When the drying device is used, power supplies of various electric equipment are firstly connected, a user pours medicinal materials to be dried into the feed hopper 4, the medicinal materials reach the inside of the drying roller 18 through the guide of the feed pipeline 3, the roller motor 13 works to drive the drying roller 18 to rotate, meanwhile, the user controls the central electric heating tube 14 and the peripheral electric heating tube 16 to work through the external control unit according to requirements, and the central electric heating tube 14 and the peripheral electric heating tube 16 work to perform radiation drying on the medicinal materials inside through the second breathable belt 23 and the first breathable belt 17 respectively; when the drying drum 18 rotates, the medicinal material baffle plate 22 can play a role in blocking, so that the medicinal materials are prevented from being accumulated at the bottom of the drying drum 18 due to gravity to influence the drying effect, the medicinal material baffle plate 22 supports the medicinal materials to rotate, the small material leaking hole 21 can separate large medicinal materials from small medicinal materials in the rotating process of the drying drum 18, and the bottom of the drying drum 18 is relatively low in temperature due to the fact that the peripheral electric heating tube 16 is not arranged at the bottom of the drying chamber main body 1, so that the reduction of quality and efficacy due to the fact that the small medicinal materials are excessively dried is effectively avoided; the heating area of the large medicinal material is increased due to the separation of the small medicinal material and the large medicinal material, so that the drying efficiency is improved; when the medicinal material baffle plate 22 is in a certain angle, the large medicinal materials fall off, and the heat can be fully absorbed in the falling process, so that the medicinal materials are effectively dried in the air; in addition, the medicine residue leakage hole 26 can effectively separate medicine residues in the medicinal materials in the feeding process of the feeding pipeline 3, the medicine residues fall into the medicine residue receiving pipeline 5 through the medicine residue leakage hole 26 and further reach the top of the medicine residue discharging door 7, and the medicine residue electric heating pipe 30 works to independently dry the medicine residues; after the treatment is finished, a user can pull the handle door pins 29 out of the two medicine residue discharging doors 7 in a pulling mode 28, so that the medicine residue discharging doors 7 are opened to realize discharging; due to the arrangement of the handle spring 27, the firmness of the pull-type handle 28 and the handle door pin 29 can be improved, and the handle door pin 29 is prevented from slipping in the medicine residue discharging door 7 when medicine residues are dried; in addition, dregs of a decoction locker 8 and medicinal material locker 10 can carry out categorised storage to medicinal material and dregs of a decoction.

Claims (10)

1. A traditional Chinese medicine drying device with a multi-stage temperature control structure comprises a drying chamber main body (1), a base (11), a medicine residue treatment mechanism, an external temperature control mechanism and an internal temperature control mechanism, and is characterized in that the outer wall of the bottom of the drying chamber main body (1) is fixed on the outer wall of the top of the base (11) through screws; the medicine residue processing mechanism is arranged on the outer wall of one side of the drying chamber main body (1); the external temperature control mechanism and the internal temperature control mechanism are both arranged inside the drying chamber main body (1); a roller motor (13) is fixed on the outer wall of one side of the drying chamber main body (1) through a roller motor base; the output end of the roller motor (13) is rotationally connected with a drying roller (18) through a coupler; the outer wall of one end of the drying roller (18) is arranged on the inner wall of one side of the drying chamber main body (1) through a bearing; the inner wall of the drying drum (18) is welded with four medicinal material baffles (22) which are uniformly and circumferentially distributed; the outer wall of one side of the medicinal material baffle plate (22) is provided with small material leaking holes (21) which are uniformly distributed, and the outer wall of one side of the drying roller (18) is connected to the inner wall of one side of the drying chamber main body (1) in a sliding manner; the external temperature control mechanism comprises a peripheral electric heating tube (16) and a first ventilation belt (17); the first air permeable belt (17) is uniformly arranged on the outer wall of the drying roller (18); the peripheral electric heating tubes (16) are uniformly arranged on the inner walls of the two sides and the inner wall of the top of the drying chamber main body (1) through screws.

The Chinese herbal medicine drying equipment with the multistage temperature control structure as claimed in claim 1, wherein the internal temperature control mechanism comprises a hollow supporting cylinder (2), a central electric heating tube (14) and a second ventilation belt (23); the outer wall of the top of the base (11) is fixed with a support frame (9) through screws, and the outer wall of the top of the support frame (9) is welded on the outer wall of the bottom of the hollow support cylinder (2); the central electric heating tube (14) is fixed on the inner wall of one side of the hollow supporting cylinder (2) through screws, and the second air permeable belts (23) are uniformly and circumferentially distributed on the circumferential outer wall of the hollow supporting cylinder (2); the hollow supporting cylinder (2) is arranged at the central position in the drying roller (18), and the central electric heating tube (14) is electrically connected with the peripheral electric heating tube (16) uniformly and externally connected with the control unit.

The Chinese herbal medicine drying equipment with the multistage temperature control structure is characterized in that a supporting seat (15) is fixed on the outer wall of one side of the hollow supporting cylinder (2) through screws, and steel balls (20) which are distributed compactly and circumferentially are connected to the outer wall of the circumference of the supporting seat (15) and the inner wall of the circumference of one side of the drying drum (18) in a sliding manner; and the outer wall of one side of the drying roller (18) is matched with the outer wall of one side of the supporting seat (15) in size.

The Chinese herbal medicine drying equipment with the multistage temperature control structure according to claim 3, wherein the inner wall of one side of the drying drum (18) is fixed with a heat insulation base (24) through screws, the outer wall of one side of the heat insulation base (24) is fixed with a temperature sensor (25) through screws, and the temperature sensor (25) is electrically connected with an external control unit.

The Chinese herbal medicine drying equipment with the multistage temperature control structure according to claim 4, wherein a display screen (12) is fixed on the outer wall of one side of the drying chamber main body (1) through screws, and the display screen (12) is electrically connected with an external control unit.

The Chinese herbal medicine drying equipment with the multi-stage temperature control structure is characterized in that a feeding pipeline (3) is fixed on the outer wall of one side of the supporting seat (15) through screws, and a feeding hopper (4) is fixed on the outer wall of one side of the feeding pipeline (3) through screws; the outer wall of the bottom of the feeding pipeline (3) is provided with medicine residue leaking holes (26) which are uniformly distributed.

The Chinese herbal medicine drying equipment with the multistage temperature control structure according to claim 6, wherein the medicine residue treatment mechanism comprises a mounting frame (6), two symmetrical medicine residue discharge doors (7) and a medicine residue electric heating tube (30); the mounting rack (6) is arranged below the herb residue leaking hole (26), and the outer wall of one side of the mounting rack (6) is fixed on the outer wall of one side of the support frame (9) through screws; two symmetrical medicine residue discharge doors (7) are respectively arranged on the outer walls of the two sides of the mounting frame (6) through hinges; and the outer walls of the bottoms of the herb residue discharge doors (7) are fixed with evenly distributed herb residue electric heating tubes (30) through screws.

The Chinese herbal medicine drying equipment with the multistage temperature control structure according to claim 7, wherein a decoction dreg receiving pipeline (5) is fixed on the outer wall of one side of the support frame (9) through screws, the top of the decoction dreg receiving pipeline (5) is of an arc structure, and the decoction dreg receiving pipeline (5) is arranged below the feeding pipeline (3) and above the mounting frame (6).
