information is used for indicating that third intervention prompt information is presented in a current window of the target application, and the third intervention prompt information comprises a third intervention content input box; and presenting the third intervention prompt information in a current window of the target application. In some embodiments, the real-time browsing behavior information is used for characterizing the real-time browsing behavior of the user, and optionally, the real-time browsing behavior information includes, but is not limited to, the current browsing speed of the user, the documents currently browsed by the user, the number of pages currently browsed by the user, the real-time marking behavior (such as yellow marking, highlighting, copying, annotating, etc.) of the document by the user, words or paragraphs with longer gazing time by the user, and the like. In some embodiments, the user device sends real-time browsing behavior information of the user to the server in real-time whenever it detects that the user has browsing behavior. In some embodiments, the intervention instruction information is used for indicating an intervention instruction for the user equipment; in some embodiments, the intervention instruction information includes, but is not limited to, an instruction for instructing the user equipment side to present third intervention instruction information, any information related to the third intervention instruction information, and the like; the third intervention instruction information is the same as or similar to the first or second intervention instruction information, and is not described herein again. The user equipment can present corresponding third intervention instruction information after receiving the intervention instruction information to prompt the user to intervene again or intervene again, so that the intervention prompt can be automatically carried out based on the real-time browsing condition of the user.
In some embodiments, the intervention instruction information further includes one or more third recommended intervention items corresponding to the second search result. The third recommended intervention item is used for further intervening on the second search result obtained through intervening, and the third recommended intervention item is the same as or similar to the first recommended intervention item or the second recommended intervention item, and is not repeated here.
In some embodiments, the step S14 includes: and the user equipment presents the second search result on one side of the current window of the target application, and presents the third search result on the other side of the current window of the target application in parallel. Therefore, the document list meeting the first intervention item and the document list not meeting the first intervention item can be displayed on one page in parallel, so that a user can see the second search result and the third search result in the current window at the same time, through comparison, the user can judge whether the intervention result meets the expectation, if the intervention result is not satisfactory, the user can intervene again or intervene again, and if the intervention result is satisfactory, the user can browse the second search result to find the document meeting the search requirement.
In some embodiments, the step S14 includes: and the user equipment presents the second search result and the third search result on one side of the current window of the target application, and presents the third search result on the other side of the current window of the target application in parallel. Thus, a list of documents satisfying the first intervention item can be displayed in front on one side of the current window, while a list of documents not satisfying the first intervention item is displayed on the other side.
In some embodiments, the method further comprises: the user equipment sends real-time browsing behavior information of the user to the server; receiving sorting information which is sent by the server and corresponds to sorting operations which are respectively executed aiming at the second search result and the third search result according to the real-time browsing behavior information of the user; and simultaneously presenting the second search result and the third search result after sequencing in the current window of the target application according to the sequencing information. The implementation manner of the real-time browsing behavior information and the real-time browsing behavior information sent by the user equipment to the server has been described in detail in the foregoing embodiments, and is not described herein again. In some embodiments, the server executes a sorting operation for the second search result and the third search result respectively according to the real-time browsing behavior information of the user, and sends sorting information corresponding to the sorting operation to the user equipment, and the user equipment receives the sorting Naxi and presents the sorted second search result and third search result in the current window of the target application at the same time based on the sorting information. In some embodiments, the server performs a sorting operation on the second search result and the third search result respectively according to the real-time browsing behavior information of the user and in combination with other information (such as search content input by the user, intervention items specified by the user, and the like). Therefore, the ranking of the document records in the second search result and the ranking of the document records in the third search result can be dynamically adjusted based on the real-time browsing behavior information of the user, so that the user can more quickly find the required documents, and the document searching speed of the user can be greatly increased.
In some embodiments, the method further comprises: the user equipment receives one or more pieces of characterization information which is sent by the server and generated according to the third search result, wherein the one or more pieces of characterization information are used for characterizing one or more second document records which are ranked at the top in the third search result; presenting the one or more characterization information in a current window of the target application. In some embodiments, the characterization information is used to characterize some features in the third search result; in some embodiments, the characterization information is obtained based on top-ranked partial document records in the third search result; in some embodiments, the characterization information is highly relevant to the search content entered or selected by the user but is not a vocabulary directly contained by the search content. As an example, in a search scenario of searching patent documents, the characterization information includes a classification number, an applicant, a high-frequency word, and the like of a part of patents ranked at the top in the third search result. Thus, the user can be further helped to judge whether the result of the current dry prognosis meets the user requirement and whether to intervene or re-intervene again, for example, if the user finds that certain characteristic information in the one or more characterization information is related to the document which the user wants to retrieve, the user can intervene or re-intervene again based on the characteristic information.
In some embodiments, there is a correlation between the one or more characterization information and the first intervention item. In some embodiments, the degree of correlation between the one or more characterizing information and the first intervention item satisfies a predetermined degree of correlation range, but the respective characterizing information is not the user-specified first intervention item.
In some embodiments, the method further comprises: and the user equipment sends filtering indication information to the server, wherein the filtering indication information comprises browsed first document records and/or intervened first document records, and the filtering indication information is used for indicating that filtering operation is performed on the first search results based on the filtering indication information and only intervene on the filtered first search results. In some embodiments, the filtering instruction information includes any information related to filtering instruction, i.e. information for instructing how to perform a filtering operation, the filtering instruction information includes, but is not limited to, a first document record that has been browsed, a first document record that has been intervened, a first document record that has been clicked, a first document record that has been marked, and the like; for example, the user equipment sends filtering instruction information to the server, wherein the filtering instruction information comprises browsed first document records, so that the server performs a filtering operation on the first search result to intervene on only the first document records which are not browsed in the first search result obtained after filtering. In some embodiments, the user device may present prompt information related to the filtering indication in the current window, such as prompt information for the user to select whether to filter the browsed and/or interfered first document record, generate filtering indication information based on the selection operation of the user, and send the filtering indication information to the user device; in some embodiments, prompt information for the user to select whether to filter the browsed and/or interfered first document records can be presented in the first interference prompt information in the user equipment, filtering indication information is generated based on the selection operation of the user, and the filtering indication information is sent to the server together with the first recommended item specified by the user. Therefore, the first literature records browsed or intervened by the user can be effectively prevented from repeatedly appearing in the result of the intervention prediction, so that the search speed of the user is further increased, and the search efficiency is improved.
In some embodiments, the method further comprises: the user equipment responds to thematic library adding operation executed by the user aiming at the second search result, and generates thematic library adding indication information, wherein the thematic library adding indication information comprises identification information corresponding to one or more third literature records in the second search result; and sending the addition indication information of the theme library to the server. In some embodiments, the thematic library adding operation includes any operation for adding one or more document records to the thematic library, and the thematic library addition instruction information includes any information related to the thematic library adding operation, so that the server adds one or more third document records, namely document records required to be added to the thematic library, to the corresponding thematic library based on the addition instruction information. In some embodiments, the topic database adding indication information is used to indicate that all intervention results are added into the topic database, or a predetermined number of results ranked in the top are added into the topic database, or search results before browsing a certain place are added into the topic database, and then the search is finished, and the topic database meeting the condition of the thorough search is also established.
Fig. 3 shows a flowchart of a document retrieval method applied to a server according to an embodiment of the present application, the method including step S21, step S22, step S23 and step S24. In step S21, in response to a search request initiated by user equipment according to a search trigger operation on a target application, a server searches for a first search result corresponding to the search trigger operation, and sends the first search result to the user equipment, where the first search result includes a plurality of first document records; in step S22, the server receives a first intervention request sent by the user equipment, where the first intervention request includes a first intervention item specified by a user; in step S23, the server performs intervention on the first search result according to the first intervention item, to obtain a second search result and a third search result, where the second search result and the third search result are respectively subsets of the first search result, a first literature record in the second search result satisfies the first intervention item, and a first literature record in the third search result does not satisfy the first intervention item; in step S24, the server transmits the second search result and the third search result to the user equipment.
In step S21, in response to a search request initiated by the user equipment according to a search trigger operation on the target application, the server searches for a first search result corresponding to the search trigger operation, and sends the first search result to the user equipment, where the first search result includes a plurality of first literature records. The search trigger operation, the search request, the first search result, and the first document record are all described in detail in the embodiment shown in fig. 1, and are not described herein again. In some embodiments, the server ranks the patent corpus according to search contents input or selected by a user to obtain the first search result; in some embodiments, the server retrieves from the corpus patents with higher relevance to the search content input or selected by the user, optionally, a predetermined search result number threshold or a predetermined relevance threshold may be set by default by the system or at the user's discretion.
In step S22, the server receives a first intervention request sent by the user equipment, where the first intervention request includes a first intervention item specified by a user. The first intervention request and the first intervention item are already described in detail in the embodiment shown in fig. 1, and are not described herein again.
In step S23, the server performs an intervention on the first search result according to the first intervention item, and obtains a second search result and a third search result, where the second search result and the third search result are respectively subsets of the first search result, a first literature record in the second search result satisfies the first intervention item, and a first literature record in the third search result does not satisfy the first intervention item. The second search result and the third search result have been described in detail in the embodiment shown in fig. 1, and are not described herein again. In some embodiments, the server intervenes in the first search result according to the first intervention item, obtains a second search result of the first search result, which satisfies the first intervention item, and takes the rest of the first search result as the third search result. In some embodiments, the document records in the second search result are ranked according to their relevance to the first intervention item, and the document records in the third search result are ranked according to their relevance to the search content (i.e., ranked according to their chronological order in the first search result).
In step S24, the server transmits the second search result and the third search result to the user equipment. Specifically, the server sends the second search result and the third search result to the user equipment based on the connection with the user equipment, so that the second search result and the third search result are presented in a current window of the user equipment at the same time.
In some embodiments, the method further comprises: and the server generates one or more first recommended intervention items corresponding to the first search result according to the first search result, and sends the one or more first recommended intervention items to the user equipment. In some embodiments, the server sends the first search result to the user equipment and at the same time sends at least one first recommended intervention item generated according to the first search result; in some embodiments, in the process of browsing a first search result by a user, a server periodically generates at least one first recommended intervention item according to the first search result and the current browsing condition of the user and sends the at least one first recommended intervention item to user equipment; in some embodiments, the server generates at least one first recommended intervention item according to the first search result and sends the at least one first recommended intervention item to the user device when determining that a predetermined recommendation condition is met (for example, the speed of browsing documents by the user exceeds a predetermined speed, the number of documents clicked by the user within a predetermined time length is less than a predetermined number, and the like).
In some embodiments, the generating, according to the first search result, one or more first recommended intervention items corresponding to the first search result includes: clustering the first search result to obtain a plurality of search result sets; and for each search result set, obtaining a first recommended intervention item corresponding to the search result set, wherein the search result set and the first recommended intervention item have correlation. In some embodiments, the first recommended intervention item corresponding to a search result set can be used to characterize a common or associated feature of the document records in the search result set. For example, a user inputs a search keyword "apple" in a target application, a server obtains a first search result corresponding to the search keyword "apple", the server clusters first literature records in the first search result to obtain two search result sets, wherein a recommended intervention item corresponding to one search result set is "fruit", and a recommended intervention item corresponding to the other search result set is "electronic product".
In some embodiments, the first intervention term comprises a boolean intervention term and/or a semantic intervention term. In some embodiments, for a semantic intervention item, the server may take the first N results of the first search results that are most relevant to the semantic intervention item as the second search result, where N may be an integer set by a default of the system or a user.
In some embodiments, the method further comprises: and the server generates one or more second recommended intervention items corresponding to the second search result according to the second search result, and sends the one or more second recommended intervention items to the user equipment. The implementation manner of the server root generating the one or more second recommended intervention items corresponding to the second search result is the same as or similar to the implementation manner of the server root generating the one or more first recommended intervention items corresponding to the first search result, and is not described herein again. In some embodiments, the server generates a plurality of recommended intervention items corresponding to the second search result according to the second search result, if a first intervention item exists in the plurality of recommended intervention items, other recommended intervention items after the first intervention item is removed are used as second recommended intervention items, otherwise, the plurality of recommended items are used as second recommended intervention items.
In some embodiments, the method further comprises step S221 (not shown), step S222 (not shown), and step S223 (not shown). In step S221, the server receives the real-time browsing behavior information of the user, which is sent by the user equipment; in step S222, the server generates intervention instruction information according to the real-time browsing behavior information of the user, where the intervention instruction information is used to instruct to present third intervention prompt information in a current window of the target application; in step S223, the server transmits the intervention instruction information to the user equipment. The real-time browsing behavior information, the intervention instruction information, and the third intervention instruction information are already described in detail in the embodiment of fig. 1, and are not described herein again. In some embodiments, the server periodically generates intervention instruction information according to the real-time browsing behavior information of the user to instruct to present third intervention prompt information in the current window of the target application.
In some embodiments, the step S222 includes: and if the real-time browsing behavior information of the user meets the preset intervention condition, generating intervention instruction information. The predetermined intervention conditions include any predetermined conditions for determining whether intervention is required, and in some embodiments, the predetermined intervention conditions include, but are not limited to:
1) the user's browsing speed is greater than or equal to a predetermined browsing speed threshold
The predetermined browsing speed threshold value can be set by default of the system or set by the user. The faster the user browses, the more likely it is that the document records that have been browsed will be less desirable to the user.
2) The number of search results of the user which do not continuously execute the operation is more than the preset number
The predetermined number may be set by system default or at the discretion of the user. The greater the number of search results for which the user has not performed an operation in succession, the more likely it is that the document records that have been browsed may be less desirable to the user.
3) The browsed quantity of the user is larger than or equal to a preset browsed quantity threshold value
The predetermined browsing number threshold value can be set by default of the system or set by the user. The larger the number of viewed documents by the user, the more likely the viewed document records will be less desirable to the user.
4) The browsing time of the user is greater than or equal to a preset time threshold
The predetermined time threshold may be set by default by the system or set by the user. The longer the user browses, the more likely it is that the document records that have been browsed will be less desirable to the user.
5) Any combination of the above predetermined intervention conditions
If the real-time browsing behavior information of the user meets the preset intervention condition, the document records browsed by the user at present are considered to possibly not meet the requirements of the user, and therefore the fact that the user possibly needs to intervene again or intervene again is judged.
It should be noted that the above predetermined intervention conditions are only examples and are not limiting to the present application, and any predetermined conditions for determining whether intervention is required should be included in the scope of the predetermined intervention conditions described in the present application.
In some embodiments, the intervention instruction information further comprises one or more third recommended intervention items corresponding to the second search result; wherein the method further comprises step S25 (not shown). In step S25, the server generates the one or more third recommended intervention items according to the real-time browsing behavior information of the user. The third recommended intervention item is similar to the first recommended intervention item and the second recommended intervention item. For example, the server takes the high-frequency words or keywords in the content browsed by the user as one or more third recommended intervention items according to the real-time browsing behavior information of the user. In some embodiments, the server identifies the interest point of the user according to the real-time browsing behavior information of the user, and generates one or more third recommended intervention items according to the interest point, so as to obtain a document record which is more likely to be interested by the user through intervention, so that the user can browse preferentially.
In some embodiments, the step S25 includes: and the server acquires browsing characteristic information corresponding to the user according to the real-time browsing behavior information of the user, and generates the one or more third recommended intervention items according to the browsing characteristic information. In some embodiments, the browsing characteristic information includes any information indicative of browsing behavior characteristics of the user, such as browsed documents and/or browsed pages, browsed documents and/or browsed pages having a browsing duration exceeding a predetermined browsing duration, vocabulary having a user gaze time exceeding a predetermined gaze time threshold, user tagged content in browsed documents, and so forth. For example, the server obtains the words of which the user's gaze time exceeds a predetermined gaze time threshold according to the real-time browsing behavior information of the user, and uses the words as the one or more third recommended intervention items.
In some embodiments, the method further comprises: the server receives real-time browsing behavior information of the user, which is sent by the user equipment; respectively executing sorting operation aiming at the second search result and the third search result according to the real-time browsing behavior information of the user; and sending the sorting information corresponding to the sorting operation to the user equipment. Therefore, the server can dynamically adjust the sequence of each document record in the second search result and the sequence of each document record in the third search result based on the real-time browsing behavior information of the user (which is equivalent to adjusting the user interest according to the real-time browsing behavior information of the user and re-sequencing the second search result and the third search result respectively according to the adjusted user interest), so that the user can find needed documents more quickly, and the speed of finding documents by the user can be greatly increased.
In some embodiments, the method further comprises: the server generates one or more characterization information according to the third search result, wherein the one or more characterization information is used for characterizing one or more second document records ranked at the top in the third search result; and sending the one or more characterization information to the user equipment. The characterization information is described in detail in the embodiment shown in fig. 1, and is not described herein. In some embodiments, the server generates the representation information corresponding to the one or more second document records according to a predetermined number of second document records ranked in the third search result, and sends the representation information to the user device, where the predetermined number may be set by default by the system or by the user. Thus, the user can be further helped to judge whether the result of the current dry prognosis meets the user requirement and whether to intervene or re-intervene again, for example, if the user finds that certain characteristic information in the one or more characterization information is related to the document which the user wants to retrieve, the user can intervene or re-intervene again based on the characteristic information.
In some embodiments, there is a correlation between the one or more characterization information and the first intervention item. In some embodiments, the degree of correlation between the one or more characterizing information and the first intervention item satisfies a predetermined degree of correlation range, but the respective characterizing information is not the user-specified first intervention item.
In some embodiments, the method further comprises: the server receives filtering indication information sent by the user equipment, wherein the filtering indication information comprises a browsed first document record and/or an intervened first document record; wherein the step S23 includes: the server executes filtering operation on the first search result based on the filtering indication information to obtain a filtered first search result; and intervening the filtered first search result according to the first intervening item to obtain a second search result and a third search result. The filtering indication information is already described in detail in the embodiment shown in fig. 1, and is not described herein again. For example, the filtering instruction information includes browsed first document records, and the server performs a filtering operation on the first search result according to the filtering instruction information, so as to intervene only on the first document records which are not browsed in the filtered first search result. In some embodiments, the server provides a list storage space of the browsed and/or interfered documents, and after the user re-searches, the user can continue browsing or interfering in the list after excluding the browsed and/or interfered documents, so that the user can know how much possibility the user can retrieve the target documents.
In some embodiments, the method further comprises: the server receives thematic library addition indicating information sent by the user equipment, wherein the thematic library addition indicating information comprises identification information corresponding to one or more third literature records in the second search result; and adding one or more third literature records corresponding to the thematic library addition indication information into the thematic library corresponding to the first intervention item. The information of the theme bank addition indicator is described in detail in the embodiment shown in fig. 1, and is not described herein again. For example, the server receives thematic library addition instruction information sent by the user equipment, where the thematic library addition instruction information is used to instruct to add a predetermined number of document records sorted in the second search result into the thematic library, and the server adds the predetermined number of document records sorted in the second search result into the thematic library corresponding to the search content of the document search according to the thematic library addition instruction information.
FIG. 4 illustrates a system and method flow diagram for document retrieval according to one embodiment of the present application.
As shown in fig. 4, in step S31, the user equipment sends a search request to a server corresponding to the target application in response to a search trigger operation in the target application, and step S31 is the same as or similar to step S11, which is not described herein again; in step S32, the server receives the search request, searches for a first search result corresponding to the search trigger operation, and sends the first search result to the user equipment, where the first search result includes a plurality of first document records, and step S32 is the same as or similar to step S21, and is not described herein again; in step S33, the user device receives and presents the first search result, and sends a first intervention request to the server in response to a first intervention trigger operation performed by a user with respect to the first search result, where the first intervention request includes a first intervention item specified by the user, and step S33 is the same as or similar to steps S11 and S12, and is not described herein again; in step S34, the server receives the first intervention request, and intervenes in the first search result according to the first intervention item to obtain a second search result and a third search result, where the second search result and the third search result are respectively subsets of the first search result, a first literature record in the second search result satisfies the first intervention item, and a first literature record in the third search result does not satisfy the first intervention item, and step S34 is the same as or similar to steps S22 and S23, and is not repeated here; in step S35, the server sends the second search result and the third search result to the user equipment, and step S35 is the same as or similar to step S24, which is not repeated herein; in step S36, the user equipment receives the second search result and the third search result, and presents the second search result and the third search result in the current window of the target application at the same time, and step S36 is the same as or similar to steps S13 and S14, which are not repeated herein.
Fig. 5 shows a structure diagram of a user equipment for document retrieval according to an embodiment of the present application, which includes a one-module 11, a two-module 12, a three-module 13 and a four-module 14. A one-to-one module 11, configured to, in response to a search trigger operation in a target application, obtain and present a first search result corresponding to the search trigger operation from a server corresponding to the target application, where the first search result includes a plurality of first literature records; a second module 12, configured to send a first intervention request to the server in response to a first intervention trigger operation performed by a user for the first search result, where the first intervention request includes a first intervention item specified by the user; a third module 13, configured to receive a second search result and a third search result, which are returned by the server based on the first intervention request and obtained by performing intervention on the first search result, where the second search result and the third search result are subsets of the first search result, respectively, a first literature record in the second search result satisfies the first intervention item, and a first literature record in the third search result does not satisfy the first intervention item; a fourth module 14 for presenting the second search result and the third search result simultaneously in the current window of the target application.
The one-to-one module 11 is configured to, in response to a search trigger operation in a target application, obtain and present a first search result corresponding to the search trigger operation from a server corresponding to the target application, where the first search result includes a plurality of first literature records. In some embodiments, the target application includes any application capable of providing document search services, such as an application dedicated to document search or other application containing a document search module; in some embodiments, the document includes all vehicles on which knowledge is recorded, such as patent documents, standard documents, academic papers, scientific reports, conference documents, government publications, archival materials, product materials, and the like. In some embodiments, the search trigger operation includes any operation for triggering a document search in the target application, such as a click operation in which a user clicks a predetermined button to trigger a document search after inputting search content (the search content includes, but is not limited to, any text content such as a word or at least one search term) in the target application, a click operation in which a user clicks certain words in a current page in the target application to trigger a document search, a voice input operation in the target application by the user to trigger a document search, and the like. In some embodiments, in response to a search trigger operation in a target application, a user equipment generates a search request corresponding to the search trigger operation, sends the search request to a server, and then obtains a first search result corresponding to the search trigger operation from the server corresponding to the target application and presents the first search result in the target application; optionally, the search request includes any information related to the search trigger operation, such as input content corresponding to the search trigger operation, a type of the search trigger operation, identification information corresponding to the search trigger operation, and the like. In some embodiments, a first document record is used to characterize a document obtained by a search; in some embodiments, a first document record includes details of a document and descriptive information related to the document, for example, a first document record is used to characterize a patent document obtained by a search, the first document record includes disclosure and authorization of the patent document, and includes descriptive information about the applicant, application date, publication date, authorization date, family, legal status information, etc. of the patent document. In some embodiments, the first search result is obtained by the server by sorting the plurality of first document records obtained by the search, and optionally, the server may sort the plurality of first document records in any feasible sorting manner, such as sorting by relevance, sorting by publishing time, and the like; it should be noted that any search result (e.g., the second search result or the third search result obtained after the intervention, etc.) referred to in the context may be obtained by sorting a plurality of document records. In some embodiments, the first search result is a search result obtained by a server sorting full-library document records (such as patents); in other embodiments, the first search result is obtained by the server sorting the plurality of document records retrieved from the full library and having a high degree of correlation with the user input or selected content, and optionally, the predetermined search result number threshold or the predetermined correlation threshold may be set by default of the system or by the user.
A second module 12, configured to send a first intervention request to the server in response to a first intervention trigger operation performed by a user with respect to the first search result, where the first intervention request includes the user-specified first intervention item. In some embodiments, the first intervention trigger operation comprises any operation for triggering intervention on the first search result, such as an operation of clicking a predetermined button for triggering intervention after a user specifies a first intervention item; the first intervention request includes any information related to the first intervention trigger operation, optionally, but not limited to, a first intervention item manually input by a user or selected from a plurality of recommended intervention items recommended by a system, a type of the first intervention item, identification information corresponding to the search trigger operation, and the like. In some embodiments, the first intervention item is used to represent a user-specified vocabulary for intervening on the first search result, and the first intervention item may or may not be semantically related to the search term input by the user in the target application. In some embodiments, an intervention content input box for inputting intervention content and/or at least one recommended intervention item for selection by a user are presented in the page presented with the first search result, the user may input one or more first intervention items in the intervention content input box and/or select one or more first intervention items in the at least one recommended intervention item, and the related operations will be semantically detailed in subsequent embodiments.
A third module 13, configured to receive a second search result and a third search result, which are returned by the server based on the first intervention request and obtained by performing intervention on the first search result, where the second search result and the third search result are subsets of the first search result, respectively, a first literature record in the second search result satisfies the first intervention item, and a first literature record in the third search result does not satisfy the first intervention item. In some embodiments, the server intervenes in the first search result based on the first intervention item, aggregates first document records in the first search result that satisfy the first intervention item into the second search result, and aggregates first document records in the first search result that do not satisfy the first intervention item into the third search result, that is, the set of the second search result and the third search result is the first search result. In some embodiments, each first literature record in the second search result is ranked according to the degree of correlation with the first intervention item, and each first literature record in the third search result is ranked according to the precedence order of each first literature record in the first search result; for example, the server puts the first literature records in the first search result that satisfy the first intervention item forward and sorts the first literature records according to the degree of correlation with the first intervention item (that is, obtains a second search result), and then the remaining first literature records in the first search result are arranged according to their respective precedence order; in other embodiments, each first document record in the second search result is sorted according to the precedence order of the first document record in the first search result (that is, sorted according to the relevance to the search content input by the user); in still other embodiments, each first document record in the second search result is ranked according to its joint relevance to the user-entered search content and the first intervention item. In some embodiments, the second search result and the third search result received by the user equipment are separated, and in other embodiments, the search result obtained by combining the second search result and the third search result, that is, the second search result is before and the third search result is after the search result is received by the user equipment. In some embodiments, a first document record having a degree of correlation with the first intervention item greater than or equal to a predetermined threshold, which may be system default or user specified, is partitioned into second search results; in some embodiments, a predetermined number of first document records having a high degree of relevance to the first intervention item are partitioned into the second search results, the predetermined number may be system default or user specified.
A fourth module 14 for presenting the second search result and the third search result simultaneously in the current window of the target application. In some embodiments, the simultaneous presentation means that the user can see the second search result and the third search result simultaneously in the current window, for example, the second search result and the third search result may be displayed in parallel, in a two-column comparison manner, and the like. It should be noted that the above presentation is only an example, and those skilled in the art should understand that any presentation capable of presenting the second search result and the third search result simultaneously in the current window is included in the scope of the present application.
In some embodiments, the module 11 is further configured to: presenting first intervention prompt information corresponding to the first search result, wherein the first intervention prompt information comprises a first intervention content input box; the two-module 12 includes a two-one module 121 (not shown) and a two-two module 122 (not shown). A module for acquiring a first intervention item input by a user in response to an input operation performed by the user in the first intervention content input box 121; a second module 122, configured to send a first intervention request to the server, where the first intervention request includes the first intervention item. Here, the specific implementation manners of the first-second module 121 and the second-second module 122 are the same as or similar to the embodiments related to steps S121 and S122 in fig. 1, and therefore, the detailed descriptions are omitted, and the detailed descriptions are incorporated herein by reference.
In some embodiments, the first intervention prompt message further includes one or more first recommended intervention items corresponding to the first search result; wherein the device is further configured to: receiving the one or more first recommended intervention items sent by the server; wherein, the one, two and one module 12 is configured to: and obtaining the first intervention item selected by the user in the at least one recommended intervention item in response to the selection operation performed by the user for the one or more first recommended intervention items. Fig. 6 shows a diagram of a server for document retrieval according to an embodiment of the present application, where the server includes a two-to-one module 21, a two-to-two module 22, a two-to-three module 23, and a two-to-four module 24. A first module 21, configured to, in response to a search request initiated by user equipment according to a search trigger operation on a target application, search to obtain a first search result corresponding to the search trigger operation, and send the first search result to the user equipment, where the first search result includes a plurality of first document records; a second module 22, configured to receive a first intervention request sent by the user equipment, where the first intervention request includes a first intervention item specified by a user; a second and third module 23, configured to intervene in the first search result according to the first intervention item, to obtain a second search result and a third search result, where the second search result and the third search result are subsets of the first search result, a first literature record in the second search result satisfies the first intervention item, and a first literature record in the third search result does not satisfy the first intervention item; a twenty-four module 24, configured to send the second search result and the third search result to the user equipment.
The first module 21 is configured to, in response to a search request initiated by user equipment according to a search trigger operation on a target application, search to obtain a first search result corresponding to the search trigger operation, and send the first search result to the user equipment, where the first search result includes a plurality of first document records. The search trigger operation, the search request, the first search result, and the first document record are all described in detail in the embodiment shown in fig. 1, and are not described herein again. In some embodiments, the server ranks the patent corpus according to search contents input or selected by a user to obtain the first search result; in some embodiments, the server retrieves from the corpus patents with higher relevance to the search content input or selected by the user, optionally, a predetermined search result number threshold or a predetermined relevance threshold may be set by default by the system or at the user's discretion.
A second module 22, configured to receive a first intervention request sent by the user equipment, where the first intervention request includes a first intervention item specified by a user. The first intervention request and the first intervention item are already described in detail in the embodiment shown in fig. 1, and are not described herein again.
A second and third module 23, configured to intervene in the first search result according to the first intervention item, to obtain a second search result and a third search result, where the second search result and the third search result are subsets of the first search result, a first literature record in the second search result satisfies the first intervention item, and a first literature record in the third search result does not satisfy the first intervention item. The second search result and the third search result have been described in detail in the embodiment shown in fig. 1, and are not described herein again. In some embodiments, the server intervenes in the first search result according to the first intervention item, obtains a second search result of the first search result, which satisfies the first intervention item, and takes the rest of the first search result as the third search result. In some embodiments, the document records in the second search result are ranked according to their relevance to the first intervention item, and the document records in the third search result are ranked according to their relevance to the search content (i.e., ranked according to their chronological order in the first search result).
A twenty-four module 24, configured to send the second search result and the third search result to the user equipment. Specifically, the server sends the second search result and the third search result to the user equipment based on the connection with the user equipment, so that the second search result and the third search result are presented in a current window of the user equipment at the same time.
In some embodiments, the apparatus is further configured to: and generating one or more first recommended intervention items corresponding to the first search result according to the first search result, and sending the one or more first recommended intervention items to the user equipment. In some embodiments, the generating, according to the first search result, one or more first recommended intervention items corresponding to the first search result includes: clustering the first search result to obtain a plurality of search result sets; and for each search result set, obtaining a first recommended intervention item corresponding to the search result set, wherein the search result set and the first recommended intervention item have correlation. In some embodiments, the two modules 222 are configured to: if the real-time browsing behavior information of the user meets a preset intervention condition, generating intervention instruction information, wherein the preset intervention condition comprises but is not limited to:
1) the user's browsing speed is greater than or equal to a predetermined browsing speed threshold
2) The number of search results of the user which do not continuously execute the operation is more than the preset number
3) The browsed quantity of the user is larger than or equal to a preset browsed quantity threshold value
4) The browsing time of the user is greater than or equal to a preset time threshold
5) Any combination of the above predetermined intervention conditions

In some embodiments, the apparatus is further configured to: receiving filtering indication information sent by the user equipment, wherein the filtering indication information comprises a browsed first document record and/or an intervened first document record; wherein the two and three modules 23 are configured to: performing filtering operation on the first search result based on the filtering indication information to obtain a filtered first search result; and intervening the filtered first search result according to the first intervening item to obtain a second search result and a third search result. In some embodiments, the apparatus is further configured to: receiving thematic library addition indicating information sent by the user equipment, wherein the thematic library addition indicating information comprises identification information corresponding to one or more third literature records in the second search result; and adding one or more third literature records corresponding to the thematic library addition indication information into the thematic library corresponding to the first intervention item. FIG. 7 illustrates an exemplary system that can be used to implement the various embodiments described in this application.
In some embodiments, as shown in FIG. 7, the system 300 can be implemented as any of the devices in the various embodiments described. In some embodiments, system 300 may include one or more computer-readable media (e.g., system memory or NVM/storage 320) having instructions and one or more processors (e.g., processor(s) 305) coupled with the one or more computer-readable media and configured to execute the instructions to implement modules to perform the actions described herein.
For one embodiment, system control module 310 may include any suitable interface controllers to provide any suitable interface to at least one of processor(s) 305 and/or any suitable device or component in communication with system control module 310.
The system control module 310 may include a memory controller module 330 to provide an interface to the system memory 315. Memory controller module 330 may be a hardware module, a software module, and/or a firmware module.
System memory 315 may be used, for example, to load and store data and/or instructions for system 300. For one embodiment, system memory 315 may include any suitable volatile memory, such as suitable DRAM. In some embodiments, the system memory 315 may include a double data rate type four synchronous dynamic random access memory (DDR4 SDRAM).
For one embodiment, system control module 310 may include one or more input/output (I/O) controllers to provide an interface to NVM/storage 320 and communication interface(s) 325.
For example, NVM/storage 320 may be used to store data and/or instructions. NVM/storage 320 may include any suitable non-volatile memory (e.g., flash memory) and/or may include any suitable non-volatile storage device(s) (e.g., one or more Hard Disk Drives (HDDs), one or more Compact Disc (CD) drives, and/or one or more Digital Versatile Disc (DVD) drives).
NVM/storage 320 may include storage resources that are physically part of the device on which system 300 is installed or may be accessed by the device and not necessarily part of the device. For example, NVM/storage 320 may be accessible over a network via communication interface(s) 325.
Communication interface(s) 325 may provide an interface for system 300 to communicate over one or more networks and/or with any other suitable device. System 300 may wirelessly communicate with one or more components of a wireless network according to any of one or more wireless network standards and/or protocols.
For one embodiment, at least one of the processor(s) 305 may be packaged together with logic for one or more controller(s) (e.g., memory controller module 330) of the system control module 310. For one embodiment, at least one of the processor(s) 305 may be packaged together with logic for one or more controller(s) of the system control module 310 to form a System In Package (SiP). For one embodiment, at least one of the processor(s) 305 may be integrated on the same die with logic for one or more controller(s) of the system control module 310. For one embodiment, at least one of the processor(s) 305 may be integrated on the same die with logic for one or more controller(s) of the system control module 310 to form a system on a chip (SoC).
In various embodiments, system 300 may be, but is not limited to being, a server, a workstation, a desktop computing device, or a mobile computing device (e.g., a laptop computing device, a holding computing device, a tablet, a netbook, etc.).

Claims (33)

1. A document retrieval method is applied to user equipment, wherein the method comprises the following steps:
responding to a search triggering operation in a target application, and acquiring and presenting a first search result corresponding to the search triggering operation from a server corresponding to the target application, wherein the first search result comprises a plurality of first literature records;
sending a first intervention request to the server in response to a first intervention triggering operation executed by a user for the first search result, wherein the first intervention request comprises a first intervention item specified by the user;
receiving a second search result and a third search result which are returned by the server based on the first intervention request and are obtained by intervening the first search result, wherein the second search result and the third search result are respectively subsets of the first search result, a first literature record in the second search result satisfies the first intervention item, and a first literature record in the third search result does not satisfy the first intervention item;
simultaneously presenting the second search result and the third search result in a current window of the target application.
2. The method of claim 1, wherein the obtaining and presenting a first search result corresponding to a search trigger operation from a server corresponding to a target application in response to the search trigger operation in the target application further comprises:
presenting first intervention prompt information corresponding to the first search result, wherein the first intervention prompt information comprises a first intervention content input box;
wherein the sending a first intervention request to the server in response to a first intervention trigger operation performed by a user for the first search result comprises:
responding to an input operation executed by a user in the first intervention content input box, and acquiring a first intervention item input by the user;
sending a first intervention request to the server, wherein the first intervention request includes the first intervention item.
3. The method of claim 2, wherein the first intervention prompt message further includes one or more first recommended intervention items corresponding to the first search result;
wherein the method further comprises:
receiving the one or more first recommended intervention items sent by the server;
wherein the acquiring of the first intervention item input by the user in response to the input operation performed by the user in the first intervention content input box comprises:
and in response to the selection operation performed by the user for the one or more first recommended intervention items, obtaining the first intervention item selected by the user in the at least one first recommended intervention item.
4. The method of any of claims 1-3, wherein the first intervention item comprises a Boolean intervention item and/or a semantic intervention item.
5. The method of claim 1, wherein the method further comprises:
and if the user browses to the first document record positioned at the last in the second search result, then presenting the third search result.
6. The method of claim 1, wherein the method further comprises:
and if the user browses to the first document record positioned at the last in the second search result, presenting second intervention prompt information, and then presenting the third search result, wherein the second intervention prompt information comprises a second intervention content input box.
7. The method of claim 6, wherein the second intervention prompt message further includes one or more second recommended intervention items corresponding to the second search result;
wherein the method further comprises:
and receiving the one or more second recommended intervention items sent by the server.
8. The method of claim 1, wherein the method further comprises:
sending real-time browsing behavior information of the user to the server;
receiving intervention instruction information which is sent by the server and generated according to the real-time browsing behavior information of the user, wherein the intervention instruction information is used for indicating that third intervention prompt information is presented in a current window of the target application, and the third intervention prompt information comprises a third intervention content input box;
and presenting the third intervention prompt information in a current window of the target application.
9. The method of claim 8, wherein the intervention instruction information further comprises one or more third recommended intervention items corresponding to the second search result.
10. The method of claim 1, wherein the concurrently presenting the second search result and the third search result in a current window of the target application comprises:
and presenting the second search result on one side of the current window of the target application, and presenting the third search result on the other side of the current window of the target application in parallel.
11. The method of claim 1, wherein the concurrently presenting the second search result and the third search result in a current window of the target application comprises:
and presenting the second search result and the third search result on one side of the current window of the target application, and presenting the third search result on the other side of the current window of the target application in parallel.
12. The method of claim 1, wherein the method further comprises:
sending real-time browsing behavior information of the user to the server;
receiving sorting information which is sent by the server and corresponds to sorting operations which are respectively executed aiming at the second search result and the third search result according to the real-time browsing behavior information of the user;
and simultaneously presenting the second search result and the third search result after sequencing in the current window of the target application according to the sequencing information.
13. The method of claim 1, wherein the method further comprises:
receiving one or more representation information sent by the server and generated according to the third search result, wherein the one or more representation information is used for representing one or more second document records ranked at the top in the third search result;
presenting the one or more characterization information in a current window of the target application.
14. The method of claim 13, wherein a correlation is provided between the one or more characterization information and the first intervention item.
15. The method of claim 1, wherein the method further comprises:
and sending filtering indication information to the server, wherein the filtering indication information comprises the browsed first document records and/or the intervened first document records, and the filtering indication information is used for indicating that the filtering operation is executed on the first search result based on the filtering indication information and only the first search result after being filtered is intervened.
16. The method of claim 1, wherein the method further comprises:
generating thematic library adding indication information in response to thematic library adding operation executed by the user for the second search result, wherein the thematic library adding indication information comprises identification information corresponding to one or more third document records in the second search result;
and sending the addition indication information of the theme library to the server.
17. A document retrieval method is applied to a server, wherein the method comprises the following steps:
responding to a search request initiated by user equipment according to a search trigger operation on a target application, searching to obtain a first search result corresponding to the search trigger operation, and sending the first search result to the user equipment, wherein the first search result comprises a plurality of first document records;
receiving a first intervention request sent by the user equipment, wherein the first intervention request comprises a first intervention item specified by a user;
intervening the first search result according to the first intervening item to obtain a second search result and a third search result, wherein the second search result and the third search result are respectively subsets of the first search result, a first literature record in the second search result satisfies the first intervening item, and a first literature record in the third search result does not satisfy the first intervening item;
and sending the second search result and the third search result to the user equipment.
18. The method of claim 17, wherein the method further comprises:
and generating one or more first recommended intervention items corresponding to the first search result according to the first search result, and sending the one or more first recommended intervention items to the user equipment.
19. The method of claim 18, wherein the generating one or more first recommended interventions corresponding to the first search result based on the first search result comprises:
clustering the first search result to obtain a plurality of search result sets;
and for each search result set, obtaining a first recommended intervention item corresponding to the search result set, wherein the search result set and the first recommended intervention item have correlation.
20. The method of any of claims 17 to 19, wherein the first intervention item comprises a boolean intervention item and/or a semantic intervention item.
21. The method of claim 17, wherein the method further comprises:
and generating one or more second recommended intervention items corresponding to the second search result according to the second search result, and sending the one or more second recommended intervention items to the user equipment.
22. The method of claim 17, wherein the method further comprises:
receiving real-time browsing behavior information of the user, which is sent by the user equipment;
generating intervention instruction information according to the real-time browsing behavior information of the user, wherein the intervention instruction information is used for indicating that third intervention prompt information is presented in a current window of the target application;
and sending the intervention instruction information to the user equipment.
23. The method of claim 22, wherein generating intervention instruction information based on the real-time browsing behavior information of the user comprises:
if the real-time browsing behavior information of the user meets a preset intervention condition, generating intervention instruction information, wherein the preset intervention condition comprises at least one of the following items:
the browsing speed of the user is greater than or equal to a preset browsing speed threshold value;
the number of search results of the user which do not continuously perform the operation is larger than the preset number;
the browsed quantity of the user is greater than or equal to a preset browsed quantity threshold value;
the browsing time of the user is greater than or equal to a preset time threshold.
24. The method of claim 22 or 23, wherein the intervention instruction information further comprises one or more third recommended intervention items corresponding to the second search result;
wherein the method further comprises:
and generating the one or more third recommended intervention items according to the real-time browsing behavior information of the user.
25. The method of claim 24, wherein the generating the one or more third recommended intervention items according to the real-time browsing behavior information of the user comprises:
and acquiring browsing characteristic information corresponding to the user according to the real-time browsing behavior information of the user, and generating the one or more third recommended intervention items according to the browsing characteristic information.
26. The method of claim 17, wherein the method further comprises:
receiving real-time browsing behavior information of the user, which is sent by the user equipment;
respectively executing sorting operation aiming at the second search result and the third search result according to the real-time browsing behavior information of the user;
and sending the sorting information corresponding to the sorting operation to the user equipment.
27. The method of claim 17, wherein the method further comprises:
generating one or more characterization information according to the third search result, wherein the one or more characterization information is used for characterizing one or more second document records ranked at the top in the third search result;
and sending the one or more characterization information to the user equipment.
28. The method of claim 27, wherein a correlation is provided between the one or more characterization information and the first intervention item.
29. The method of claim 17, wherein the method further comprises:
receiving filtering indication information sent by the user equipment, wherein the filtering indication information comprises a browsed first document record and/or an intervened first document record;
intervening the first search result according to the first intervening item to obtain a second search result and a third search result, including:
performing filtering operation on the first search result based on the filtering indication information to obtain a filtered first search result;
and intervening the filtered first search result according to the first intervening item to obtain a second search result and a third search result.
30. The method of claim 17, wherein the method further comprises:
receiving thematic library addition indicating information sent by the user equipment, wherein the thematic library addition indicating information comprises identification information corresponding to one or more third literature records in the second search result;
and adding one or more third literature records corresponding to the thematic library addition indication information into the thematic library corresponding to the first intervention item.
31. A document retrieval method, wherein the method comprises:
the method comprises the steps that user equipment responds to search triggering operation in a target application and sends a search request to a server corresponding to the target application;
the server receives the search request, searches to obtain a first search result corresponding to the search triggering operation, and sends the first search result to the user equipment, wherein the first search result comprises a plurality of first literature records;
the user equipment receives and presents the first search result, and sends a first intervention request to the server in response to a first intervention triggering operation executed by a user aiming at the first search result, wherein the first intervention request comprises a first intervention item specified by the user;
the server receives the first intervention request, intervenes the first search result according to the first intervention item, and obtains a second search result and a third search result, wherein the second search result and the third search result are respectively subsets of the first search result, a first literature record in the second search result satisfies the first intervention item, and a first literature record in the third search result does not satisfy the first intervention item;
the server sends the second search result and the third search result to the user equipment;
and the user equipment receives the second search result and the third search result and simultaneously presents the second search result and the third search result in the current window of the target application.
32. An apparatus for document retrieval, the apparatus comprising:
a processor; and
a memory arranged to store computer executable instructions that, when executed, cause the processor to perform the method of any of claims 1 to 30.
33. A computer-readable medium storing instructions that, when executed, cause a system to perform the operations of any of the methods of claims 1-30.
