In the electronic industry, the release layer of the conductive adhesive tape generally uses PEK double-sided release paper with release force difference on two sides, and the PEK double-sided release paper is thick and relatively soft, so that the PEK double-sided release paper is very suitable for producing the conductive adhesive tape with thicker thickness or light adhesive surface color, and can effectively solve the appearance problems of adhesive surface adhesive decoration and the like caused by the fact that a conductive material protrudes out of the adhesive surface and is rolled; however, as the electronic industry develops to be light and thin, the required thickness of the conductive adhesive tape is thinner and thinner, the conductivity is higher and higher, the amount of the added conductive powder is increased, and the color of the adhesive surface is correspondingly deepened; at the moment, the disadvantages of large thickness tolerance and poor surface flatness of the PEK double-sided release paper can be completely reflected, so that the large thickness tolerance of the glue layer, the spots and a large number of white spots on the glue surface can be caused, and the poor performance stability and the abnormal appearance of the glue layer can be caused. Comparing examples 6-10 and examples 1-5, it is found that the sample tapes in examples 6-10 have higher flatness and smaller tolerance than those in examples 1-5, and the problem of easy mottling after gluing is solved more effectively, so that it can be seen that adding the PET film layer and the composite adhesive base layer under the first release layer further significantly improves the technical effect of the present invention. And the thickness of the composite adhesive base layer is reasonably selected to effectively compensate the paper thickness tolerance, so that the whole thickness is more uniform, the tolerance is smaller, and the influence of the paper thickness on the thickness of the conductive adhesive tape is reduced.
