In the electrolysis process, the main electrolysis products of the salt solution are hypochlorous acid and sodium hypochlorite, and the generated gases such as a small amount of ozone flow upwards in a reverse flow manner through the third water pipe 43 and the water outlet channel 22 and escape through the air escape valve 23, so as to help the electrochemical reaction in the electrolytic cell 61 to be carried out stably. Meanwhile, when the electric water pump 8 pumps water, the upper check valve 24 is used for timely supplying air to the water storage body in the gun body 1, so that the air pressure balance of the water storage body in the gun body 1 is maintained, the normal operation of water pumping of the electric water pump 8 is ensured, and the situation that the saline water cannot be pumped out due to negative pressure generated in the storage bottle 3 is prevented.
Furthermore, when the solution in the storage bottle 3 is not required to be electrolyzed (such as 75% alcohol, potassium permanganate solution, or other aqueous solution or water), the electric water pump 8 can be started to operate, instead of simply flowing the solution through the electrolytic cell 61, or the water pumping mechanism 7 can be directly used to replace the electric water pump 8. The saline solution flows into the water outlet channel 22 of the fixing base 2 after being filtered by the PP cotton filter element 25 at the water inlet 21 from the bottle mouth of the storage bottle 3. The salt water passes through the end of the water outlet passage 22, is magnetized by the strong magnet 26 annularly arranged at the outer side of the lower part of the water outlet passage 22, and then enters the water pressing bin 71 through the first water pipe 41.
