In one embodiment, referring to fig. 1, 4 and 6, the material level detecting device further includes a processing unit 70, the processing unit 70 is coupled to the proximity switch 40, and the processing unit 70 can detect the material level in the funnel body 60 according to the sensing signal of the proximity switch 40. Since the processing unit 70 is coupled to the proximity switch 40, the processing unit 70 can determine the material level according to the received sensing signal.
Further, referring to fig. 1, 4 and 6, the level detecting device further includes a transmitting unit 80, the transmitting unit 80 is coupled to the processing unit 70, and the processing unit 70 is configured to transmit the sensing signal received by the proximity switch 40 to the feeding mechanism 90. Specifically, when the material in the funnel 60 is higher than the height of the detecting member 20, the end of the detecting member 20 in the funnel 60 is pressed to the bottom of the funnel 60 by the gravity of the material. According to the lever principle, the end of the detecting member 20 located outside the funnel body 60 is lifted so that the proximity switch 40 can sense the detecting member 20. The signal is sent to the feeding mechanism 90 through the sending unit 80, the feeding amount of the feeding mechanism 90 is increased, and the phenomenon that the tippler touches the material in the funnel body 60 due to more materials in the funnel body 60 is avoided, so that the damage of the tippler is reduced, and the service life of the tippler is prolonged. When the material in the funnel 60 is lower than the height of the detecting member 20, the end of the detecting member 20 located outside the funnel 60 is pressed to the bottom of the funnel 60 by the weight member 30, so that the detecting member 20 cannot be sensed by the proximity switch 40. The sensing signal of the proximity switch 40 is sent to the feeding mechanism 90 through the sending unit 80, the feeding mechanism 90 reduces the feeding amount, and the feeding mechanism 90 prevents the material in the tipper from directly falling to the feeding mechanism 90 below the hopper body 60 due to too little material in the hopper body 60, so that the impact force on the feeding mechanism 90 is reduced, and the service life of the feeding mechanism 90 is prolonged. Of course, the sending unit 80 may also send the sensing signal of the proximity switch 40 to the car dumper and control the car dumper to start and stop.
A funnel, please refer to fig. 1 to 6, comprising a funnel body 60 and the material level detecting device of any of the above embodiments. The base 10 is installed on the side wall of the funnel body 60, one end of the detecting element 20 is arranged in the funnel body 60, and the other end of the detecting element 20 is arranged outside the funnel body 60.
In the funnel, the material level detecting device is mounted on the side wall of the funnel body 60, one end of the detecting piece 20 is positioned in the funnel body 60, and the other end of the detecting piece 20 is positioned outside the funnel body 60. When the material in the funnel 60 is higher than the height of the detecting element 20, the end of the detecting element 20 in the funnel 60 is pressed to the bottom of the funnel 60 under the gravity of the material. According to the lever principle, the end of the detecting member 20 located outside the funnel body 60 is lifted, so that the proximity switch 40 can sense the detecting member 20, and the material in the funnel body 60 is higher than the detecting member 20. During the feeding process, the material in the funnel body 60 gradually falls, and when the material in the funnel body 60 is lower than the height of the detecting member 20, the end of the detecting member 20 located outside the funnel body 60 is pressed to the bottom of the funnel body 60 under the action of the weight member 30, so that the proximity switch 40 cannot sense the detecting member 20, which indicates that the material in the funnel body 60 is lower than the height of the detecting member 20. Under the combined action of the detection piece 20, the balance weight and the proximity switch 40, the detection piece 20 is sensed through the proximity switch 40 to detect the height of the material in the funnel body 60, the structure is simple, and the manufacture and installation are easy.
In one embodiment, the level sensing device is mounted to the funnel 60 near the bottom. According to the detection demand, install material level detection device in the bottom of funnel body 60, can carry out low level to the material in the funnel body 60 like this and detect, avoid the interior material of funnel body 60 too little to lead to the material in the tipper directly to fall to the feed mechanism 90 of funnel body 60 below to reduce the impact force that feed mechanism 90 received, prolong feed mechanism 90's life.
In another embodiment, the material level detection device is installed at a position of the funnel body 60 close to the top, and the material level detection device is installed at the top of the funnel body 60, so that high-level detection can be performed on the material in the funnel body 60, and the phenomenon that the tipper touches the material in the funnel body 60 due to more material in the funnel body 60 is avoided, so that the damage of the tipper is reduced, and the service life of the tipper is prolonged.
A car dumper with reference to fig. 1 to 6 includes a car dumper body and a hopper of any of the above embodiments, the hopper being disposed on the car dumper body.
In the car dumper, the material level detection device is installed on the side wall of the funnel body 60, one end of the detection piece 20 is located in the funnel body 60, and the other end of the detection piece 20 is located outside the funnel body 60. When the material in the funnel 60 is higher than the height of the detecting element 20, the end of the detecting element 20 in the funnel 60 is pressed to the bottom of the funnel 60 under the gravity of the material. the base is provided with a mounting hole and is used for being mounted on the side wall of the funnel body; the base comprises a bottom plate and a mounting assembly, the mounting assembly comprises a first mounting plate and a second mounting plate, and the first mounting plate and the second mounting plate are arranged on the bottom plate at intervals;
the detection piece penetrates through the mounting hole and is rotatably connected with the first mounting plate and the second mounting plate of the base, one end of the detection piece is arranged in the funnel body, and the other end of the detection piece is arranged outside the funnel body;
the counterweight is arranged at one end of the detection part, which is positioned outside the funnel body;
the detection piece moves to the detection range of the proximity switch, and the proximity switch can sense the detection piece; and
the adjusting plate, the adjusting plate correspondence is equipped with first slide opening and second slide opening, first mounting panel is located first slide opening, the second mounting panel is located the second slide opening, the adjusting plate can be followed the detection piece removes, in order to seal the mounting hole.
2. The material level detecting device as claimed in claim 1, wherein the adjusting plate is arranged on a side of the base away from the funnel body, or the adjusting plate is arranged between the base and the funnel body.

The material level detecting device according to claim 1, wherein the mounting assembly further comprises a rotating shaft, the first mounting plate is disposed opposite to the second mounting plate, the first mounting plate is provided with a first insertion hole matched with the rotating shaft, the second mounting plate is correspondingly provided with a second insertion hole matched with the rotating shaft, and the detecting member is rotatably connected to the base through the rotating shaft.
4. The level detecting device of claim 1, wherein the proximity switch is mounted to the base and is adapted to be disposed outside the funnel; when the detection piece is in a balanced state, the proximity switch is positioned above the detection piece.
5. The level detecting device of claim 1, wherein the proximity switch is at least one of an inductive proximity switch, a hall proximity switch, a capacitive proximity switch, and a microwave proximity switch.
6. The level detecting device according to any one of claims 1 to 5, further comprising a processing unit coupled to the proximity switch, the processing unit being capable of detecting a high or low level of a material based on a sensing signal of the proximity switch.
7. The level detecting device of claim 6, further comprising a transmitting unit coupled to the processing unit, the processing unit configured to transmit the sensing signal of the proximity switch to a feeding mechanism.
8. A funnel, characterized in that, includes funnel body and the material level detection device of any one of claims 1 to 7, the base is installed in the lateral wall of the funnel body, one end of the detection piece is located in the funnel body, the other end of the detection piece is located outside the funnel body.
9. The hopper as claimed in claim 8, wherein said level detecting means is provided at a position of said hopper body near the bottom;
or the material level detection device is arranged at the position, close to the top, of the funnel body.
