The above-mentioned scheme can realize adjusting whether the shell body is linked, ensures that medicament misce bene fully dissolves to promote the fulling effect to the product. If the equipment needs to carry out milling and scaling treatment on the fabric, the fabric is not required to be dried. The water is input into the filter cartridge from the liquid outlet pipe and the liquid inlet hose, is subjected to multistage filtration and activated carbon adsorption, enters the outer shell, is subjected to scale stripping treatment after being circulated for a period of time, and is only required to be added with a scale stripping auxiliary agent, and the rotation speeds of the inner barrel body and the outer barrel body are adjusted by utilizing the variable frequency motor, so that scale stripping treatment is realized. The water after the fulling in the process can be used as the scale stripping water, so that the consumption of water resources is greatly reduced, the cost is reduced, the manpower input is reduced, and the occupied space of equipment is reduced.
The liquid outlet pipe and the liquid inlet pipe are respectively arranged at two ends of the outer shell. The design of this structure, can be better filter the water in the shell body, efficiency is higher.
The filter diameters of the three layers of filter screens in the filter cartridge from one side of the water inlet hose to one side of the water outlet hose are sequentially reduced.
According to the milling and scaling integrated machine, milling and scaling of fabrics can be sequentially carried out in the same equipment through reasonable structural design, so that the investment of water resources is greatly reduced, the labor force is reduced, and the cost is reduced.

The liquid outlet pipe 12 and the liquid inlet pipe 13 are respectively arranged at two ends of the outer shell 2; the three layers of filter screens 17 in the filter cartridge 14 from the water inlet hose 16 side to the water outlet hose 19 side are sequentially reduced in filter diameter.
