Therefore, the throttling valve seat section 222a is used for throttling to reduce hot water discharge and has the function of a valve seat, the inner diameter of the secondary sealing gasket 28 is equivalent to that of the throttling valve seat section 222a, sealing is formed when the secondary valve core 24 is not opened, and the secondary sealing gasket 28 is clamped into the sealing groove section 222b to be installed and can be prevented from falling off.
As shown in fig. 1 and 2, the auxiliary valve core 24 includes a conical valve core 241 at the head and a stopper rod 242 at the tail, an auxiliary relief spring 29 abutting against the large circular end surface of the conical valve core 241 and the bottom of the hole of the auxiliary valve core accommodating hole 231 is installed around the stopper rod 242, and the conical surface of the conical valve core 241 abuts against the auxiliary sealing gasket 28 to form a seal in a natural state.
Therefore, the flow rate of the throttle valve seat section 222a is slowly increased in the opening process of the cone valve core 241, and is positively correlated with the pressure of low-pressure leakage flow in the water heater, so that the pressure relief ranges of the auxiliary valve core 24 and the low-pressure relief hole 222 are enlarged, and the adaptability of the auxiliary valve core 24 and the low-pressure relief hole 222 is stronger; the conical valve core 241 and the auxiliary sealing gasket 28 adopt a conical surface sealing mode, so that the sealing performance is good, the pressure intensity borne by the auxiliary sealing gasket 28 is small, the service life of the auxiliary sealing gasket 28 can be prolonged, and the possibility of water leakage of the safety valve is reduced.
As shown in fig. 1, when the auxiliary spool 24 is opened under the action of water pressure and the stopper rod 242 abuts against the bottom of the bore of the auxiliary spool accommodating hole 231, the compressed force of the auxiliary relief spring 29 is not greater than the pre-tightening force of the main relief spring 26 when the main spool 22 is closed.
Therefore, main valve element 22 can be opened only when the pressure relief effect cannot be achieved after auxiliary valve element 24 is completely opened, and pressure relief is guaranteed at auxiliary valve element 24, so that the hot water loss is reduced, and the service life of the safety valve is prolonged.
As shown in fig. 1, 3 and 4, the spool reset delay slot 212 includes a spool opening straight line segment 2121 and a spool reset curved line segment 2122, and the spool reset curved line segment 2122 is connected with the spool opening straight line segment 2121 end to form an annular slot.
Therefore, when the main valve core 22 is opened, the limiting clamping bulge 221 passes through the valve core opening straight line segment 2121 to ensure the pressure relief speed; stop catch 221 passes through spool return curve segment 2122 when main spool 22 is reset to ensure stable reset and reduce shock and impact.
As shown in fig. 1, 3 and 4, the straight valve element opening segment 2121 and the curved valve element resetting segment 2122 are connected to the opening path selection point 2123 at the inner circle in the direction close to the pressure relief port 11, and connected to the resetting path selection point 2124 at the inner circle in the direction far from the pressure relief port 11; the limit side of the outer ring of the spool reset delay slot 212 closest to the relief port 11 is closer to the spool opening straight line segment 2121 than to the opening path selection point 2123, and the limit side of the outer ring of the spool reset delay slot 212 furthest from the relief port 11 is closer to the spool reset curved line segment 2122 than to the reset path selection point 2124.
Therefore, the positions of the opening path selection point 2123 and the reset path selection point 2124 can ensure that the limiting clamping protrusion 221 travels along the valve element opening straight line segment 2121 when the main valve element 22 is opened, and travels along the annular route of the valve element reset curved line segment 2122 when the main valve element 22 is reset.
The water heater can be in a gas mode or an electric heating mode, and the water inlet of the water heater is provided with the safety valve of the water heater. Therefore, the safety valve of the invention is safer after the water heater is installed, the water leakage is possibly less, and the service life is longer.
