At present, in the wood-based panel trade, the glueing equipment that makes straw board and oriented strand board adopted is high-speed centrifugal atomizer, and the atomizer for glueing needs to clear up atomizer body and atomizing disk after the use of a period of time, avoids the glueing quality defect that leads to because of the foreign matter accumulation of atomizer, atomizing disk department. Obviously, in the dismounting process of the atomizing disk, because accumulated materials exist between the atomizing disk and the atomizer body, the dismounting of the atomizing disk is difficult, and the dismounting process in the prior art consumes a large amount of time. In a further preferred embodiment of the dismounting device for an atomizing disc for sizing according to the present invention, an internal thread is formed at the second end of the cylindrical connecting piece, and an external thread matching the internal thread of the second end of the cylindrical connecting piece is provided on the atomizing disc.

Further, the second end of the cylindrical connecting member 12 is detachably connected to the atomizing disk 30. Therefore, the detaching device 10 can be detached from the atomizing device during the normal operation of the atomizing device, and the detaching device 10 can be attached to the atomizing disk 30 when the atomizing disk 30 needs to be detached.
The connection form of the cylindrical connection member and the atomizing disk 30 will be described in detail below. First, an internal thread may be formed at the second end portion of the cylindrical connection member 12, and as shown in fig. 2, an external thread matching the internal thread of the second end portion of the cylindrical connection member 12 is correspondingly provided on the atomizing disk 30. When the detaching device 10 is connected with the atomizing disk 30, the cylindrical connecting piece 12 can be directly screwed on the external thread of the atomizing disk 30, so that the cylindrical connecting piece 12 and the atomizing disk 30 are relatively fixed together.
Here, a protrusion 32 surrounding the motor shaft 40 may be formed on the atomizing disk 30, and a male screw may be formed on an outer wall of the protrusion 32, as shown in fig. 3. The protrusion 32 may be integrally formed with the atomizer 30, or may be directly bonded or welded to the surface of the atomizer 30. That is, the outer diameter of the protrusion 32 formed on the atomizing disk 30 at this time is substantially the same as the inner diameter of the cylindrical connecting member 12, thereby allowing the cylindrical connecting member 12 to be fitted outside the protrusion 32.
Furthermore, an external thread may be formed on the second end of the tubular connector 12, and correspondingly, an internal thread matching the external thread of the second end of the tubular connector 12 may be provided on the atomizing disk 30. Also, a protrusion surrounding the motor shaft 40 may be formed on the atomizing disk 30, and an internal thread may be formed on an inner wall of the protrusion. The protrusion may also be integrally formed with the atomizer or directly bonded or welded to the surface of the atomizer 30. At this time, the inner diameter of the protrusion formed on the atomizing disk 30 is substantially the same as the outer diameter of the cylindrical connection member 12, so that the protrusion 32 is nested outside the cylindrical connection member 12.
In addition, as an alternative, an annular groove surrounding the motor shaft may be formed on the atomizing disk 30, and an internal thread may be formed on an inner wall of the annular groove. The cylindrical connecting piece 12 and the atomizing disk 30 can be connected together in a relatively fixed manner by the threaded engagement of the external thread of the cylindrical connecting piece 12 with the internal thread in the annular groove.
Further, as an alternative to another fixing manner of the cylindrical connector 12 and the atomizing disk 30, an elastic rib may be formed at the second end of the cylindrical connector 12, and a locking groove matched with the elastic rib may be formed in the atomizing disk 30, in this case, the cylindrical connector 12 may be inserted into the locking groove and locked with the locking groove by the elastic rib of the cylindrical connector 12, so that the cylindrical connector 12 and the atomizing disk 30 are relatively fixedly connected.
When the atomizing disk 30 needs to be detached from the atomizing device after the glue application operation is completed, the cylindrical connecting member 12 provided with the screw nut mechanism 14 may be first provided to the atomizing disk 30 of the atomizing device, and in the embodiment shown in fig. 1, the cylindrical connecting member 12 needs to be screwed to the protrusion 32 on the surface of the atomizing disk 30, thereby fixedly connecting the cylindrical connecting member 12 and the atomizing disk 30 together.
