The device of the invention applies tensile force to the hollow sucker rod, performs shot blasting treatment under the condition of keeping the tensile state, can improve the surface lamination stress value of the hollow sucker rod and improve the shot blasting strengthening effect. Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of oil extraction machinery manufacturing, in particular to a shot blasting method for a sucker rod.
Background
The sucker rod is an important part of an oil extraction system of an oil pumping well, and the sucker rod is divided into a solid sucker rod and a hollow sucker rod. Hollow sucker rods are of two types, upset and welded. The sucker rod bears complex acting force in the working process, and the sucker rod is required to have high tensile strength and good fatigue resistance.
The shot blasting treatment is a sucker rod production and processing technique, in the shot blasting treatment process, a large number of steel shots impact the surface of the sucker rod at a high speed, so that the surface metal of the sucker rod is compacted, when the surface of the sucker rod is compacted, the metal extends to the periphery, the surrounding metal also extends under the compaction action, and a compression stress layer is formed on the surface of the sucker rod by mutual extrusion. After shot blasting treatment, a certain depth of compressive stress layer is formed on the surface layer of the sucker rod, and the fatigue resistance of the sucker rod with the compressive stress layer is greatly improved. The sucker rod is mainly stressed in the oil well along the axial direction, and the axial compressive stress can improve the fatigue resistance of the sucker rod.
Generally, the sucker rod is in a free state in shot blasting treatment, and the pressure stress formed on the surface layer of the sucker rod by shot blasting is equivalent in all directions. The pressure stress value with better effect is required to reach about 200MPa, which is difficult to realize by a common shot blasting machine. In order to reach the surface layer compressive stress value, the shot blasting arc height value needs to be increased, so that the requirement on the capacity of shot blasting equipment is increased, the power consumption and the steel shot damage are increased, and the shot blasting time is prolonged.
Disclosure of Invention
In order to solve the problems, the invention aims to provide a tensile force applying device and a shot blasting method for a hollow sucker rod, which can improve the surface layer compressive stress value of the sucker rod after shot blasting treatment, particularly the compressive stress value along the axial direction of the sucker rod.
The invention provides a hollow sucker rod tensile force applying device and a shot blasting method. The method is characterized in that: the hollow sucker rod (1), the plunger type hydraulic cylinder (2), the end nut (3), the bearing rod (4), the reducing straight through (5) and the like. One end connector (7) of the hollow sucker rod (1) is connected with the end nut (3) in a screwing mode, the other end connector is connected with the reducing straight-through internal thread (8) in a screwing mode, the reducing straight-through external thread (9) is connected with the first internal thread (17) in a screwing mode, the bearing rod (4) is arranged in the hollow sucker rod, when the plunger type hydraulic cylinder (2) is filled with hydraulic oil, the plunger (10) pushes the bearing rod (4), the other end of the bearing rod is blocked by the end nut (3), and pushing force is applied to the hollow sucker rod. Sending the hollow sucker rod into shot blasting equipment for shot blasting treatment in a tensile state;

step 5, starting an external hydraulic pump to charge oil into the oil cavity (12), wherein the termination hydraulic pressure is 30-45 MPa;
step 6, closing the valve (18), dismantling an external hydraulic pump pipeline, and screwing on a protective cover (20);
step 7, sending the hollow sucker rod in the state of applying the tensile force into a shot blasting machine for shot blasting treatment;
and 8, after shot blasting treatment, unscrewing the protective cover (20), unscrewing the valve (18), releasing hydraulic pressure, unscrewing the plunger type hydraulic cylinder (2) and the reducing straight through (5), unscrewing the reducing straight through (5) and connecting the hollow sucker rod joint, unscrewing the end nut (3), taking out the bearing rod (4), and completing shot blasting treatment of the hollow sucker rod in a state of applying tensile force. The detached plunger type hydraulic cylinder (2), the end screw cap (3), the force bearing rod (4), the reducing straight through hole (5), the protective cover (20) and the like can be continuously reused.
The invention has the beneficial effects that:
the hollow sucker rod, the plunger type hydraulic cylinder, the end nut and the reducing straight-through are mutually screwed through threads to form a reaction frame, the plunger type hydraulic cylinder is filled with liquid, and the plunger can apply proper thrust to the bearing rod so as to apply tension on the hollow sucker rod;
the outer diameters of the plunger type hydraulic cylinder, the end nut and the reducing straight-through are all equal to or smaller than the diameter of an external thread shoulder of the hollow sucker rod, the external thread shoulder of the hollow sucker rod and the position of the maximum outer diameter of the hollow sucker rod are mutually screwed to form a whole according to a standard SY/T5550 + 2012 hollow sucker rod, and the maximum outer diameter is not larger than the hollow sucker rod per se, so that the requirement of a through type sucker rod shot blasting machine on the outer diameter of an object to be shot can be met;
one end of the reducing straight-through internal thread is matched with the joint thread of the hollow sucker rod, and one end of the external thread is matched with the thread of the plunger type hydraulic cylinder. The diameter-variable straight-through is used, so that the plunger type hydraulic cylinder is suitable for hollow sucker rods of various models, the effect of expanding the diameter of the first internal thread is achieved, a space is provided for increasing the diameter of the plunger type hydraulic cylinder, and the thrust value of the plunger type hydraulic cylinder can be improved.
The valve and the oil way interface are positioned in the bottom cylinder body and are sealed by a protective cover, so that the valve and the oil way interface cannot be touched and damaged by steel shots during shot blasting treatment;
the plunger type hydraulic cylinder, the end screw cap, the bearing rod, the protective cover and the like are made of manganese steel, can resist the long-time impact of steel shots and can be repeatedly used; the surface layer and the inside of the hollow sucker rod which is exerted with pulling force are in an axial tensile stress state, shot blasting treatment is carried out in the state, the surface layer is easy to extend along the axial direction, after the shot blasting treatment is finished, the axial compressive stress value is improved after the tensile force is unloaded.
