The following describes in detail each component of the gangue filling equipment of the disclosed embodiment:
the gangue filling equipment of the present disclosure may be used in the N00 construction method for very thin coal seams. The ultra-thin coal seam may be located between a roof rock mass and a floor rock mass, that is, the roof rock mass is located above the ultra-thin coal seam and the floor rock mass is located below the ultra-thin rock seam. The ultra-thin coal seam, the roof rock mass and the floor rock mass form a semi-coal rock mass. The thickness of the ultra-thin coal seam may be less than 1.3m, and may be, for example, 0.4m, 0.6m, 0.8m, 1.1m, and the like. The thickness of the roof rock mass and the thickness of the floor rock mass are both larger than that of the ultra-thin coal seam, and specific values are not specially limited.
The base 5 is a supporting structure of gangue filling equipment. The base 5 can be the bottom of the gangue filling device and is supported on the bottom surface of the roadway. The base 5 may be of a plate-like construction, although other constructions are possible. For example, the base 5 may include a bottom plate. The base plate may be provided with a bearing surface. The material having a long fatigue life is selected from cast steel, and of course, may be selected from 40Cr steel, but the material in the present exemplary embodiment is not limited thereto.
The drive mechanism 6 may be provided to the base 5. Taking the base 5 comprising a bottom plate as an example, the driving mechanism 6 may be disposed on a bearing surface of the bottom plate. The drive mechanism 6 may comprise a force application end. The force application end is capable of being elongated/shortened in a preset direction, that is, the force application end is capable of being elongated in the preset direction and, of course, also capable of being shortened in the preset direction. The drive mechanism 6 may be a jack. Further, the driving mechanism 6 may be a hydraulic jack, but the embodiment of the present disclosure is not limited thereto. The predetermined direction may be parallel to the carrying surface, or may not be parallel. Taking the example of the plane of the bearing surface and the preset direction, when the force application end extends along the preset direction, the force application end can extend out of the base 5. The preset direction can also be vertical to the extending direction of the roadway in the coal mining area.
The pusher 1 is connected to the force application end. The pusher 1 is capable of reciprocating in a predetermined direction while the force application end is elongated/shortened in the predetermined direction. In one embodiment, the actuating member may be removably coupled to the force application end. The detachable connection mode may be a threaded connection, and of course, the driving element and the force application end may also be detachably connected through a pin, but the embodiments of the present disclosure are not limited thereto. In other embodiments of the present disclosure, the driving member may be fixedly connected to the force application end. The fixed connection may be welding, or may be other fixed connection methods such as bonding. The pusher 1 may be of plate-like construction. The pushing member 1 having a plate-like structure may be perpendicular to the predetermined direction, but the embodiment of the present disclosure is not limited thereto. For example, the pushing member 1 may be a push bucket. In addition, the pushing piece 1 is directly contacted with gangue, the load borne by the pushing piece 1 is large, the pushing piece 1 is easy to damage, the service life of the pushing piece 1 is shortened, and therefore materials with long fatigue life can be adopted to prepare the pushing piece 1. The material having a long fatigue life is selected from cast steel, and of course, may be selected from 40Cr steel, but the material in the present exemplary embodiment is not limited thereto.
The gangue filling equipment of the disclosed embodiment may further include a guide bar 3. The guide bar 3 may be provided to the base 5. Taking the base 5 comprising a bottom plate as an example, the guide rod 3 may be disposed on the bearing surface of the bottom plate. Wherein, this guide bar 3 can be with bottom plate fixed connection, for example welding etc. certainly, this guide bar 3 also can be with the removable connection of bottom plate. The guide bar 3 may be parallel to the preset direction. The pushing piece 1 can slide on the guide rod 3 in a reciprocating mode, and the guide rod 3 is parallel to the preset direction, so that the pushing piece 1 can move in a reciprocating mode along the preset direction, and the pushing bucket can accurately push coal gangue to a target area. The number of the guide rods 3 may be one, two or three, and of course, the number of the guide rods 3 may be more. Taking the number of the guide rods 3 as two as an example, the two guide rods 3 are distributed on both sides of the driving mechanism 6 in a direction perpendicular to the preset direction. Further, the guide bar 3 may have a cylindrical shape in outer shape, and the present exemplary embodiment is not particularly limited thereto with respect to the size of the cylindrical shape. Of course, the guide rod 3 may have other shapes, and will not be described in detail.
In one embodiment, the guide rod 3 may be a cylindrical structure. The central axis of the cylindrical structure is parallel to the preset direction. The gangue filling equipment of the disclosed embodiment may further include a connecting rod 2. The link 2 may extend in a predetermined direction. One end of the connecting rod 2 is connected to the pushing member 1. Wherein the connecting rod 2 can be detachably connected with the pushing piece 1. The detachable connection mode may be a threaded connection, and of course, the connection rod 2 and the pushing member 1 may also be detachably connected through a pin, but the embodiment of the present disclosure is not limited thereto. The connecting rod 2 can also be fixedly connected with the pushing piece 1. The fixed connection may be welding, or may be other fixed connection methods such as bonding. The other end of the connecting rod 2 extends into the guide rod 3 and can reciprocate in the guide rod 3 along a preset direction. Wherein the other end of the connecting rod 2 is the end of the connecting rod 2 far away from the pushing piece 1. In other embodiments of the present disclosure, the pushing member 1 may be sleeved on the guide rod 3 and can slide on the guide rod 3 in a reciprocating manner.
The spoil filling apparatus of the disclosed embodiment may further comprise a shield 4. The shield 4 may be provided to the base 5. Wherein the shield 4 may have a plate-like structure. Taking the base 5 comprising a base plate as an example, the shield 4 in the plate-like structure may be parallel to the base plate, but may, of course, be non-parallel. The drive mechanism 6 of the present disclosure may be located between the shield 4 and the base 5. The protective cover 4 can protect the driving mechanism 6, prevent the driving mechanism 6 from being damaged, and prolong the service life of the driving mechanism 6. In addition, the protective cover 4 can bear rocks falling above a roadway, the load on the protective cover 4 is large, the protective cover 4 is easy to damage, the service life of the protective cover 4 is shortened, and therefore the protective cover 4 can be made of materials with long fatigue life. The material having a long fatigue life is selected from cast steel, and of course, may be selected from 40Cr steel, but the material in the present exemplary embodiment is not limited thereto. The size of the shield 4 in the embodiment of the present disclosure is not particularly limited as long as the shield 4 can cover a partial region of the drive mechanism 6. The partial area of the driving mechanism 6 may be a half area of the driving mechanism 6, but the embodiment of the present disclosure is not particularly limited to this.
In addition, the number of the driving mechanisms 6 and the pushing members 1 of the embodiment of the present disclosure may be multiple, and the multiple pushing members 1 are connected to the multiple driving mechanisms 6 in a one-to-one correspondence. Taking the number of the driving mechanisms 6 and the pushing members 1 as an example, each driving mechanism 6 is provided with a force application end capable of extending/shortening in a preset direction, and each force application end is connected with one pushing member 1.
