step two, after the hole forming of the straight hole section of the pile hole (14) is finished, replacing a drill bit of the rotary drilling rig (1) with a cutting drill bit, connecting the cutting drill bit with a drill rod (1.1) and a hydraulic system of the rotary drilling rig (1), and after checking and debugging that the rotary drilling rig (1) and the cutting drill bit normally work, centrally lowering the cutting drill bit until the cutting drill bit is lowered to the interface position of the pile end foundation sandy soil (16) and the cohesive soil (15);
thirdly, starting a hydraulic system of the rotary drilling rig (1), enabling the hydraulic cylinder (3) to do telescopic motion, pushing a hydraulic driving rod (6) to drive the cutting blade (5) to stretch outwards, and cutting the cohesive soil (15) on the upper layer of the hole wall; meanwhile, the drill rod (1.1) drives the cutting drill to rotate around the central line, and along with the increase of the rotary expansion radius, the angle between the cutting blade (5) and the vertical shaft of the outer sleeve (2) is increased, so that the bottom of the pile hole (14) is spirally expanded into a circular truncated cone disc cavity (14.1);
fourthly, after the circular truncated cone disc cavity (14.1) is formed through rotary expansion, the driving rod (6) drives the cutting blade (5) to retract, and the cutting blade is recovered into the outer sleeve (2) and lifted out of the pile hole (14) through the drill rod (1.1);
replacing the cutting drill bit with a drilling and excavating drill bit, cleaning the hole for the first time, and performing the next construction after the detection is qualified;
step six, putting the pile body reinforcement cage into the hole according to the design requirement, putting a pouring concrete guide pipe, performing replacement and grout cleaning by using the concrete guide pipe to perform secondary hole cleaning, and pouring underwater concrete after the thickness of sediments after hole cleaning meets the design requirement so that the circular truncated cone disc cavity (14.1) is filled with a reinforcement material; and finishing the construction.
