The blocking seat 206 comprises a blocking seat body and blocking valves 2061, the blocking seat body is of a ring structure, the blocking valves 2061 are mounted at two ends inside the blocking seat body, discharge holes 2062 are formed in the peripheral side face of the blocking seat body, the discharge holes 2062 are communicated with the matching machine 3 through pipelines, the blocking valve 2061 at the upper part is closed when hair is crushed, after the hair is crushed, the upper blocking valve 2061 and the lower blocking valve 2061 are opened, the crushed hair enters the material bearing box 203, the blocking valve 2061 at the lower part is closed, the blocking valve 2061 at the upper part is opened, the lower valve 2052 is opened, the upper valve 2051 is closed, the air inlet groove 2055 starts blowing air into the crushing cylinder 202, and residual hair particles are discharged through the discharge holes 2062.
As shown in fig. 5, the matching machine 3 includes a matching machine body, baffles 301, an air pump 302, a water drawing pump 303 and a flushing pump 304, the baffles 301 are disposed in the matching machine body to divide the matching machine body into a plurality of compartments, the air pump 302, the water drawing pump 303 and the flushing pump 304 are respectively fixed in different compartments, the air pump 302 is communicated with an air inlet pipe to provide blowing power for the air pump 302, the water drawing pump 303 is communicated with a water outlet pipe to actively drain water from the flushing cylinder 201, and the flushing pump 304 is communicated with a water inlet 2042 to introduce purified water into the flushing cylinder 201 through the water inlet 2042.
As shown in fig. 7, the guiding hole group 106 includes guiding holes, guiding pipe holes and printing holes, the positions of the guiding holes are respectively adapted to the matching machine 3 and the detecting instrument 4, the positions of the guiding pipe holes are adapted to the matching machine 3 so as to be convenient for introducing and leading out purified water or air, and the positions of the printing holes are adapted to the detecting instrument 4 so as to be convenient for printing results; the pipe hole includes air guide pipe hole and water guide pipe hole, prints the hole including printing into the paper hole and printing out the paper hole.
Wherein, detector 4 includes detector body, electronic scale, graduated flask and burette, and the detector body includes liquid chromatography mass spectrometer, and the detector body is used for detecting the hair, and the electronic scale is used for weighing the hair volume of getting usefulness, and the graduated flask is used for configuring the solution that awaits measuring of hair, and the burette is used for taking the solution that awaits measuring of hair.

Referring to fig. 1-13, the present invention is a quantitative analysis apparatus for traces of human hair drugs, which is used by the following methods: collecting hairs according to the standards for testing the hair samples of drug-related personnel, opening a sealing cover 204, putting the collected hairs into a washing cylinder 201, closing the sealing cover 204 and a lower valve 2052, opening an upper valve 2051, allowing pure water to enter the washing cylinder 201 from a water inlet 2042, stopping preventing water from entering the washing cylinder 201 after the water is full, allowing the washing liquid to drip into the washing cylinder 201 from a washing liquid hole 2041, allowing air to be blown into the washing cylinder 201 from an air pump 302 through an air inlet slot 2055, improving the hair washing efficiency, wherein the air is filtered by a filter device before entering the air pump 302, allowing redundant air to be discharged from an air guide hole 2043, then discharging the cleaned pure water from a water outlet slot 2054, continuously blowing the washing cylinder 201 to dry the hairs, opening the upper valve 2051 and the lower valve 2052, allowing the cleaned and dried hairs to fall into a crushing cylinder 202, closing the upper valve 2051 and a blocking seat 206 from the washing cylinder 201, the stirring knife 2021 rotates to stir the hair, the baffle seat 206 is opened again, the stirred hair falls into the material moving box 2031, the lower baffle valve 2061 of the baffle seat 206 is closed at the moment, the air inlet groove 2055 blows air to the crushing cylinder 202, and the residual hair is discharged from the discharge hole 2062;
after the minced hair is obtained, preparing a detection solution through a measuring cup, an electronic scale and a lysis solution, wherein the hair and the detection solution are prepared according to the proportion of 500ul per 5mg of hair, and in order to improve the hair cracking rate, ultrasonic oscillation can be used for 90-180 seconds, the frequency of ultrasonic is 25KHz, and the power is 300W;
wherein, the cleaning agent comprises hydrochloric acid, acetone, sodium dodecyl sulfate, dichloromethane and water, wherein the content of the hydrochloric acid is 0.02%, the content of the acetone is 0.01%, the content of the sodium dodecyl sulfate is 0.04%, and the content of the dichloromethane is 0.02%;
as a lysis solution for hair chip assembly, a human hair quick lysis solution disclosed in publication No. CN110208072A was used.
The detector 4 further includes a printing device, and the positions of the paper inlet and the paper outlet of the printing device are respectively adapted to the printing paper inlet hole and the printing paper outlet hole.

a stirring knife (2021) is arranged in the crushing barrel (202), and the position of the stirring knife (2021) is adapted to the baffle seat (206); the material bearing box (203) is of a box body structure, a material moving box (2031) is further arranged in the material bearing box (203), and the material moving box (2031) and the material bearing box (203) are matched with each other to form a drawing structure;
