The third pin joint mechanism 6 includes a third pin 601, a third pin hole 602, and a third pin seat 603, the third pin 601 is rotatably inserted into the third pin hole 602, the third pin hole 602 is disposed on two side walls of the third pin seat 603, a side wall of the third pin 601 is welded and fixed to one end of the connecting rod 7 away from the second pin joint mechanism 5, and a side portion of the third pin seat 603 is welded and fixed to one side of the fixing plate 32 away from the directional wheel 33, and during specific work, the third pin joint mechanism is used for being fixedly connected to the fixing plate 32, so that the connecting rod 7 can rotate around the third pin 601.

s3, starting the first electric push rod 11 to enable the telescopic end of the first electric push rod 11 to move upwards to drive the connecting plate 12 to move upwards along the sliding groove 13, so that the height of the lamp group 26 can be adjusted;
s4, when the lighting direction needs to be adjusted, the motor 24 is turned on to drive the gear 2302 to rotate, and the gear 2302 drives the gear ring 2301 to rotate, so that the supporting rod 21 fixed in the inner ring of the rotating bearing 22 rotates, the supporting plate 25 rotates at an angle of plus or minus 45 degrees, and the lamp set 26 rotates at an angle of plus or minus 45 degrees.
