Abstract
The invention discloses a preparation process of a permanent magnetic ferrite ball milling mixed material, which comprises the following specific preparation steps: step a, stirring and mixing barium carbonate and iron oxide red in a conical mixer according to a certain molar ratio by using a stirring arm, adding silicon dioxide again in a ratio of 0.3-0.8%, and pre-burning in a four-hole pushed slab kiln to form a permanent magnetic ferrite pre-burning material after mixing; step b, mixing the permanent magnetic ferrite pre-sintered material, the first section of steel ball and water according to the weight ratio of 0.6-2: 4-8:1-1.6, adding the mixture into a ball mill, mixing, and carrying out ball milling for 3-4 h; step c, transferring the ball-milled materials in the step b into a second-stage ball milling by using compressed air, wherein the materials are as follows: a second section of steel ball: the proportion of water is 0.6-2: 4-8: 1-1.6; d, filtering the slurry subjected to ball milling, and putting the slurry into a natural precipitation tower for precipitation; and e, forming the precipitated slurry. The permanent magnetic ferrite is sintered by utilizing the sectional ball milling and the equal-diameter ball milling and optimizing the molding process, so that the performance is excellent, and the production cost is reduced.
Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to a preparation process and a use method of a permanent magnetic ferrite ball milling mixed material, belonging to the technical field of permanent magnetic ferrites.
Background
The water magnetic ferrite is hexagonal ferrite or M-type ferrite. The general chemical formula of hexagonal ferrite is MeFe12O19Wherein Me is Ba, Sr or P. Compared with the water magnetic alloy, the water magnetic ferrite has the main characteristics of cheap raw materials, wide sources, simple manufacturing process and suitability for large-scale production; the material has very high resistivity, and can be used in high-frequency occasions; the chemical stability is good, and cations in the crystal lattice of the permanent magnetic ferrite are in the highest oxidation state, so that the material is not easy to oxidize; the permanent magnetic property is lower; the temperature stability is poor.
The conventional permanent magnetic ferrite ball-milling mixing preparation process is complex in production process, difficult to produce in large batch, high in production cost and technically innovative on the basis of the conventional technology.

d, filtering the slurry subjected to ball milling, and putting the slurry into a natural precipitation tower for precipitation;
and e, forming the precipitated slurry.
Preferably, the molar ratio of barium carbonate to iron oxide red in the step a is 1: 5.0-7.1.
Preferably, the mixing time in the conical mixer in the step a is 1h-2 h.
Preferably, the sintering temperature in the four-hole push plate kiln in the step a is 1200-1350 ℃, and the push plate speed is 30-40 minutes per plate.
Preferably, the diameter of the steel ball in the first section in the step b is 10-14mm, and the ball-milled particles are controlled below 1.2 μm.
